I came here today to get a vaccination and I had an appointment. When I checked in at the front and online, the woman said "I'll be right with you." I went over to the vaccination area where there were some chairs and it looked like four or five people were waiting for vaccinations. There was no line moving or people going in and then coming back out -- just nothing -- just everyone waiting around. And I waited for about 30 minutes and no one even came out or announced anything like "hey everyone we're busy, we're behind on vaccinations will get to and we can nothing." There was zero communication. They didn't even let us know what the wait time would be. And you know I planned my day around this. Also, this is the most disgusting filthiest drugstore (not CVS, drugstore) I've ever been to in my life. Throughout the aisles, there was half eaten food opened up and half eaten, there were balled up tissues and paper towels on shelves. There was also a giant clump of someone's hair among the medication on a shelf and a lot of half eaten candy bars, sort of shoved in between products. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in at least a month if not more because there's no way this amount of stuff could build up in one day. read more

This location has the most incredible staff. I have a toddler & needed to pick up my order asap, I wasn't getting confirmation email about order within the hour indicated. When I called the location, Crystal was nice enough to make sure to complete my pick up order & call me as soon as it was ready. When I walked in she was so friendly. It's people like crystal who restore my faith in people & especially in the younger generation. read more

Do not get your prescriptions here. Staff is unknowledgeable and they are always understaffed at that. Will say my meds are ready and I'll have to still wait an hour for it to be ready. Also tried to do UPS thru this location since the site says they do. Inside no signs for ups. Nothing. And packages just thrown everywhere behind the front counter. Don't trust my package with that. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS RETARDED PHARMACY. Took me four days to get a prescription filled after playing bouncy bouncy with useless phones calls back and forth to the doctor and the pharmacy. Who ever runs this pharmacy has there head screwed on backwards. Between my doctor Mark Ramoff, M.D and this pharmacy I can't chose who is worse. SOMEBODY HELP ME ... PLEASE. This place is so convinient and the people that works are friendly and helpful. Its 24/7 and people on here work hard and they are also human, they get tired specially midnight shift and they still manage to help and deal with ungrateful people. It gets busy sometimes and I get it but when people try to rush the employee and demanding service, it is unfair for the employee to be treated like sh!t with this people. be patient and respecful. Over the weekend instead of trying out some new delicious sammich shop or pub my body decided it was going to go into allergy hell and hate me. So saturday night where I would be out with my bf enjoying the fruits of my weekend, I was sitting in urgent care, trying reopen my nasal passages. Doctor gave me some anit-biotics for my sinus infection and told me this pharmacy is for sure open 24 hours and that I should really start the zpack that night. There was one tech there (that I know from my school) that was helping people both in line and at the drive through window. (Who knew, you can get your meds, and a cheesey burrito at 11:30pm.) So as I waited in line for about 10 minutes, someone randomly appears at one of the desks and is just staring at me....So... me: "Hi, are you...? Uh? can i? I'd like to get one of my perscriptions filled?" Tech: "Ok, where are the perscriptions?" Me: "Oh, right here in my bag!" Tech: "Well No medicine for you then!!" Me: "uuuuuh..?(after pulling out the medications) Umm, I can only get one these today, I'd like to get the zpack" Tech: "WHY?!" Me: "I don't have enough money for both.......?" Tech: ..silence.. Me: "okay I also don't have my insurance card, but I DO have the information on it. Tech: "Well that doesn't help ME very much." Me: "I'm sorry." Tech;" Whats the policy number??? (very demanding and mean and scary tone)" Me: "blah blah blah, number number number number blah blah blah" Tech: "I didn't need the last numbers....." Me: "uuuhhhhh oh. ok." Tech: "it'll be 15 minutes" (walks away without a chance for anything else to be said) Clearly this guy was disgruntled, no one really wants to be working let alone in a pharmacy at 11 'o'clock at night, but why you gotta be so mean to me huh? What did I do? I'm just a friendly patron with a sinus infection. In the course of our conversation somewhere I asked him if he was the manager, or the pharmacist, and no of course not, because someone in those postions understands the importance of friendly service. I went to sit down in the obligatory waiting room chairs every pharmacy has, but no these chairs were covered in magazines empty cups and bottles and trash. Very comforting for the sick? NOT. Not to mention, pearing in to the pharmacy I noticed the same tech shooting me dirty looks. WHY????? I really hope he didn't do anything to my medicine. This CVS is one of those places I hate going to, but it's so close to home I always end up there! My biggest issue with this CVS is that the service is slower than dial up Internet in 2002! I swear I could order a pizza in line and I'll get it delivered before I get to the register. Every time I hit this Cvs I spend 5 minutes shopping and 15 minutes in line. It's crazy! I could be out ghost riding the whip with E-40, or graduate from college before I see the register. I mean do they not train their employees ?!?! They don't offer liquor here for sale so that's why they are open all night I presume. small lil store...but offers alot 8)) I usually go to the other CVS down the street by Costco.....but this will do in a crunch...or late night Snacks, Drinks, Magazines, Medicines, Lotions & Potions, Hallmark Card area, Make-up galore....and I always find stuff on sale. I love using the reward BUCKS that are attached to your receipts....so if you shop at CVS....DON' T throw away your receipt till you check em out and see if you have any FREE BUCKS to use for your next visit.....They calculate your last seasons spending and then give out the rewards...I just used my $4.00 that I had accumulated 8)) HUGE parking lot....Nice Staff....and after Holidays you can get stuff at 90% off....so right now they still have Christmas stuff read more

