    Rear wheel and tire
    Leo S.

Before I start this review I understand I should have found a different motorcycle shop to give business to since this is the second time I received horrible service. Brought these two wheels and tires to be mounted and balanced. I dropped off these two tires for mount and balance. "SIMPLE" they took 2 full days to get these does. According to them they were busy. To top of it after waiting days to have them done the charge was not $30 dollars a pop. My bill was almost $140.00. Supposedly they made a mistake and it's $30.00 if I bought the tires from them. I had no proof that they said $30.00. The actual charge is $60 per wheel if the tires are not purchased at there store. Crazy double the amount lol. No wonder the all the department stores are closing now. These companies are digging their own grave. (((DID I GET ROBBED ? OR AM I OVER THINKING THIS)) also the front wheel was never balance as you can clearly see it doesn't have a single weight and it did before lol. The least they could have done was clean the old glue from the rear wheel weights. I remember years ago cycle gear was the world's best motorcycle shop.

We has to fix a tire Mounting and balancing a front motorcycle tire and than a tank of gas after the service. Great service except they didn't do it in two hours and nothing was worked on so that was that. We went home and converted the wheel to a tub less rim strip kit online from Japan direct only place it's sold on the whole planet. We returned after grinding the spoke nipples flat same as a bike shop but way more advanced. I love the ladies boots for sale and hope to be riding soon

I bought my daughter a chest protector for her birthday last week at cycle gear in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh they were very nice and very helpful I even purchased a new chain and a tube from them. The chest protector I bought had blemishes on it and it did not fit correctly so I decided to take it back to cycle gear The problem is I went to Cycle Gear in Pacheco for the return because my daughter has gymnastics practice down the street. Here is my experience and why you shouldn't come to cycle gear in Pacheco. I went in there with a receipt only one week old and the gentleman at the counter was like we can't return this with these blemishes. I was like look at the receipt that's how it was sold to me, it has tags on it still never has been worn just tried it on. The buckles were never even adjusted. I said look at the receipt it was discounted 10% because of the blemishes he was like I see that but I'm going to call Pittsburgh I was like OK go ahead, but I have the receipt here so either way go ahead I have time entertain me. He called Pittsburgh and they confirmed it that they sold it with blemishes, so then he returned it. Either way it was only a week old with tags on it still, never ever been worn. After my bad experience that no one should experience I decided not to buy the boots from cycle gear in Pacheco. I'm taking my business back to cycle gear in Pittsburgh I know I might seem ridiculous that I'm going to bring my business back to cycle gear, but I like cycle gear not all cycle gear stores are bad just a Pacheco one. At least a Pittsburgh one would earn my business.

My husband and I come here pretty often and each time we visit, the staff is so helpful and will give us thorough information on whatever it is we have questions on. We always just come in to browse just to see what they have for fun and we end up buying something ridiculous. I think in total, we've purchased 2 Shoei and 1 Sedici helmets in the past 6 months, bluetooth and more riding gear. I really love how helpful everyone is and you can tell they are passionate about their products.

Couldn't have done it without you guys!

These guys were lifesavers. So not only does the store have a good selection, but they also had tires on sale when my buddy's bike started showing wire during our loop of California road trip. Snagged a tire from them but couldn't find anyone to take the wheel off the bike (go figure HD right next store wouldn't touch anything that's not a Harley *rolleyes*) so we scrambled together some tools from our luggage and cyclegear lent us a used bike stand they had hiding in the back. Bing bang boom. Problem solved! All very helpful people in the store, super courteous and I definitely feel like a we lucked out. Thanks guys!!!

Really nice and helpful customer service. I walked in on mother's day and immediately was greeted by willie, who helped me find a couple of open-face helmet options with hot pink on them. He showed me some eye protection too and i ended up with a cute pair of oakleys also. Totally happy to be in and out of there with exactly what i wanted in under 15 minutes.

