I second leo's review on the flu shot. Waited 30 minutes for shot but no one helped me. Finally walked out.

So I really only come here to get prescriptions filled, and I have to say that the pharmacists that work here are hands down the nicest EVER. I went in two weeks early to pick up an autofill prescription knowing it wasn't going to be ready and expecting the usual 15 minute wait. The chick working was in the middle of something else when she looked over at my screen and said "No, just two minutes! I'll get it for you right now." She had the nicest smile, was so friendly, when I donated a dollar to their charity fund she expressed such gratitude you'd think I'd donated $100. She had me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes and told me to have a wonderful day...and I felt like she really meant it! That is something that you don't see a lot of these days, and I won't ever forget the experience. I'd have even given this CVS a 3 or 4, but this last standout experience made it a 5, no questions. Everyone else that works there has always been very kind and personable. It's never crazy busy, and the store is always clean. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The short, bald male cashier raised his voice to me in an extremely aggressive and demeaning manner, simply because I asked him if he was in line, as he was standing chatting with the other cashier behind the counter. I simply asked him politely, said excuse me, are you in line? So I didn't jump ahead of anyone rudely as the line was rather confusing and the cashier behind the counter was not helping anyone, just chatting with this rude little man, apparently on a break? He then proceeds to walk up to the counter as if purchasing something, not even sure if he bought anything and chatted up the cashier behind the counter for a few minutes, as a line formed with more customers behind me, and then added by saying- oh hey, asking his buddy, can you clock me out? This individual has no business in any sort of customer service industry. read more

I hurt my ankle and went to the nearest CVS to find something to help. I went to the pharmacy because I had no clue what to do. I ask the consultant or some one to help me in the pharmacy and he helped me personally going into the aisle and helping me pick out everything I need. He explained what kind of medicine to help with because I was taking the wrong ones, and he stayed with me until I got the solution I needed. This was two weeks ago, who ever helped me you were awesome thank you very much. read more

I decided to go to this CVS because it is walking distance from my hotel, which was the Lakehouse Resort. It is about a 20 minute walk from there. I didn't find the employees to be too helpful, except for the cashier Nate. He was nice. Overall, I found that the store was well stocked and it had what I needed. I thought they had a good candy selection. Checkout was nice and easy. I did not use the pharmacy. read more

So I'm not crazy about this store at all because the prices are high for things that are cheaply made. I only shop here on occasion because of the convenient location. I'm only giving five stars because of the excellent service we just received from Nate! My kid bought a ball there that went flat in 24 hours and I wanted to reach my 7 yr old how returns work by having her do it all and he was so patient, polite, etc! read more

I love this cvs they are very helpful especially Ryan! And they are great with customer service I never wait in line for to long.

We were on vacation and I had to pick something up here for my ankles. It's a bigger CVS than I'm used to and had what I needed! I say that's A-OK in my book!! The line, however, was pretty long and was surprised they didn't get any back up so a long wait lined knocked a star off. read more

worst service ever i got the run around for 4 hours they didnt have the meds i needed so they had to transfer it to a cvs in vista and i had to call 2 times to get them to do it by the time i got it filled it was 15 mins tell closing thank the lord the people in Vista were vary helpful this has happend a few times at this location with slow service if you want a good CVS go to the one in Vista the San Marcos one dont wast your time read more

I came to pick up my parents medicine today at the pharmacy store. When the technician asked me their last and first name. I spelled their name and she printed out the paper and told me write it down. It looked like discrimination. It never happened before. Bad service ever. read more

If you don't have high blood pressure when you go in this pharmacy you will when you leave. They just don't have their act together. My doctor sent my prescription in on Tuesday morning, I called Wednesday afternoon and they said they were filling the prescription at that time and it would be ready for pick up that afternoon. I wasn't able to pick up my medication until Thursday afternoon. When I got there I was told that the medication had just arrived and that it wouldn't be ready for pick up until the next day. Needless to say I wasn't happy. Finally the woman that was helping me went over and got my medication and handed it to the pharmacist. I had to wait longer while he added a label to the bottle. This is the second time this is happened to me at this particular CVS pharmacy. They tell me my medication is there and they tell me it's not, when actually it is. I also recommend if you shop there that you do not use the restroom because It is always dirty. read more

I came here for a liter of soda and a bag of ice. I found it and I was out the door. The place looked clean and organized. The guy running the register was nice and informed me that I can get more discounts by providing him my email address. That is what I got...more discount opportunities. read more

Nate and Judy always give me great service and are always helping multiple customers, i go there 4 times a week, best cig prices!!!!

So I'm writing this review from the parking lot because I don't feel very welcomed inside. This has got to be the worst service I've ever had in my life. I watched an older woman get berated for forgetting her i.d in her car as she leaves to get it the woman behind the counter rolls her eyes and scoffs .. maybe she's having a bad day..cue me pleasantries be dammed as she cuts me off and asks what I want realizing I was in the wrong line she quickly shoos me the other way. Attitude is everything , as I sat and waited for about twenty or thirty minutes I watched her berate every single customer that came in...each one leaving with the same dumbfounded look that I had before sitting down. I don't really understand what crawled up her ass not do I give a shit. Again attitude is everything almost reducing and old lady to tears doesn't make you as great as you think you clearly are. By far the worst Pharmacy and customer service ever. I had to pick up a pain killer for a cancer patient and they gave us a hard time because we usually get our prescriptions from a different CVS Pharmacy. They practically accused us of being druggies on the phone and did not want to help us. They had all the information on the patient and couldn't have treated us more rudely. read more

Pharmacy there is terrible. Always a long wait and sometimes they mess up the prescription. Go somewhere else.

I went into pick up some photos so I went to the photo counter. No was working the counter. There was a small line and two cashiers do I waited. After 10 minutes a man who I would say was the manager yelled across the store asking if I needed help. I replied. Yes I need to pick up some photos. He replied with the obvious no one is working the counter. Finally after another 5 minutes he came over and got my photos. Terrible service. read more

Location is convenient but some pharmacy staff a little rude. Got a text my prescription was in and because we were waiting to see how the sample was working first, did not pick it up right away. Then someone called asking about it and told the person the situation. She said she'd put it back on the shelf. I said I'd know in a few days and she said no problem, will fill it when we come back. 3 days later when I went to fill it, they said they didn't have the product. I told her someone just called on it and she said I don't know who would have done that. I called just now to give them the savings card number and person was curt and said to give it to them when I come in. I said you'll have to reprocess it and she said it will only take a few minutes. Was hoping to have it all processed when I came in so I could just pick up and pay. Anyway, beside rudeness, a little concerned that no one seemed to know anything about the prescription that they called me about... read more
