I found this place by Googling for used cars in my area. The website is fantastic and very user friendly. It is nothing like the typical dealers sites that just try to bait you and try and get you on their lot. It contains a lot of info about all the cars available including mileage, vin #'s and a ton of photos. I had it narrowed down to two cars before heading to the lot so it was the easiest auto transaction I've ever had. These are all used cars so of course you purchase as-is, but I did notice a couple of small things not working properly that I hadn't noticed or checked before driving off so I gave them a call. If I could give them 0 stars I would.... didn't even have my truck a full year and the motor is blown... it had some sort of electrical problem and wasn't aware of it till after it blew. I wish I wouldn't have given them a second chance... Yes I did regular oil changes and everything. As far as I could tell up till it blew everything was fine but looking at it closer after words it looks like the oil pump went bad. And they wash every area they can get to heads up..... when after a week of owning it started showing signs of failed gaskets(ie rear pinion seal, front diff cover) I talked to them about it and they basically said that it's your problem now.... This was hard to write a negative review on a couple young guys trying to make something for themselves but I felt like I needed to based on my experience this morning. To keep from making this too lengthy, I'll just give you guys some advise: When someone calls on a vehicle to make sure there won't be any surprises, be honest. The tires (especially the front) where in horrific shape, the body on the rear passenger side had some recent shoddy work done to it with a satin finish on a high gloss truck. Kinda stood out. Jimmy rigged wiring to a navigation system that no longer worked, and a thousand more miles than listed after only "3 weeks" of owning it. I asked Victor 3 times how long he was working from that specific location. He said 18mo. I immediately asked again and he said, "well, like a year". I said that I knew they had only been in the building for a bit over 2 months and he replied, "well, it's more than 2 but maybe like 8 or something." I specifically asked and was specifically told everything was working great and there would be no surprises. There was some more stuff but I don't feel like writing it all. The moral of the story is to be upfront and I could have delt with it for a better price or just not wasted either of our time. read more

Marcus really took care of us and got us into our new used Acura. I have no doubt he truly cares about his cars and his business.... however Unfortunately I'm updating this almost a year after buying this car, and changing my review. Before I bought the car Marcus told me it was getting transmission work done on it before it was ready. We waited until it was done and received the car. Everything looked and drove great. However about a month ago the transmission decided to crap out on us. This was after us doing the proper routine care, transmission flush etc. I was told I need a new transmission for the vehicle. Was told that the tranny in there was probably a re worked old transmission that obviously didn't have much of a life left if it didn't last longer than even a year after purchased. There's only about 3k miles put on the car. I've contacted Marcus and he said he was out of the country, fine understandable. But I have yet to hear from him at all now, guess we will just have a friend fix the transmission and try and sell it. Long story short- I paid $6500 for a car that's transmission crapped out less than a year from purchase. read more

Purchased a Subaru in 2019 for that they claimed was fully looked over, and replaced all gaskets, seals. They Drilled new holes in the front bumper and moved the license plate to hide a softball size hole cut in the front bumper. Wheels were plasti-dipped after ad was posted to hide a slightly folded rim. Plastic floor covers were put on to hide a large hole in the carpet. These weren't a huge deal but pissed me off a little bit at the measures they went through to hide things. Needed a new clutch slave cylinder, which I knew when I bought it. But was confused why they didn't replace a $25 part and very easy 15 minute job if they did work in house or didn't catch it in their full inspection. 1,500 miles after buying the car found out both front axles and control arms were cracked and needed to be replaced ($1,600). Then found that it did not have the original engine that came in the car which was not specified (vin tags did not match and they should have known that if they actually pulled the motor to do all of the gaskets and seals). 5,000 miles after buying the car one of the valve cover gaskets, in which they had claimed to do, had gone out. Seems from my experience and quite a few other reviews they mostly sell shit/broken auction cars with short warranty's on work they did not do and hope by the time you figure it out that your warranty has elapsed. I Would recommend staying away at all costs; or at the very least assume the maintenance paperwork they give you is more than likely fake and have a mechanic other than theirs fully inspect the car before you buy. read more

Bought a car from them on April 1st. The car turned out to have major issues but that's on me as I did not get it inspected. When I bought the car, I specifically asked if they had the title. They took time to check and then said that they did, they just needed the auction house to send it over. They said it should arrive in the next two weeks and I could either pick it up or they could mail it to me. I expressed concern with mailing as I was in the process of moving and wasn't sure what my new address would be yet. They said they would make a note not to use the address I provided and to call me when the title arrived for further direction. Two weeks passed. A month passed. No title, no call. I called them and they were immediately responsive and said they would look into it. They did call me back right away and said they were working on it, some kind of hangup at the auction house, and I should have it in two weeks. Again, asked them to call me when it arrived. Couple of months passed. Nothing from them. I finally reached out and brought to their attention that the car was now having serious issues, I wanted to unload it, but I couldn't because I still had no title. They were again immediately responsive, said they would pay my title transfer fees for the inconvenience, said they were just going to apply to get a new title for the vehicle for me, and also offered to try to help me find an affordable mechanic. Couple more months passed. Nothing. I contacted them again. I was a bit upset by this time and insisted that they needed to resolve the situation. They said there had been an issue with some paperwork the previous owners hadn't done and that they were working on it. I reminded them again to call me when they had the title as I had moved and would need to provide a new address. Finally they notified me they had the title (this is about 5 months after I bought the car). I provided them with my current mailing address...but it never came. More back and forth. They had sent it certified mail to my old address. More waiting and nothing. Contacted them again and insisted they needed to fix the situation. They did go to the post office and eventually were able to get the title back and get it mailed to me at my correct address. I bought the car on April 1st and received the title on October 1st. No compensation for my title transfer fees as promised. They also wrote "car title" across the top of envelope...glad no one decided to steal my mail that day with the car parked right there. They are nice guys and were always responsive when I reached out, but I had to constantly bump them to get the title. Paperwork and details are obviously not their strong point. read more

Wow, Where do I start? sold me a camaro for 10k. used my disability (deaf) to cover up a clicking noise from the engine. didn't fix it under the weak warrenty they gave. the engine is considered totaled, needs a whole new engine. they knowing sold me a car for 10k that had an engine considered "totaled". so what I have paid for the car and fixes, could have bough a brand new car. this place is a scam, don't waste your time or money here. terrible, horrible people, and the exact reason why buying a car is a pain in the ass. read more
