I had a few things in my cart that I just left behind. If you don't have the staff to assist when they need an item that is locked up, than find another way. Or maybe lock it up accordingly. An item that is less than 2 dollars shouldn't be a hassle to purchase.

And yes, I've used Shutterfly which isn't all that amazing to be frank. I wanted to print out my parents' main wedding photo to replace the damaged in the last 50 years. It was done in an hour and it was as good as it could be. I did some more touch ups and reprinted another copy - it's just so convenient, versus having to wait for Shutterfly to mail and pay for shipping. I also printed out photos at a different Walgreens and the photo size was actually not correct. So I plan to reprint the photo at this location. One worker kind of didn't acknowledge me when I came in - it would have been appropriate for her to say, "Hello, someone will be with you in a minute" then yell out, "Harv! A customer is here for you!". Someone did come in about a minute regardless. A different person was working the next morning and she helped me out right away. So regarding the photo service - I recommend using services like this one at Walgreens to ensure that Shutterfly does not become a monopoly and to ensure in-person services stay a thing. Why print photos? Because photos are curated and placed with thought. Towards the end of my deadline, I found I could use a photo taken from an airplane above the clouds and I used it as a full spread. If I had only known, I would have done much more fancier things. Going through albums as a family is another way to get junkies off their screens. Talkin' to you, mom! EDIT: Came back here to print more photos. There's usually a sale, so make sure to check the website and enter the codes before purchasing. It's not the most advanced system, but it works. I'll have to reprint more photos, since the 4x6 is not always compatible with the size on my iphone. But the prices are definitely cheaper even with inflation than printing photos in the 1990s at Walmart.

Two associates at the counter saw me approaching but continued their conversation with each other. When I reached the counter, I opened my Target app and displayed the Wallet barcode for my return. One associate looked at me and sarcastically asked, "What's this for?" I replied, "For my return." She completed the transaction, but immediately began talking to the other associate, saying, "People just put their phone up and don't know what they want--pickup, return, purchase?" I was standing right there and felt she was criticizing me in front of both employees. The comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and made me feel embarrassed as a customer. I had done nothing more than present the barcode required for my return. What upset me most was the lack of courtesy and respect. Rather than feeling helped, I felt mocked. I believe customers deserve to be treated professionally, especially when they are standing at the counter within earshot of the conversation. I left the store feeling disappointed and would have appreciated a sincere apology for the associate's behavior.

I'm used to a certain level of product availability, coordination between staff members and Customers and finally, the parking lot are is a nice sizable space that should fit a large amounts of cars but to be honest it doesn't. This location doesn't necessarily meet all of this key points but as a Target store. They still meet the basic requirements and needs. The produce is great and fresh. The isles are fully stocked, even if it's lacking some key products that I can find closer to the Peninsula. The bathrooms are clean the isles are clearly visible and marked by signs for customers to navigate easier. These are basic necessities that are so very important as a customer. Now, for the things that can really use some improvements. Before you even get into the store. The parking is rough, to say the least. Because this Target is located in a strip mall and not in its own private lot. Parking can be a free-for-all. My personal recommendation, the earlier you can shop the easier it is to find a space. Let's put it this way to be nice. Some of the staff aren't the most comfortable in their roles. Their body language and attitude, can really use some adjusting. Not all but some do need better training. Whether it's because they're not having a good day or they're just not happy. Staff need to do better. Especially when dealing with the public. The value is always great at Target but pointless if you can't stand being in the store. There's always room for improvement, and improvement is needed in key places. The drive-up/ order pickup is also an issue. I made an online order with products that were shown to be fully in-stock. An hour later, I was sent a notification that half my order was ready but the other half was not available. How? if everything online was shown to be in-stock. Although, I was bothered I went to pickup the order anyway. Parking sucked because customers used the order pick-up spaces as regular vehicle parking. When I finally found parking, I got my order and drove off. A few of the items were completely wrong. Causing me to go back and fix the error myself. The staff have to-do better, they just need to find it. Please make sure that all drive up and go orders are accurate before releasing items to the customers. and not giving someone else's order out. You can easily kill an hour or two here just window shopping or actual shopping. Imagine the kinda fun you can have with kids in tow. Just make sure yo have an idea of what you want and not rely on staff for help. It's hit or miss on how it will affect your experience.

Every Togo's smells like pastrami and yeast, Walgreen's smells like old people and Long's has a distinctive antiseptic mixed with knock off perfume aroma. Anyway, I digress. The layout is typical, pharmacy in the back, photo on the left, cosmetics on the right. Random assortment of stuff in the aisles in between. Holy crap, Halloween candy is out already! I am unsuccessful in avoiding this aisle but have enough restraint to not purchase that jumbo sized bag of mini Twix's. I find everything on my list pretty quickly and then kill loads of time in the cosmetics section which is standard procedure for me whenever I enter a drug store. It's seriously, like, an addiction. Pretty adequate selection, but I was disappointed they didn't have the Vaseline Body Oil I wanted (who doesn't want sexy slippery skin?!). Check out was fun. Only 1 register open and it's in a weird spot right by the safe and it doesn't have a conveyor belt thingy to load my stuff onto. The young checkout chick reminds me of my sister-in-law and this is not really a good thing. She is also too young to sell alcohol to the people in front of me so she has to call a manager. No problem, I'm not really in a hurry. She rings me out quickly and is friendly and nice and I feel bad for making mean assumptions about her. I collect my bags and head out to the car. When I get to the car I start hunting in the bags for the mints I bought and realize they aren't there. In fact, a bunch of stuff isn't there! And missing from the receipt too. Crap. Turns out that young miss checkstand didn't see the rest of my stuff piled up on the counter. (Wow, I can't believe I just wrote this massive review about a freakin' drugstore!)

