Found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a shot to catchup with a business partner. Turned out to be a great decision. They have great food and the service is swift. We were here for a weekday lunch. The strongest attribute of Cuvee is the outdoor patio. I've found it really rare in LA to be able to sit outside in a gorgeous park-like atmosphere and enjoy a relaxed meal. And I'm not sure if there is a modeling agency nearby or what, but our serene, outdoor view was consistently breached by young women who may have been grabbing a bite before their Victoria's Secret shoot. I dunno. The ambiance was perfect. As for parking, it's an easy process for people in cars; be sure to enter the parking garage on Constellatioon Blvd for $3. For folks like myself on motorcycles and scooters, you need to go around to the exit ramp-looking entrance off of Olympic. You then scoot by and park with the other bikes and cycles for free. A fine spot for those Century City office dwellers. Portions are appropriately sized for lunch and the indoor and outdoor seating options are nice. The refridgerated section is fairly large and you will find something to suit your fancy. I also suggest that you review the specials list before you order. I eat here for lunch, since it is is one of the closer restaurants from my workplace. I love all the options they have for the 2-3 combo with chicken, salmon, or tuna. I always end up overeating due to the ginormous portions. I've also been here for dinner. The pizzas are really good as well. They have a blueberry beer here that is sooooo good. read more

Good salads, prices are slightly overpriced but they generally do give large portions for what your paying. The food is always fresh and they have a always have a good daily special for selection. I would rather eat here for lunch or dinner then most of the places in the Century City area. My favorite little indulgence here is their espresso chocolate covered beans. Cuvee isn't bad for a mid-work-day lunch spot. I'm a fan of their 3 salads for $10... that's because the chicken/leek/shell pasta salad is REALLY yummy! That's really the only thing that brings me back here. I haven't tried much else on the menu.. I did order the chicken + 2 salad and would have rather exchanged the chicken for another salad pick. It was served cold (as with some of their choices, would just be better hot). Nice place to have a mid-work-day glass of wine (not that I ever have...) but if your job allows such, Cuvee is a quaint place to do so. This is a good place for a light lunch. This place is ok, but how can you charge a $15 corkage fee if you buy a bottle of wine there. It makes no sense, at a restaurant and that had bottles of wine for sale. We had a going away party so bottles seemed like an easier idea, and easier for the staff since we could pour our own. It would never occur to me they would charge an extra $30!!! Geez, people really hate this place...but I happen to think it's a great place to pick up a sandwich or salad for lunch. They always have an interesting variety of salads (LOVED the roasted beet one) and their sandwiches are always fresh. And this is probably the most decent place in Century City to get your bagel with lox fix in the morning. In order to avoid a long wait during the lunchtime rush, I just phone my order in advance and it's ready for me when I get there. Prices may seem a bit high, but honestly, there's no such thing as lunch for under $10 in this neighborhood anyway! Went to meet a few friends and read the reviews before going. Got a little nervous (not much though, it's just a sandwich/deli counter place after all) but was happily surprised that it was a pretty good experience. Walk up to the counter and order food, get a number and they drop it off. Pretty simple. The only problem we encountered was that your side (choice of soup or various salads) if it was soup came before the main dish. So three of us had something to eat while the salad eater (the redheaded stepchild of the group) had to wait and get their sandwich and salad together. My advice is to drop the sides all together and avoid the Oliver Twist expressions from the less fortunate @ the table. That, and have a water station for self service rather than having to wait for the staff to give you a glass of H2O. Price is acceptable for the area. Nothing to crow home about, though. read more

I love this place! It's super healthy and pretty big portions for the price, albeit can be a bit expensive to some. It's definitely a step up from the rest of the selections in this area... The seared Ahi tuna is delicious. It's very tender and the dressing they provide perfectly compliments the flavor of the tuna. The heart of artichoke is so good. A few co-workers complained that it was too citrus-y for their taste but I love that Cuvee doused citrus/olive oil over it. Definitely coming back for more especially since I'm a super picky eater and pick out half the things on my plate on any given meal. Hey! At least I own up to it. read more

