I was going to dance with FYP, Filipino Young Professional at Berry Center Cypress TX. We had lunch here.Parknig lots were horrendous.Cypress was supposed to be different from downtown Houston! Anyway, It seemed that this restaurant was popular. I saw some Japanese sushi restaurant in same shopping mall. But sushi restaurant was empty.Why? I guessed that this breakfast club was beating sushi. The breakfast House was packed. People were waiting just like Tiger den.Tiger den is a popular ramen shop in China Town..We had to wait for 15 minutes. We got a table. I checked the menu.This was a typical unhealthy American breakfast such as bacon, home fries has potatoes and etc.It made me nervous.But we were going to dance and consume at least 1000 calories.It was glad to order Pork chops!!! Prices were relatively cheap. The foods were very tasty.I loved that.The servers were very nice although they were extremely busy.Overall, I loved this restaurant. Am I going to return?I wish I could.Sadly I live in Houston TX. Anyway, I might volunteer in the Cypress area.There will be some Marathon , 5k run, and other sports events in Cypress. Boyfriend and I ate here on Sunday (3.25.18) for the first time. I always read reviews before we go into a new location, so based on the reviews there were some highs and low ratings. (which is normal of course.)The host staff was friendly, they greet you with smiles even when there are 20+ people surrounding them waiting for a table. We waited to be seated for about 15-20 mins. It was nice outside and we were able to snag a seat on one of the benches, so the wait didn't feel long at all. Once we were seated at our table, we were waiting for awhile to find out who our waitress would be. We were greeted by a very nice woman that ended up not being our waitress, but she took our drink orders and told us our waitress will be right with us. So we waited. And waited. Finally our waitress comes over, no smile, no greeting... just very bland and get to the point. Mind you. We were waiting this entire time for here but hey what's customer service nowadays right? Well luckily we knew what we wanted since it took a bit long for her to come to us. Now, the location isn't huge so we saw our waitress talking with her co workers, laughing, being pleasant.... I ended up flagging down the first woman that took our drink orders because she was so much nicer than our actual waitress and our waitress would walk pass our table as if we weren't there! Our food was decent for the price, I ordered the Mexican skillet. It had way too many potatoes and the chorizo was not the best. My boyfriend ordered the biscuits and gravy, which was a bit bland. Overall, -the wait time was fair - the turn around time for your food is very quick - pricing is fairly good. But our experience wasn't the best thanks to our waitress Kelly. This was our first visit here for a Saturday breakfast. Everything was absolutely great. It was very busy at 9 am Saturday but din't had to wait more than 10 mins. We ordered Mexican skillet , custom made omelet with hash-brows and chocolate chip pancakes. The service was great and welcoming. Special mention of the pancakes which were sooooo fluffy and I did not even had to use the maple syrup, just the chocolate chip pancakes by itself were absolutely delicious and they just melt in ur mouth. Just moved here from Dallas and had family come visit so we all came here for breakfast based on the good ratings and yeah, this place definitely has it going on. Came with 4 other people and a baby. They were accommodating with giving us a good table and high chair. It's crowded in there and there is a wait but once you're in it's all good. I drink coffee black and their coffee was good! I saw this hawaiian omelette and decided to go out of my comfort zone and tried it. It had pineapple and peppers in there with a spicy chipotle drizzled sauce and it was amazing! super delicious! Bacon was cooked perfect and even toast was on point. Everyone loved their plates and our service was outstanding. You got to hand it to these people for tending to a crowd this large and in and out that fast and the food being that great. This is one of me and my wife's favorite spots to visit on the regular. Normally it is a 5 star experience....not today! Majority of our food was cold(the chicken fried chicken was the only thing hot), and the taste experience just wasn't here. They were super busy because of the holiday, but they've been busy before, and we we never had a negative experience! Service was good as usual, as was the comfortable family atmosphere.
