Worst cvs ever. Every time I've walked in there is no one up front. People could easily just walk out with items. Then Irma or whatever the heck her name is isn't very pleasant when taking your photo for a passport. Doesn't even give a chance to see the picture before she Prints it. My wife bought a wrong hair color for me and I went to change the color and they refused to let me exchange it for a different color. Daritza was the manager on duty and she refused to even listen to what I had to say, even though I pulled up the CVS Return policy, which clearly states that if you don't have the receipt, you can exchange for a different item within 60 Days of purchase and it's been only 3 weeks. She said store manager Daniel is the one who said we can't take any returns or exchanges without receipts. This is Horrible and worst customer service. Awesome CVS pharmacy. They are able to save you tons of money on your prescriptions. If your medicine costs a lot, ask them about their prescription savings tool, they can find you crazy discounts. I love their express pick up. You can prepay and sign for your meds then you can skip the line and pick up your stuff in the 2nd drive through lane. I was given the worst customer service here. On 4 SEPARATE instances I was told my prescription was out of stock but that it would be in within 2 days. Each time I came I heard the same story. This location was convenient because it was 2 mins from my home, however after the 4th instance I gave up. One of the workers, a young lady with blonde hair, at the pharmacy was extremely rude. I asked for some prescribed medicine, and she spent 10-15 minutes typing stuff on the computer only to be told by another man that they were closing in 3 minutes. Although I am also at fault for coming near closing time, I would've appreciated if she would have told me that they were closing instead of wasting my time. Horrible! This is the second time this has happened. Drop off a prescription and they tell me it's an hour. I come back and it's not ready. Today I dropped off a prescription and they tell me an hour. They never call me like they say. I call and they didn't even put the prescription to being with. So now I am waiting inside! I visited minute clinic recently and that all went fine. I felt a little under the weather, so I thought I might pick up a couple cans of chicken noodle soup, until I saw the outrageous price!! Somewhere around $4 for one can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup. What is going on with CVS? Are they out of their minds? I thought wow, is that what soup costs now? Today, unfortunately, I had to visit Walmart. I happened to be buying one can of soup and I believe it was about $1.30. I was happy to see a semi-normal price, but it made me realize how much CVS is ripping off its customers. They should be ashamed of themselves. I might have to pick up a prescription now and then from them, but I will never buy anything else in their stores again. I'd say 95% of the time I am satisfied with this pharmacy. The staff are always professional and nice to me. It only takes about an hour to fill my prescriptions even when they looked swamped. They are always willing to call my Doctor to fix problems or get new prescriptions for me. read more

I was in line to buy one item. The line was short, but grew behind me as it's the holiday season. Daniel the cashier waited on me. Instead of allowing me to enter my phone number on the keypad he asked me to state it out loud in front of random strangers in ear shot. I told him the number he punched it in, and then I suggested he allow his patrons to enter their personal phone number with out us having yo expose it. I explained it puts us in jeopardy of some stranger getting ahold of it. Instead of completing the transaction, he decided to clear out the transaction and start all over because he was trying to get back at me for my suggestion! Who does that? I took my item, told him he was acting like an ass, and I went to the pharmacist and she rang me up with no issues. Horrible service from Daniel!! I'll never shop that store again. read more

Arrived to pick up my curb side order as it emailed me saying it was ready for pick up. The cashier said it wasn't ready yet. I said I will go and pick it out myself. They had no charmin ultra soft so I asked if I can pick another one with the same exact price and substitute it. The manager came out and said no he can't and asked if I checked properly. (Note the manager nor the employee offered to double check after I asked "is there anywhere else aside from the end of this isle where more toilet paper could be" He said there was shipment and would see if there's some in there and called the employee and said no they don't have that toilet paper and I have to reorder everything or wait until god knows when they have all the items since shipment doesn't have it today. It's really an I convenient service and I drove 20 mins to this location because this was the closest CVS near me. Aside from the 25 extra mins I waited to be told that your order isn't ready, didn't have the items and cancel your order. I wouldn't use this service or this location. read more

They believe sarcastically saying hello & thank you will make up for their poor customer service! They are just going through the motions not really serving the people at all. CVS is convenient place to stop by for your pharmacy and toiletry needs. Much more pricier than target or walmart but not many other close by options in Eastvale. Everytime I stop there the entrance is filthy...something spilled, gum and trash always. Its important to keep your Market window or entrance clean, inviting customers in. read more