I have gone to the Annenberg Space for Photography(which everyone needs to check out) for several showings and I finally got a chance to eat there on a weekday. I had the Cobb salad...it was simply scrumptious. Since I go to this part of Century City on the rare occasions, this will be my lunch pace. The service is friendly. I love this place. I order delivery here for lunch multiple times per week, and sometimes from their dinner menu. The food always tastes and feels fresh, and although my tummy is often sensitive to various foods, I always feel great after I eat here. The food is also generally healthy (if you avoid the unhealthy choices!) and light. Not too much oil, not too much butter, and the flavors are just amazing. Ramone is a gem and does EVERYTHING he can to help make the place run smoothly. Manny and the rest of the crew always have a smile on their face and always make it a joy to come in. I had the Vegetable salad with Goat cheese. It wasn't terribly bad, but definitely not worth the price I paid for it. The place is a short walk away from all the major offices in the Centurity City area, so the location is convenient when you get tired of the foodcourt at the mall. There was a line out the door when we first arrived, but it moved relatively fast. The major draw of the place is probably its wine collection. Customer service was lackluster. Here's the deal ~ I love the food here... in fact, if this review was based only on food, they would get a 4-5 But, sadly there's more to it than that... The service is just mediocre and I think I know why... for years now, they have seemed to be understaffed. They always get slammed at lunch... and as a result move really fast, are really unpleasant, impatient and can be a bit inefficient... Been staying at Hyatt across the street for a couple of weeks and eaten here many times. Always terrific! From turkey burger to pasta with chicken or great salads with salmon or tuna...never a miss! Ingredients always fresh, great fast service whether eat in or to go. Wine list (both imports and domestic) is impressive for where it is. Very nice selection of bottles to purchase. Cuvee is great. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is plenty of seating (both indoor & outdoor), and the food is satisfying. If you enjoy wine, this place is even better-- all of the walls are coated in bottles upon bottles. The usual crowd here are people who work the 9-5 weekday shenanigans in the surrounding buildings. If it's your lucky day, you might even catch a glimpse of a random celebrity! Their happy hour is pretty sweet, and also usually the only time I go. The Chicken Satay is scrumptious as well as the Parmesan French Fries (both are on the HH menu). A few dollars can also be saved on certain glasses of wine and beer. Aside from that, the food and drinks can be a little pricy but always worth it. They serve some picnic style food so you can grab & go if you're in a rush and don't have time to order from the menu. Great food, great service and great view. It was my first time in century city and I was surprised at what a nice area this city is. I was meeting my friend who works in the area for happy hour. This restaurant is located right in the middle of the business center and has a nice view of the grassy rest area. We ordered a few glasses of wine from the happy hour menu which was around $8 a glass. We also ordered a few of the items on the bar menu to share. The fried calamari was really good. It comes with a mayo sauce that I didn't really like, it was a bit too heavy for me. Would've been good with a marinara sauce. The vegetarian taquitos which consists of mushrooms and veggies went really well with the guacamole and salsa served with it. The cheese plattee came with 3 different cheeses, olives ans bread. The potstickers were pretty good too. We had 3 different people coming to check up on us and making sure we we're ok. Had a great experience! OWNER IS RACIST- I have been eating at cuvee for years and have such a great relationship with all the staff. The staff are amazing and she's extremely verbally abusive and disrespectful to them. Her staff is terrified of her because she is a bully. Today I ordered my usual, the shrimp salad and noticed not only did the shrimp smell but it was also different/smaller "low grade" shrimp. The owner walked up to me and said everything is the same and if I wanted something different I would have to pay for it. I continued to say that I always order this salad and something feels different. I told her I always eat here, and her response me was "that's irrelevant and that I'm waisting her time. Ive never experienced such hateful and poor customer service. I immediately made a stop payment on my order. As I was walking to leave the restaurant, I told her how unfortunate it was that that she severed the relationship with a loyal customer. She proceeded to mock my nose, say I had a big nose and that I should take care of it and then called me a SMELLY CRAZY PERSIAN. Bizarre that she doesn't notice her poor reviews before she talks like this. Please do not support this woman's business. Very sad that this exists in our world today. read more

