I came here to order a prescription that I accidentally sent to a different pharmacy. Another pharmacist called me up to let me know they've put in the request but they can't give a wait time since it really depends on when they receive the paperwork from the other pharmacy. I decided to hangout for 15-20 minutes to see if it came through but then opted to come back another time. I wanted to let the pharmacist I wouldn't be waiting and chatted with a different one. All three were so helpful and trying to get the prescription processed!

He will bend over backwards and go out of his way to help you and make sure you are taken care of. I have never experienced such an incredibly high-level of Customer Service from a Pharmacy as I have from Express Pharmacy in Escondido . The other employees I have interacted with are all extremely kind and courteous, and every single one of them are equally knowledgeable and friendly. The prices here are just as competitive, if not better than the big box pharmacies, which makes it a no-brainer on where you should go if you have a prescription that you need filled! Express Pharmacy also has a very big selection of over-the-counter medicine as well, and every employee is extremely well-versed in their knowledge when it comes to giving recommendations. With that being said, they obviously always run everything by the pharmacist as they should. In summary, I truly believe you are missing out on incredible service, great prices, and a very friendly and family oriented atmosphere if you are not bringing your business to Express.

They lied…read moreand told me that the FDA stopped allowing me to get the mixture of Estrogen that my DR has been giving me for 4 years. They said I needed to get the Dr to change it. They said that Estoril was on the banned list. My Dr changed to just Estradiol. Well it wasn't working for me at all. My Dr asked me to get the mixture they had been giving me so he can come up with something else and do the research. Drugco fought me on giving me the mixture, mind you it is not a proprietary blend. The only reason My Dr couldn't' look it up is they were part of the Palomar Hack and couldn't get into old records. I explained this and they kept saying NO. I finally said don't make me be one of those that go viral. I have a right to know what you were making and I was putting into my body, regardless of my Dr. asking. Finally they called the owner. Then another guy came up and wrote down the mix. Turns out he wrote down something that wasn't true. I switched to another pharmacy, and guess what Estoril is NOT banned. That pharmacy even sent me the FDA Banned list and Tuesday of next week I will have WHAT WAS WORKING for me. From the new Pharmacy: The percentage of the Biest 2.5mg Drugco told you was wrong. You can't mix it the way they told you. You have two choices. I called the Dr. as their computers are back up and It's 80% Estriol-2mg and 20% Estradiol-0.5mg. I will have them ready on Tuesday for you. They put my health at risk, for what? Not enough profit. You lied to me about it being banned and then lied about the %'s Heck my benefits don't even pay for this. I pay out of pocket and it is not cheap. I will yell at the top of my lungs at how wrong this was to do to someone. Those that suffer from Menopause can understand. BAD BUSINESS. But they got a new Pharmacists Jill, who not only lies, but cares very little for clients. After a year and a half working off getting off Oxi that a local n pain doctor kept me on, As of March been on Norco. I pick up every month, except the last 2 I had friends do it as I live in Valley Center. But I was in , and spoke to Jill in June, May etc. No one ever brought up that they would only do through pain mgnt until they put a note on my meds I had picked up for me and couldn't call right away as Mercy v Care is closed Sat - Monday due to holiday. Jill and mercy care had months to warn me to look into a new pain dr. But says "She can't tell everyone all at once" a total cop out . Could've put a note last month, then I would've been ok if they'd given me 2 or 3 months to work it out. Especially since we are moving asap out of state. This is irresponsible and they should be sued for these horrible responses and actions. All they needed to do is give people time to fix or find a solution. Not lie saying you spoke to me when I'd swear on every Bible and over my cats n husband THEY NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT AN ISSUE AND NOW I HAVE TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR, NEW PHARMACY IN LESS THAN 3 WEEKS.
