    Broken chain breaker

    Got a chain breaker it's ass got stuck on my chain and I can't get it out cost me 32 dollars says 19.99 on the back it's a scam broke within 2 hours

    This is the second time I have walked into this location and not been approached one time. Both times spent over $350 and spent near an hour trying to find what I needed. I get there is more money for people to spend but damn y'all. I asked at the counter for help and they legit said to google it. My buddy came here two weeks ago and he was helped the moment he walked into the store. Not sure where the judgement is to choose who gets helped but I was hoping the first interaction in February was a fluke. They were not busy, so that's not the case. Anyways, when you have the corner marked on gear, supplies and parts I guess it's just not for me to get the same service. Bummer. I even read the reviews and thought the folks who had shitty experiences were just mad about something else... giving the store the benefit of the doubt. Sad face.

I had precious little time to get the car inspected, renew the registration, and about 4 other things to do before picking up the 11 yr old at school. Car failed inspection. Weird brake light problem I was unaware of til my ESC light came on that very morning. I was helped by some seriously nice guys, and then Anthony offered to come look at the problem. I hardly had to explain how my 4 month old wasn't old enough to be trusted to JUST step on the break when I told her to. After suggesting replacing both bulbs (noting a bad filament in at least one of them) we realized that didn't fix the main issue. Anthony then suggested replacing the break pedal switch. That fixed it! I was on my way back to the Sticker Shop in no time. Anthony didn't have to explain to me that it wasn't really their "M.O." to go to such extents, and I'm in no way saying he did all the work (WINK WINK), but if it hadn't been for him, I'd have been looking at driving around illegally (still) with my baby on board. That guy deserves a HYUGE pat on the back. Maybe an extra day off, I don't know. Thanks, man!

Apparently someone didn't do their job very thoroughly. Of course I drove all the way back across town before opening the box. This store blew half my day. They also had a bunch of sales posted on Lucas products that wouldn't actually ring up correctly. Seems like a bait and switch, TBH. Better yet, the only BOGO Lucas product that did ring up correctly (fuel treatment) had a loose top and completely emptied in the floor of my SUV. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.

So I drove almost an hour to the store based on that promise -- only to be forced to wait around for nearly 40 minutes before anyone would actually come out to "talk pricing." Then, somehow, the price jumped from $899 per kart to over $2,200 per kart because of a bunch of extra fees that were never mentioned to me beforehand. Not once. Not when I spoke to the sales person. Not when I asked about buying two. Nothing. This is an absolute scam with misleading, dodgy business practices, and I am beyond frustrated that I wasted my time and effort on this bait-and-switch. Avoid them. Worst experience ever.

AP tuner is an unbelievable upgrade that truly unlocks the car that you wanted. It seriously is like driving an entirely different car that handles and responds amazingly in every way. I'm disappointed that Subaru didn't produce this car to perform like this in the first place. The Intake is also amazing and simple to install. The sound that it produces in the cabin is amazing and adds some fun while driving. The performance is noticeable and I have nothing bad to say about any of it. Highly recommend both purchases with nothing negative to say. The second part of this review I would like to discuss the customer service offered by this company. I have had to call a couple of times with some questions and I have to say their customer service is second to none! First of all when you a call you reach a real person (in this country). That person doesn't gather info and dump you off to someone else they will answer questions regarding products and compatibility, installation, or anything else you can ask. That same employee will listen and talk to you about any issues or concerns you have. I recently spoke with Ty regarding some repairs I had on my vehicle at the dealership. Long story short he was able to help me with any questions I had sent me an email detailing step by step how to complete some tasks to ensure everything was installed correctly and then had me send him the data logs so he could review it and ensure everything was running the desired way. I received quick and accurate help from him and he never acted annoyed or put out with me. This is one example of multiple experiences I've had when contacting them and every time I interact with them I'm impressed. In a day and age where companies seem to care less and less about customer service or out source it to other companies, this is an extremely refreshing breath of air. I will recommend this company to anyone and I cannot wait to continue buying their products. Check this business out and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

    Don't throw away money with this company I've been a loyal customer since 2002 and even talked them…read moreup as a mechanic. I have about $1200 in just the programmer. Baught the e 85 kit from them another $1000 Changed parts just to find out the 1200 dollar programmer is now locked and can't tune my car anymore. Cobb told me to pund sand and turned my show car into a paper weight. Better yet I paid them for the program in 2016 and they reached into my computer and erased the program I paid for isn't that theft.
