Called the pharmacy several times today, I understand everyone were busy and etc. but...someone would pick up the phone each time and then hung up without saying a word, I heard people talking in the back right before the person hung up so I don't think the call dropped. If you don't want to receive phone calls, just unplug the phone...wait, you can't because you are supposed to provide customer service, put the customer on hold if you cannot provide service right away. Why took the time to answer the call just to hung up without saying a word? Do you hate your job so much and want to make sure your whole team looks as bad as you? So whoever you are, although you have no manner but I hope you at least have some courage to tell me your name, so I can file a proper complaint against you. We just moved to Eastvale and his new doctor sent his Rx to this pharmacy. After a week of lying and telling us that they ordered it and it would be here in a few days, they finally told us that it was actually back ordered and showed unavailable I their system. This was a complete delay in care. He went a week and a half without his medicine because they lied about it being ordered and on its way. read more

This review is for the Covid testing site. The instructions when you sign up for an appointment say to follow the directions posted at the site. This site has directions posted on their door telling people to wait outside or in their car for a phone call. I never received a phone call so I called the number listed. That's when they tell me to go to the drive-thru and that those instructions are posted on their site. WHAT?! That's not instructed anywhere and I have proof! They need to update their instructions because if we're already feeling sick we don't need their confusing signage to add to our misery. read more

CVS in Eastvale is renovated and quick when you go inside ro pick up orders. The drive thru is terrible and takes forever due to the Covid tests being done in the drive thru line. Friendly but busy staff. My wife git her Civid shots inside and that experience was very good. Quick and painless when an appointment is made online. Walk in Covid shots are offered. read more

Long overdue updated review It seems like they have new staff- that or I just come at different hours. The pharmacy here is always packed- even more so with COVID. I love coming in to this store. The workers at the front are all very sweet and helpful. RAMONA is very kind and now knows me by name. If you need help with anything, all you have to do is ask. The store is always very clean and very organized. The store manager (I don't remember his name) is super helpful. Now the pharmacy, that's a different story. They can be a hot mess. They usually aren't the friendliest people. The wait is usually long. BUT, look they are the only pharmacy in Eastvale and I'm sure that the people coming in arguing with them all day is not fun. Had a terrible experience picking up medicine at this pharmacy. There was a mixup with my order. One girl told me it would be covered by insurance so I went back the next day to pickup again and KATRINA had an extremely rude tone and was not interested in helping me. She said she is a supervisor.... I'm shocked she is still working here as I just read several other negative reviews by other customers. She must be a relative of the boss or something because there is no way that anyone would keep someone employed with such a disgusting personality. Either that or no one is reading these reviews? I've never been treated this poorly before by any store associate. Nobody knows anything about the COViD testing at this store, how long it takes, and they give out misinformation about testing hours and how to schedule an appointment. When I called back for clearer information nobody would answer the phone. It's a global pandemic people. Hold a five minute meeting and tell your employees what is going on with testing at their own store. If they can't memorize three pieces of information then fire them and hire someone who cares about doing their job. read more

Very serious issues exist: 1) only one staff handled the Pick-ups'; 2) the line was very long; 3) the staff couldn't find patients' orders and spent around 20 min to serve one patient 4) the Drop-off window staff didn't put orders completely, for example, I ordered two medicines but she just input one, so I had to return back for picking up another medicine after 2 days 5) the staff who served the Drop-off window gave me the attitude while I pointed out her faults 6) the management was chaotic and inefficient, for example, no one helped the Pick-up window to reduce patients' waiting time. Overall, the services was extramely unsatisfactory. In order to pick up two medicines, I spent totally 50 mins, including waiting time 40 mins and 10 mins for talking to Drop-off window to correct my husband's and my wrong information shown on the cash register. read more

