Hmm, I tried the spicy shrimp caesar salad again a few months ago, and it tasted completely different! The shrimp used to be whole shrimp, but what I got were oddly-chopped pieces of shriveled-up shrimp and the seasoning was WAY too salty for human consumption. Similar to Piknic (just two stores down), but with more side options Cuvee is the local lunch pit. Why pit? Because if you've ever gone during lunch you'll feel like you're in the mosh pit. People everywhere bumping into you asking you to move - the roar of talking and phones...very typical. What I really don't like about these LA lunch locations is you have no where to sit or stand when you're ordering food "To-Go"! This place is no exception. Besides the rubbing of elbows, I have really enjoyed their sandwiches (thus far). Hit this place up the other day for lunch and found it to be quite intimate, even though I wasn't really looking for that. It's kinda small, and you can tell that when looking for a seat, but at least they have outdoor seating. The food was quite good, seemed very fresh and was made quite promptly, then brought out to my table without delay. I ordered the Albacore tuna salad sandwich and got the Chicken & Leek salad to go with it. The plate came with a sliced sandwich, two pickles and the salad. All of it was good, but the salad seemed like it was the least fresh thing on the plate. (Admittedly, it was still fresh; it just didn't seem quite as fresh as the sandwich.) The pickles were good, but were a bit soggy; I like my pickles crunchy, crisp, and fresh, and these only just fit the bill. For the price, and given the feel I got when entering this place, I was expecting a lot less than I got. That's not to say that it's not a bit pricey for lunch, but I wasn't disappointed with the quantity or quality of my meal by any means. read more

Probably one of the best lunch choices in Century City. Unique and delicious choices you won't find elsewhere here. I like picking items out of the buffet style window, such as the meat pastas, vegetable rices and ceasar salads. The pastas and rices are way better if you ask them to heat it up for you. They even have a good wine selection. Sneak in a glass at lunch, don't worry, nobody's watching. I take that back, everyone in Century City eats here, you'll be spotted for sure. The suit will be a dead giveaway that you work here and are not one of the rich clients stopping by for lunch on their way out of meeting with their lawyer/agent. Eh. I worked nearby and we often went to lunch here or ordered. I was never impressed with their food. Sandwiches were so-so and on the bland, nothing to write home about. I much preferred sandwiches from Cafe Connection or another place in the area. On top of not being super tasty, they are expensive! To me, the food is not worth the price they are charging. There is indoor and outdoor seating, but the line to order is generally pretty long. Maybe I'm ordering the wrong thing, but I don't see the appeal. read more

I find the food to be very good here. My favorite is the ahi tuna salad; they consistently use very good tuna without any of the gristle that one frequently runs into with this dish. The specials also tend to be very good. read more

Nice that they serve beer and wine and love how fresh their fruit salad is (good desserts too!) but the food is so-so. I've been multiple times and have never once been blown out of the water. Worst customer service by manager by far. I bought a chicken Caesar salad and when i asked for red chilli peppers and extra dressing, the manager multiple times gave me attitude and problems, informing me that i must pay extra for them. why would i pay extra for dressing, when i just paid almost $16 for salad??? I immediately advised him that he was giving me a hard time since the moment I got to the restaurant, and long story short he said word for word, "don't come back here!" not even a gesture, a suggestion, but a request not to come back. then he said "get the fuck out of here!" I have never ever been treated this way by such management in a restaurant business. Especially in the customer service business. Not even the lowest of the lowest chains treat customers this way. I highly advise everyone not to support their business, and go elsewhere for better food with better prices and better attitude who wants to earn your business, not feels entitled. As for the manager that i had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting today, it may be wise to get a wake up call as to what kind of business you are in, and behaviors such as yours will never get you anywhere in life in the ranks of employment. Good food, generally, although their deli salads tend to be on the soggy side. Three stars because recently, their portion sizes have been reduced. The salmon fillets are smaller than they were and the side salads are 1/2 of what they used to be. For almost $16 for two deli sides and a piece of salmon, I'd expect a bit more. read more

Out of all of the Century Park Towers restaurant and food options for the many bankers, entertainment agents, real estate professionals, lawyers, etc. that work at this location, Cuvee (next to Coffee Bean), offers a "savory" option with their Chicken or Salman Two Salad Combination. Depending on what types of "salads" (but these are also cold pasta options) you're in the mood for (sometimes you could go with the cold Penne Pasta with Turkey Meat, to the Cold Soba Noodles, to Fruit Salad to Quinoa), the meal size here is plenty for fill up for one person, even two to share. I would say the food here tastes better than a Sen, a Piknic, The Stand or Habenero. Of course there is the Westfield Mall that is across the street that offers the food court options, but most of the working professionals have either limited time or aren't in the mood to walk over (surprise surprise). I would stick with the combination if you need something quick and easily viewable as your food selections (they have a large display to pick your sides). Make sure you know that lunch can cost up to $14 for a meal. read more