Came here with a couple of my girlfriends for a glass of wine last Friday after checking out the Annenberg Space for Photography (which was awesome btw!!). The place is small, and was pretty empty at 6pm-probably because everyone was in traffic on their way home already. I figure it's more of a lunch spot though, being that it's in Century City in the middle of a bunch of office buildings. There was both outdoor (would've been really nice earlier in the day) and indoor seating but we chose to sit inside because it was kinda breezy at that time. The inside looks like a sandwich shop with a wine cellar in the corner. We sat in the corner next to the wine bottles. It was a little dark but it felt very cool and relaxing. I ordered a bottle of Justin sauvignon blanc (or maybe pinot grigio?) but they came back after a minute saying they were out of it :( My friend saw that they had happy hour wine specials (5.99 a glass I think) and they gave us a taste of a couple to try. One of my friends got a Spanish white and my other friend and I ended up with a dry rose. It was delicious! I ended up leaving my Marc Jacobs sunglasses there and when I called a couple of days later, realizing where they probably were, they were still there waiting for me! They took my name and put them aside for me and I picked them up that afternoon. Next time I'll have to get something to eat, so maybe I can give em an upgrade! Just grabbed my lunch to go. Delicious as always but they have cut the portion size to 1/2 to 2/3 of what they used to give. The salads are good but for $12 bucks on significantly decreased portions, I will pass next time. My husband visited here from out of state, taking a customer to lunch. The food and service was good. Upon returning home, he checked the credit card statement and was charged twice. Called and spoke with the manager, he said no record of charging twice, then called the credit card company and they showed it was charged twice. Put manager on phone with credit card company and credit card company verified the charges were duplicated by the merchant. Still manager refused to do anything. I eat at Cuvee often because it is mere steps from my workplace and the offerings seem fresh, creative and vary from week to week. Considering that, I will continue to dine on the tasty dishes ignoring the seeming disinterested, portly, elderly man behind the register who takes your order and rings it up without a word, smile or even eye contact. I decided to check the place out since some of my coworkers seem to like it. Me, unfortunately, did not have a great first impression. I got to Cuvee around 11:30, before the whole lunch crowd arrived. Yet I kept seeing people who came after me leaving the place with their lunches in their hands while I was patiently waiting. What did I order? A portobello mushroom sandwich. I was foolish enough to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited for about 15 minutes before I decided to ask about what was going on. I did not receive a clear answer but did get my sandwich 5 minutes later without a word of apology. Seriously, 20 minutes for a portobello mushroom sandwich was ridiculous enough, but the guy's attitude was even more appalling. Now I know why reviewers complained about their service. Cuvee is one place I won't visit again. There are plenty of other lunch options nearby. read more

We were looking for a spot to have wine and appetizers after going to the Annenberg Space for Photography and we walked down the stairs to find the perfect spot. They had a good happy hour. The HH pinot grigio was delicious, but I forgot to ask what it was. For appetizers: chicken potstickers, flatbread with pesto, and vegetarian taquitos. All of them fresh and tasty. The taquitos were my favorite - the flavors blended together nicely. The highlight though was the service. We were sitting on the outside patio. Only one other table was occupied, and they were finishing up. We thought we might be ignored, but our server was attentive and accommodating. I'd go back for the Happy Hour when I'm in the area. OK, folks it's not THAT bad. Thoroughly mediocre is probably just about right. What do you expect from a restaurant right by huge office buildings? If you don't work within a 5 minute walk of this place, there is absolutely no reason to go here or order out. But if you do, Cuvee tends to have slightly healthier options than the century city mall and the other courtyard options, so there's that. A tad overpriced, but so is everything. Hold on a minute! This is a gourmet deli with a wine bar and bakery in the middle of the office plaza. That alone raises the score (and the bar). They don't sell the most orgasmic food I have ever had. But I didn't expect to get it there either. It's good and it's not fast food. It's not the mall either. They have some really good baked goods and if you want to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine after work, it's actually quite reasonable. I think M.S. was an abused child. Go and kick a puppy why don't you? The food is better than not bad, it's reasonably good. It's not amazing either, but it is decent faire. It's only been open a few months and I usually don't expect too much within the first month or so. They bring in a good crowd at lunch and it's one of the only places around worth going to after work. I wish they could get a jazz artist or something to come in the evenings and play in that area out front. You could sit and relax and have some coffee, cake, wine, or whatever. I have been to the one near The Ivy and that one is always going. I've only been there a few times, but I have seen at least three celebs enjoying it. Where to start...... 35 minutes for a bagel and smoked salmon. I don't know so much how to run a restaurant but I think the food cost is the base. The bagel was so covered with smoke salmon that it made it horrible.... And if you want give a fruit salad please make sure that is not from the day before. I understand the dream to open a place and it look nice but you need a real chef in the back of the house. A baker doesn't make a Chef and also.... Please have fun and fantasy with food... Not just coping some other place makes your menu! Create a menu with your taste and give us the opportunity to learn your vision. Wow, what more need be said after M.S.'s scathing review? Per the one star, I have to concur with M.S.: The food here is completely underwhelming given the price. It reminds me of a fancy deli since most of the food they serve comes from a counter of pre-made vittles. My pesto pasta salad was mediocre at best -- not enough basil or garlic -- though in fairness it was at least the proper level of al dente. The mushroom salad and chicken wrap were also pretty bland which was a disappointment because both looked quite appetizing. The only thing that saved this place from 0 stars in my mind was the chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting topped with fresh coconut shreds. That was really tasty, but since Cuvee is not a dessert place that only gets this place one star. read more