I usually have no issues with this pharmacy. It was my 3rd or 4th time filling the same monthly script. I got a new person(new to me at least) the guy with green hair. After typing at his screen for 10 minutes he told me they weren't able to fill it and if I wanted to take it somewhere else. I went to target pharmacy which didn't have it in stock... but told me this CVS did(The one I just came from)!! I went back, but through the drive thru this time, and had no issues at all! This place is terrible. The staff are incompetent and rude. They mess up just about everything and when you call, it's a 45 minute wait (that's if they don't hang up on you). So you'll end up having to drive down there to find out how they messed up your prescription and whom they'll blame it on. They totally don't give a fizz that it's a medicine you need and having to wait a week is dangerous to your health. The good news is, while you wait in line you get to hear them bullying and insulting other customers, so that's fun (sarcasm). So... On Monday, my wife gave birth to our second daughter, a beautiful 7.5lb angel. Fast forward to Thursday... We get discharged from the hospital at 5:00 (yea, kinda late so it kinda sucks). Since this CVS is literally across the street from our house, it's been our pharmacy since it was built a few years ago. I've never had many complaints, other than a lil whining because the staff isn't very knowledgable, but today took the cake. We stopped in at 6:30 (2.5 hours before the pharmacy closes) and were told that we couldn't get my wife's pain meds filled because they were "a lil behind"... When I explained that my wife had a c-section, and that she was in pain, I was told to "try Rancho or riverside"... Really?!!! F- this place!!!! Went to the CVS on 6th street in corona, got there at 8:30 pm... I was told that they would do their best to fill it. Waited about 10 minutes and bam... Order filled. Special thanks to Paco and the pharmacy team at the corona store, they are awesome and showed nothing but compassion and respect. THANK YOU CORONA CVS, YOU ROCK!!!! read more

I have to agree with other posts--the pharmacy sucks. And the other items are a rip off. I've spent $40 here just on a couple bottles of cough medicine and some Chapstick. A few weeks ago I had the flu and bronchitis (and a high fever) and went directly from urgent care to fill my prescription. The woman told me they were busy and I had to wait 45 minutes. I agreed and sat in the minute clinic waiting. After about 25 minutes I moved to sit near the pharmacy. Twenty minutes later, the cashier noticed me still sitting there and asked for my name. When I told her she checked around and could not find my order. They searched and searched and realized it was not put in the queue to be filled! Although they apologized and rushed to fill it, I was NOT happy. Today my son needed a prescription filled and since this is the only pharmacy in the area, I (regrettably) went back. I dropped off the prescription at around 5:30 pm on a weeknight. I asked how long it would take and the clerk said "they were busy" and she would have it ready at 7:30 pm. I took my son home, fed him dinner, then headed back out. We arrived in line at 8:25 pm and when I got there they said it was "still in production." ALMOST 3 HOURS LATER! I let out a wince and she apologized saying, "I know, we got really busy." Um, I was there when you were busy and you told me to come back in 2 hours! Again, they immediately filled the antibiotic. After she rung me up she said I had to wait AGAIN until they added the fluid because they don't fill it until we pick it up so they don't waste it. I'M STANDING RIGHT HERE PICKING IT UP!!! That was my last straw. I need to find a new pharmacy. You'd think going to a neighborhood pharmacy would be faster and more convenient but now I realize it may be faster to drive farther for a prescription. read more

Stay away from this devious CVS. I was overcharged on several items. When it is two for $10, they don't charge $5 for one, they charge the original price. This is totally unfair, and possibly illegal. I brought in a crest coupon for $6, along with a refund letter from Proctor and Gamble. They would not honor the coupon. The checker's nails were so long she could barely hit the buttons on the register. I spent over $350 on my shopping trip today;. Their prices are completely outrageous and they don't honor their sales. I will NEVER shop CVS again. Walmart, Target, any other place. This is not my first experience like this with the store. How bad can service get? Hopefully you don't want to know but if you're curious the Pharmacy at this CVS in Eastvale will show you. Having recently moved and having been a loyal Walgreen's customer in the past I was hesitant to change but this in the closest Pharmacy to me by several miles. I renewed a prescription by the app, picked it up when I was notified but when I got home it was incorrect however a prescription I once had but didn't like. I thought maybe I clicked on the wrong one, my mistake and waived goodby to $150. Next step, call it in. The lady I spoke with I told them which prescription and gave the brand name that this was generic for. The said they understood and gave me a price. I questioned them because the price seemed incorrect and asked again if this was what I ordered and the brand name. They assured me it was. I arrived to pick up the prescription and they had substituted the medication for the one I didn't like. I was a little frustrated and I'm sure the cashier thought I was a little rude even though I apologized and explained why. He did do the research and said they'd need my doctor's approval. I asked if he would request that and he said yes. A couple of days later I was talking to my doctor's office and also asked if they'd gotten the prescription request. They check and said no they hadn't. I asked if they'd contact the pharmacy and give them the prescription and they said the would. This morning I was curious if it had been updated on the CVS app as it had been a few days. It showed pending. A little later I received a text notification that I had a message. It had a link and took me to the app which opened but there was no message there. This evening I checked the app and it showed my prescription was filled today. I returned to the pharmacy and requested my meds. The cashier looked and said I didn't have anything. I showed her my message, she looked further and stated that she found it and the message earlier was to tell me that it's not covered by insurance. I said I know and pointed out the previous ones weren't covered either. She said for that reason they hadn't filled it. She could sense my frustration and said she'd fill it right away and to have a seat. About 3-5 minutes later she called me up and said they're out of that medication and they'd have to order it. All I could muster at that point was an eye roll and I left. Bottom line, if I need to grab toothpaste, aspirin or laundry soap I can stop here. If I need a prescription I'd better not be in a hurry because it will take a week or two with multiple visit to get what I need. Walgreen's, I've been cheating on you.