Long's at Sequoia Station in RWC and Walgreens on El Camino are both open 24 hours most of the time and this one is not, but this IS the closest pharmacy to where I live, so when my cat's oncologist called up to say he was prescribing some medication for her ear infection and that it could be filled at a regular pharmacy, this was the place I had him fax the prescription in to. When I called them up to see if the prescription was ready, they sounded rather amused, which seemed odd but I thought perhaps it's just a very jolly work environment. Queuing up here is an interesting experience. There is a line on the floor that shows you where to stand in order to respect the privacy of others having their prescription filled. This means you are standing in the aisles where the depends, enemas, vaginal yeast infection itch relief creams, bunion removers and condoms are located. Those items are not private, so don't be embarrassed by all the bored people waiting to fill their prescriptions who have nothing to do but watch you when you go to buy your super strength ex-lax or your jock itch powder. Whatever prescription they are having filled is private and embarrassing, but you should be PROUD you are removing your own warts or know how to use a rectal thermometer or are finally getting that Beano your friends are always recommending. When I got to the counter, the woman there started smirking. "Awww, was kitty being naughty?" she said suggestively. What? She looked uncomfortable when I seemed confused...like she expected me to laugh and now thought perhaps I was going to get upset. I saw her go talk to the pharmacist and she then came back and told me the pharmacist wanted to talk to me about how to prepare the medication and to see if I had any questions. The pharmacist was mostly concerned with explaining how to mix up this liquid which couldn't be mixed up too far ahead of time and had to be done in a few batches. When he asked me if I had any questions, I asked him "so, I put the syringe in her ear, right?", "What? No." he says, "it is administered orally!" He looked at me like I was an idiot. When I got home, I found out the liquid was a cherry flavored syrup. Oh great! Cats love cherry flavored syrup! I also looked up the medication online and found out it is an alternative to Penicillin, most often used for STDs. OH...OKAY...the laughing, the "was kitty being naughty"...no it doesn't go in the ear....now I get it. Hardy har har.

This store should absolutely be investigated for civil rights violations, and either have a massive change in its policies and employees' bigoted attitudes or shut down. This Monday one of the worst experiences of my life occurred. I quickly went in to buy a drink, doing nothing more than briefly walking past the cold cases and scanning for my drink, which I grabbed from the back and bought. Simple, every day action, right? Nope, after I paid for it and walked for three minutes to a restaurant to buy my dinner I was met by two police officers. In a forceful manner I was patted down and lead outside. I am known well in that place and it was absolutely humiliating. I asked what it is about and was told that the store CALLED THE POLICE ON ME FOR SHOPLIFTING!! Note that I have an absolute clean record in my mid 40's, not a single misdemeanor or even a parking ticket. The officer stated that they saw me steal which is absolutely false, and the employee who said that should be charged with a false police report. I did absolutely nothing suspicious- I mean not even touching anything but the drink that I bought. There is absolutely no other possibility than profiling of the worst sort as to why they would call the police. I was detained for over an half hour (I was so tense that I thought my heart condition would be triggered, easily one of the worst times of my life) as the overbearing police did everything possible to find evidence. No where on my person or in the area I walked was there store merchandise. I had a receipt for my purchase. They looked at the security footage but of course it showed nothing. Finally the incredibly hostile police officer of the two who stopped me said "We are letting you go tonight but they asked that you not return!". I am dependent on that location for medicine due to personal circumstances. The profiling at that store is at the level of criminal! To call the police on an innocent person with a false claim is vile and could destroy someone's life. read more

Debbie goes the extra mile for customers. SUPER customer service. She knows the make-up department (and surrounding areas) thoroughly. Debbie is very informative of all the products and goes beyond what her job is. This awesome lady actually took her time and taught me how to apply my make-up. I wasn't sure of what to buy and how to make it all look right and I ended up walking out of the store fully made-up. I went to an event with people asking who did my makeup. It was CVS I told them. I hate the fact that I live so close to this place! Every time I walk in there I say I will not go back, but then in in a hurry and cave... There is problem! I could leave 20-30 min early, go in there for one or two things, (should take about 5 min max) then there is a long line, which is fine, they are busy, that's a good thing; but they only have one check stand open with the slowest cashier on the face of the earth!! This place has really improved!! I have had many positive experiences with all the employees and professional helpful management. They stock what we need as well. Today Nicky in photo was endlessly patient and kind to me as I struggled to make a photo CD. Thank you Nicky- the best in customer service! and CVS- pay these valuable employees more! This store calls police on honest, paying customers. Beware if you look slightly more downscale or in any other way differ from their notion of a upstanding, white picket fence suburban customer. The manager is a coward who follows zero of the legal protocol of witnessing any of the elements of shoplifting before calling police- thus wasting valuable law enforcement resources. This seems to be a long standing pattern at this location and needs an investigation. read more

The Cardinal Health vendor who supplies is useless as out of stock on so much. Pharmacists won't bother to even call vendor, but just keep saying out of stock, no idea. Not overly sweet, great texture and flavors. It's going to be one of my favorites from now on. Highly recommend you try one. It's a small cake maybe 6 inches square but packed with flavor.