For some reason, I feel like this location is off the beaten path. Something about the location that I just don't like. But it is near a Wendy's, and I like frostys, so.... I come here fairly regularly. Fluids, maintenance parts, the odd sale item. Customer service has ranged from blah to pretty good. Its cool to have m/c only parking right out front. Can't think of much else to say.

Great prices, lots of sales but unlike most cycle gears it has very limited selection. They don't have a lot of sizes or styles of things.

Yes, I have triple AAA but there cost was well over $300 for my battery and installation. The store itself is pretty small, the battery selection was not that great and the shelves looked a bit empty. Definitely smells like an auto store. I was able to go on to their website and find the battery I needed at the right price. The cost was about $175 with a $20 deposit fee that was returned when I gave them my old battery. Since ordering it online, I thought it would be quicker. When I went to go pick it up, there was a mishap and it took the poor employee forever to find it. He went back in to the warehouse and looked for it, talked to other employees, and come to find out. It was on the shelf of the store..... I could have pulled it. Anyways, don't expect much. Come here for your car parts and leave. They definitely do not have any special parts you may need. They did advise me to head over to the dealership as it may be the only way to get this piece. Thanked him for the advice! There are a bunch of teenagers that work there so I'm not sure how knowledgeable they are about cars. But I can always be wrong.

I had an appointment, but when I arrived, I was told they were backed up -- so that meant a long wait. After the diagnostic, the service advisor told me the compressor was bad. He even double-checked with the technician to confirm that the relays and fuses had been tested, and the technician said they were good. Fast forward -- I took the vehicle to another shop to have the compressor replaced. After installation, the A/C still didn't work. I mentioned what Pep Boys had said and asked if we could do some basic troubleshooting. Within minutes, we found a bad relay -- something that should have been tested immediately. A quick test, the technican could have easily done was I swapped the A/C relay with the fuel system relay right next to it, and sure enough, the compressor came on and the engine died 10 seconds later. Extremely frustrating experience. A simple, basic test was completely missed, leading to unnecessary expense and wasted time. Friendly people, but I won't be trusting them with diagnostics or servicing any of my vehicles.

We started the car and all was well, then we forgot something in the house and turned the engine off and when we went to restart it the engine wouldn't start. Oh no!!!! Well we didn't want to be late so we took a different car. Thankfully we had 3 cars to choose from. Later that afternoon we went back home to tackle the car that wouldn't start. We packed all of our belongings for our trip home and went to start our car and it still wouldn't start. Thankfully we had a solo battery charger in our trunk so we whipped it out and jump started our battery and the engine roared to life. We next googled the closes O'Reilly and found this one on Monument Blvd just a few miles away. We zipped on over and parked right in front next to the other car with their hood up. We went inside and explained the situation to the sales person. He looked up and had our battery in stock. Next we went out to test our battery and yep it was a dead one. Our battery was purchased from O'Reilly back in Nov 2023 and the warrantee had just expired. Too bad. We went back inside and bought a new battery. There were several to choose from. We choose the gel one with a 4 year warrantee. He said if we loose the receipt not to worry as our purchase is on file. We all returned to the car and he installed the batter. For an extra $2 we bought some goop to put on the battery so the connections won't corrode. As it turns out the gentleman helping us has a daughter with the same make and model as us with the same amount of miles. What a coincidence. While we were having out batter installed 3 other people pulled up and were also having their batteries tested. They have a great business going on a Sunday afternoon. With the battery installed we were all set to hit the road again. Crossing our fingers that this one isn't a dud. We bought a battery for our other car last week and it was a dud. After a day the car wouldn't start again and it turns out the battery was a dud. It caused us so much undue stress. So beware lots of these batteries are not exactly new, but recharged and sold as new batteries. If there is a lot of stickers on the top of the battery you don't want it. For us this was a good experience. It's so nice that they will install the batteries for free and take the old one back to dispose of.
