Tried to buy items through their curbside pickup service. Order took 3 hours to get ready even though it was estimated at 1 hour. When I get there and texted to let the system know I was in the red zone, I got a reply saying that someone was on their way out to me. 10 mins later I text again to mention that I was still waiting and I get another response mentioning that someone will be right out. I even ask if I should come in instead and got no further response. 30 mins pass and nobody comes out. I left without getting my order. Total waste of time read more

Pick a different CVS. I'm moving all my prescriptions to Verdugo as the once acceptable service here has declined measurably. I don't think it's their fault except they do seem terribly under-resourced and how they are dealing with that here leaves them lacking. Too bad too as I did really like this location at one time. read more

I so so so want to like this CVS because it is near my work and the staff are very nice and helpful (hence the two stars instead of one). However, their inventory is just terrible. Half of the shelves are empty. Don't even get me started on the beauty section. It is bare shelf after bare shelf. I tried going here for THREE weeks to find a beauty product I was looking for and every time I went, it didn't look like anything had been restocked. I tried to get sparkling water. On a shelf that looked like it should have held at least 50 bottles of water, there were two left. I have no idea how they do business. There is nothing to sell. I usually go in with a list of 10 things and leave with about 2. I keep coming when I absolutely have to because of the close proximity to my work and because I like the staff, but good lord, CVS, get it together and stock your shelves. read more

After waiting more than 30 min to get my rx I finally get it and pay for it. When I look at the rx the bottle said take one by mouth at bed time I remembered the Dr has said to insert rx vaginally since the medication was to help prevent a miscarriage. When I called to question the directions they made me give the rx back and refunded me and was told the rx could not be filled until they verified with the Dr. Because the writing was unclear. They handed me the prescription back and the directions were clearly written. The Pharmacist then told me that since I told her the medication needed to be taken differently she had to speak to the Dr. I told her that if she had read it correctly it wouldn't be an issue and that I shouldn't have to tell her how to do her job. Medications are prescribed for a reason and sometimes can prevent a tragedy they should pay a little more attention to what they are doing. I hope that by the time in fill my medication. I give this CVS location one star because of my overall shopping experience. Very uncomfortable staff. I did get some amazing beauty products on sale. I needed some foundation and mascara but found of course like most women do we always want to take our time and find the perfect shade, etc. Its hard when trying to find a new foundation with no testers, tissues, etc. The entire time I was browsing the make-up I kept seeing an employee watching me. She kept coming in the isle staring at me like I was going to steal something. She really did follow me around the store and even came up to the register when I was done shopping, and I did not even come to her register, another clerk checked me out. She was just staring at me the whole time, she could have at least asked me if I needed any help, but she just stared at me for over 15 minutes. It made me uncomfortable to shop there and I will not be back to this location. I am not sure about the pharmacy side of it, but as for beauty I will not be back, and if necessary I will use the drive through for the pharm. read more

First they gave me a defective inhaler for my 6 month old who was diagnosed with bronchitis. When I tried to refill the prescription, they accused me of using the inhaler on myself and would not refill the prescription. This place is the worst! I am a first time Mom and I am unfamiliar with inhalers altogether. So I was extremely upset to be accused of getting high off my child's medication when I was just trying to find out why the inhaler was not working. They never asked to see the inhaler or give me any tips on how to effectively use it. After telling my pediatrician the whole story he advised me never to go back there and that he has heard nothing but bad experiences with this CVS. read more

Every time I pick my prescriptions there's a problem. I'm not kidding...every single time. At one point I had two accounts for some reason and they would always say that my prescriptions didn't exist, and every time I would explain to them that I had two accounts and I would ask them to combine them. After a year of this I finally spoke to the manager and she fixed it for me. However, every time I go in there is another issue. Unfortunately, I cannot go anywhere else as my insurance only covers CVS. read more

If I could give this CVS negative stars I would! This review is specifically for the pharmacy. This is THE WORST, RUDEST, MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!! I took my son to urgent care and he needed his medication right away and the representative, by the name of Eddie, didn't even try and look up his insurance after I handed him 2 different cards, and he basically threw the cards back at me, completely unacceptable, and all he could say is they're no good. I asked him to call the insurance and he just automatically said "I can't, they're closed." So I had to call my insurance, after being told they would and of course they didn't, and my insurance had to call the pharmacy and tell them everything was fine.. That pharmacy can't even do their job right and they gave me the wrong medication when I was finally able to pick it up. Go somewhere else, I know I am NEVER going back here again. ABSOLUTELY the worst experience ever, and Eddie was extremely rude, if you hate your job you shouldn't work there to begin with! read more

HORRIBLE!!! I just don't know where to begin. Go here for convenience more then anything obviously next to Ralph's, as the old saying goes, "Kill two Birds with one Stone" right? Well not anymore, finally took my last dose of abuse from this place. Raffi the head pharmacist, is extremely RUDE, and after too many times of RX mix-ups, and the great one of how they will switch your name brand with the generic and not tell you...ok I know it's cheaper, but with my insurance it is still my choice not theirs! Then the last problem was when they did this once again with a semi new prescription of mine, and since I wasn't in need for it right away I left it in the bag for I think 4 days before opening it and realizing they gave me the wrong drug!! Well it wasn't really it was the generic, but I didn't know for sure, so I had to call to be sure that it was indeed safe for me to take. Then I notice I only received 2 month supply when I am to get 3 months. I forget the gals name who I spoke with, but she was real flighty like oh yeah ha ha sorry, we didn't have enough to fill your prescription, so we will call you when more comes in!! Hello!! So being negligent on my end I know, I tried the generic it seemed to work fine, and tons cheaper so that was all good, but forgot they never called me, and now I needed more, and so I phoned in, recording says it will be ready such and such day and time..hubby goes in to pick it up and they refuse stating they gave me 3 months and so they can not give me more yet!! Hubby calls me at work from store, tells me what's up, I tell him no they shorted me a month they owe me a month, and so he tells them, that's when big shot Raffi finally states no we gave her 3 months, hubby not knowing what to do, I tell him forget it I'll call them from work, so I do, hubby is still there, and hubby hears the girl tell Raffi who is on the phone, but he doesn't want to talk with me, so I sit on hold for over 10 minutes until finally he saw my hubby still there and knew he better take the call....then proceeds to argue with me, and not only informs me that they did indeed give me 3 month supply not two, but that they gave me the name brand not generic!!!!! HELLO!!! I argue with him, and then he tells me that I see you have many problems with us, I say yes I do , and then he says well then it is obvious if I am the only customer with this problem then it is obvious to him....hello, I said really what, are you insinuating that I am lying, stealing what??