Seriously, I just bought 4 cases of water and the guy at the checkstand doesn't tell me I'm not allowed to bring the cart out or ask me if I need help to my car. Idiot! REALLY?! Another employee had to run after me when I was already at my car to tell me that I'm not allowed to bring carts out and that I'm suppose to ask for help out to my car. I'm normally okay to put water in my car on my own. I never ask because I'm a big girl. (flexing muscles) Anyways, it was really annoying because the guy at the counter should've said something. C'mon...I had 4 cases of water to bring to my car. I live a minute away from this place. Yes, it's located in the ghetto. LOL The store seems smaller than most locations I've been to but it serves my needs. I pick up my mom and aunt medication here so it's fabulous that they have a drive-thru here. I really don't know how a pharmacy can stay in business when they make so many stupid mistakes! Somebody's going to be hurt someday! I have asked repeatedly for non-child-safe caps, no blue pills, auto-refill, sync, and they cannot manage to get it right. I do not understand how they can manage to be out of stock on a pill that I refill every single month. It's on auto-fill. I have been taking it for years. What is the big problem?? They are obviously understaffed. The person who helps me pick up my prescriptions always has to look in multiple places to find them. They could just hire somebody at minimum wage to sort the prescriptions as they get filled. The lines would be a lot shorter. Wouldn't that be smart? The CVS phone app has been around for years and has never worked correctly. It regularly tells me that prescriptions are ready when they are not. I waited in line and the cashier helped one client, then right after, called me over next. She did not sanitize the station, which the prior client had touched extensively. I asked her if she will be sanitizing the area and whether they were doing that after each client. She replied that they only do it once at nights. Then went looking for sanitizer all over the store. Finally came back and sanitized the station. I'm shocked that CVS as a pharmacy does not have a policy to sanitize the cashier stations after each client. Pharmacy is ridiculously slow and the workers are incompetent. Each car in the drive thru takes 15-25 minutes to service. 35 minute wait at 2am. When you finally get to the window, theres another 5-10 minute wait before somebody walks up to help you until they tell you "Sorry our systems just turned off, it's gonna be a 2 hour wait for them to reboot." This is medication we're talking about. Some people die if they can't get it. With CVS being the largest pharmacy in the area aside from Walgreens, I'd expect gold standard service. I just went to the CVS w my homeboy and they were rude asf. The female checking us out at the counter was hella snobby, rude, and she shady asf. Not gonna lie she deserves to be fired bc what she did. she thought we were stupid or something bc she scanned shit we said we didn't want. 3 different times. Thinking we wouldn't notice like girl come on. She did it three different times like girl - u think we dumb asf, take off the 3 things we told u we didn't want. She sighed like she didn't do shit wrong- when she's tryna steal my money and y'all's money we all work hard for. I had to go through the Total amount w no help from her even tho e asked her why's it so high?? So we going through the total w her tryna rush us even tho there's nobody else in the store damn near. This pharmacy is a joke. It seems like most of the employees hate their job, they don't even acknowledge you half the time, and never smile. I got a call from the automated system saying my prescriptions were ready WHILE I was standing there waiting to be helped, but no one approached or acknowledged me for five minutes. When someone finally did, only a couple of my prescriptions were in fact ready. I was then referred to the consultation desk where an Asian male pharmacist did as little as possible to answer my questions. He said to call my doctor and I got the feeling I was bothering him just by being there. Look, my dad was a pharmacist and he always hated working at drugstores. I know it's not ideal, but do yourself and the community a favor and apply at a private pharmacy if you're so miserable.
