In my eyes it isn't up to us other customers to say anything, but he should have. Here is what happened. As we all stood in line waiting to grab a prescription, a lady waddled up to the counter that was already fully occupied with customers and stood over a customer's shoulder. For one, that's a pretty big violation and the staff member should have told her that it was a invasion of privacy (the customer had to), and for two, when he was done with the customer at the counter he started to serve her when there were at least four of us waiting to be seen before her. Sure, any one of us customers could have spoken up but the pharmacy authority figure could have easily said "there's a line, you need to stand in it behind those people." If I would have said something I probably would have ended up on TikTok with an inaccurate title of "angry customer starts fight at CVS." Totally not worth it. He saw it, he did nothing, and while not the biggest deal in the world, accepting human entitlement is not cool in my world.

They never have enough staff working to handle the volume of customers they have. Multiple times our doctor has called in a prescription and we go to pick it up the next day and it still isn't ready or we've used the app to order a prescription and set the date and time of pick up (allowing sufficient time) and they don't have that ready either. How in the world!? Perhaps if the pharmacists weren't over worked they would be better at their jobs. They are not friendly or helpful. The reason this place has 2 stars is because Walgreens has an app that allows you to refill and because they have a drive thru. When you're sick you do not want to crawl inside. However the second lane of the drive thru doesn't work and they have no sign to indicate that. They let you drive up and wait forever before they let you know you have to get in line at the back of lane 1. GRRRRRRR!

This is a top-notch Target store located in the mall in Escondido, CA…read more Whenever we are in the area for the Del Mar Fair (aka the San Diego County Fair), or to see our friends in Fallbrook, or to see our friends in Ramon, we frequent this spot. It's a three-story store with entrances to the mall. And the cool escalators that let you take your cart up or down levels with a cart-moving lane on each side of each escalator. There are also elevators but that's less exciting. Check the signs to see which level you're going to need for the products you're looking for. The most recent stop we just bought three smaller Lego sets. My wife built one of them on our way to a brunch date. On the ground level there is a Starbucks open for snacks and drinks. This store has self-checkout, too, so checking out and paying for your stuff is a breeze. There are regular registers with friendly employees to help you out otherwise. Can't go wrong. Great deals and quick service. Check this Target out when you're in Escondido.

Associate Veronica was abrupt and needs more training in guest service. I approached her register to check out and she seemed to not be having a good day or she wasn't wanting to be bothered. The service I received was more like the please hurry up so I can get back to what I was originally doing. When she asked if I needed a receipt I politely said no and I was about to press the renew my membership for 5 dollars that was prompted on the screen when she became visibly agitated and and said press the red button twice. We usually use the drive through pharmacy, and did so on this occasion. Just make sure that you don't go to pick up on the pharmacy employees lunches. The lady was nice and communicative. We paid for our prescriptions and were on our way. Will return here soon.
