My household had been dealing with a broken air conditioner for too many weeks when the home appliance warranty service I go thru assigned Chad to my account. And, all I will say is I ended up telling the warranty place to assign only this company to my account going forward for any HVAC services I may need in the future. Although the warranty company had both Chad and I jumping thru hoops to finally get the air conditioner running again, I have no doubts at all the process would have been even more agonizing if I had to work with anyone else. Hell, Chad and his son even fixed some warped boards on my back deck while they waited on the coolant to drain from my overcharged A/C the previously assigned HVAC company had done. Talk about mind-blowing! Want to be transparent in this review, though. He's on time, cleans up nicely and explains the process and gave me tips on ongoing care for my HVAC units. Reasonable on pricing and accepts CC payment. The blower would cycle on and off frequently and my other unit would not reach temp while running for hours. Nothing gets fixed. 2-When the guys came to do the installation of a new AC unit, they asked which one. They had no idea because they could not get into the system to read them. 3-They brought the wrong coolant to put in the unit. Again, they could not get into the system and therefore, were unprepared. None of this is the fault of the workers. 3-When the put in the new thermostat, they left a gaping open area that left drywall exposed. They did not even bother to show anyone. 4-They left no receipt or owner's manual. I had to call to get them. 5-The new owner does not return phone calls or answer emails unless you try 3 times. Then, it appears he barely reads the letter or makes any effort to speak to me about the issue. I first asked for a general manager and there is none. I was a satisfied customer for well over 20 years and I will be finding another company. Mr. Jeremy Lewis does not really care if he retains business.