This CVS has got to be the worst pharmacy in the world. They always have my prescription out of stock, so my doctor calls it in three days early to make up for their incompetence, but CVS still ignores it until the day I need to pick it up. It's awful to be without medication one needs for 5 days, but they don't care one bit. Their incompetence is mind-boggling, and I don't know if it's just because they're so busy or what, but CVS corporate needs to remedy that problem. And a lot of the employees are mean and prescription-shame people out loud in front of everyone; I've seen it happen many times. To be fair, there's a pharmacist with a shaved head who's awesome and he deserves an honorary mention for being the one shining light I've noticed here. read more

I came to pickup my medication and they only had two days worth. Two days later I try and pick it up and they said it's going to take 2 hours to fill. I came in at 8 PM after trying to call for an hour. They close at 10 PM. She was beyond rude and was yelling at customers. I've never felt so disrespected. All of the workers have bad attitudes and were getting into arguments with every customer there. I ended up saying I'd come back the next day to pick it up and go another day without my medication. Why in the world would I waste my time to go pick up my sons inhaler IF YOU DIDN'T CALL!!!!! Stupid attendant told me that the inhaler was on backorder and it will be available tomorrow. Best Covid breeding place ever! Stood in line at the pharmacy counter line with at least 15 other customers while the pharmacy was staffed with 1 person at the register and 6 people fumbling around with hundreds of prescriptions scattered around the small area. I waited in line for 15 minutes and when I finally spoke to the person at the register, I was told my prescription was not ready but she'd expedite things. I was told to wait at least another 15 minutes. I immediately asked for the store manager (Gilbert); at that point, the other 2 registers were staffed with 2 employees who amongst the group sorting through mounds of prescription. The line started to move. When I spoke with Gilbert, I expressed my concerns, he graciously answered/responded to the issues that I pointed out. He informed me that he had 8 employees out due to Covid and I commented - well, the risks increases when so many people are grouped into a small area. Their drive thru pharmacy and pharmacy team should be retrained or get some help. The fact that they now do Covid testing in drive thru has slowed it all down even more! It takes a good 30-45 minutes to get your medicine, and I mean is that even sanitary when the two cars in front finished swabbing . I've also been told on two occasions via phone different responses on my medicine out of pocket due to a system glitches and had to wait longer than needed to dispense. read more

The worst and slowest pharmacy you can get your meds. I waited 30 mins behind one car they obviously was slow enough to let me wait behind that car. And then It's my turn to pick up the meds. I dropped off and was told in an hour my metformin can be picked up. When I came back to pick up the girl told me another 10 Mins and I said can I just wait she said no there is a car behind you you have to wait for that car. You have to loop around behind the car. And then I said I waited behind another car for a good 30 mins. Obviously making me wait is something they did it like personally. Then I looped around behind this freaking car and made me wait for a good fking 30 mins. Why the fk is the wait here. Pharmacy is a joke. They do not sanitize their pin pad between customers or even between 10 customers. They test for covid and it can be assumed they fill scripts for covid patients so common sense tells you to sanitize constantly. Not at this cvs they are too busy standing around or taking breaks. Has gone down hill steadily and now suck all together. They also are constantly trying to refill medications that taken together could kill someone. But since they worry about profit over patients they just keep that auto fill going. You literally have to call yelling to get them to stop. read more

The store is understaffed before COVID, then they started testing in drive thru, making the line both inside and outside horrendous! Today I prepaid a rx, when I went to pick up they said it did not show. I had to go inside, spend an hour and had to prove my case despite showing them that I paid for the medication. No apology, no empathy, instead told I don't have proof and they have no record and I need to dispute with credit card company. No one took ownership of the issue. I was bounced around to different windows and different people, reexplaining my issue from the start all over again. Poorest customer service. read more

The people at the pharmacy are attentive...somewhat. But if there is a task that needs to be done your screwed unless you get one that wants to help like I got this morning. I called to refill a presc and they said none of my medications had been transferred over from Walgreens. After I had refilled 1 of them last week and asked if they can transfer all if them in which they said yes. The lady that helped me in the am is great because she understood my frustration and said she would take care of it. I'm confident she'll do it but the rest...
