I altered my review to state that they looked at my car promptly. That was not negative. He said no refund so this review is going up. My fault for going there and following a recommendation that this was a honest and reliable busniss.

Thanks to Tucson's pothole riddled roads, I was in need of a wheel balance and alignment. I have…read morenever been to any of the Jack Furrier stores but chose the Valencia shop due to its proximity to my work. I stopped in to have the wheel balanced. John, the manager, called me out to the shop to show me that my wheel was bent. He said there was no point in an alignment check until the wheel was replaced. Unfortunately, it was a factory wheel so I was going to get gouged from the dealer. John refused to accept payment for the balance because the problem wasn't fixed. A couple days later I stopped back in with a new wheel in the box. John had his guy's mount my old tire on the new wheel, balance it, and then do an alignment on it. (I won't tell you the price I paid because I don't want to establish a precedent, but I can say I've spent more on dinner for my family). I tried coaxing John into charging me more but he responded only by saying, "Just buy your tires from us." Well, that's an easy one for me when that time comes! I came to the shop on the week he had the truck and saw he had removed the front differential and Independent Front Suspension(without my consent),which was giving the engine high clearance. He didn't put them back on. Instead, Ernie replaced them with very rusted, older model parts changing the original IFS to a solid front suspension which lowered the engine taking away the high clearance. He took these parts without my knowledge. I paid for the new transmission, but the transmission broke apart during the test drive spilling all the fluid on the road and making a cloud of smoke. Ernie refused to honor the warranty, was very rude, and cancelled the warranty. Not trustworthy. Never ask for his service. Ernie stole from me.
