In 2018 my wife and I were in the market for a family vehicle after losing ours in an accident. We had a strict pricing in mind and had settled on a used Ford Fusion Hybrid to meet our needs. After shopping around we ended up at a Ford dealership with a sales associate ultimately able to get us into a brand new Fusion while adhering to our pricing by starting it out as a lease and choosing to refinance with the buyout option at lease end. When confronted with the fact that we would far exceed the lease milage due to my job requirements, we were assured that it would not be a problem at all and would in no way affect our ability to purchase the vehicle. Fast forward three years and at lease end we arrive with a down payment ready to buyout. We are met with the revelation that due to the high amount of excess miles on the vehicle we would not be able to finance through Ford Credit. We discussed options, to be met with our only choices being to buy the vehicle out completely, return the vehicle and pay the enormous fees, or extend the lease and gather further funds to reattempt in six months time. We chose to keep the vehicle and reattempt later. With the new lease end approaching and having been set back by moving cities, we were unfortunately back in the same situation only without even a down payment. We had come to the conclusion our only option was to return the vehicle and accept the fees. We went into Cypress Coast Ford with very little hope and the resignation of the circumstance. Shortly after we were attended to by a lease associate by the name of Steven Boyd. He sat down with us and attentively listened to our plight. Due to it being a Sunday, we would have to return the following day as the Ford offices were currently closed. He set us up with an appointment and promised us he would be there as well even though he had been scheduled to be elsewhere. The following day we met back at Cypress Coast Ford and once again Steven Boyd spoke with us and understanding our intent to keep our vehicle, made it his personal mission to assist us in any way possible. Steven Boyd expressed great dismay at how our previous lease end dealings went and informed us that we should have been given the option to work with them to reach out to other lenders. This being news to us, he explained to us that every Ford dealership has access to multiple alternative lenders that are set up for this very circumstance. Steven Boyd then went above and beyond to not only help us through every step but also put us at ease that he would do everything possible to help us keep our vehicle. Never before had we encountered someone who cared so much about their customers than Steven Boyd. Not only did he show immense sympathy for our circumstance, but he did everything possible to put us at ease and connect with us in a way that made us feel a part of the "Ford Family". He jumped through hoops not only to navigate us through our predicament but assist us in our desired outcome. He did not rest until we were matched with a lender that allowed us to finance for buying out our vehicle. Our relationship with Ford became rocky when we had a hard time attempting to purchase our vehicle at lease end and not getting the help we needed. Steven Boyd restored all of our faith in Ford when he treated us with the same respect as someone who could walk in and pay for a vehicle in full. Steven cares about the well being of his customers and won't stop until they're fully satisfied. Because of him we will continue to shop with Ford in the future, specifically Cypress Coast Ford. This gentleman is a diamond in the rough and is an example of a truly selfless human being. An AWESOME experience EVERY TIME WE've BEEN HERE! Well, I have read a number of reviews and feel somewhat baffled by the experience that others have described at this dealership. I have been coming to Ford since I was pregnant with my oldest son. We have had Fords from both Salinas and Seaside for the past thirty years. The people at Cypress Coast Ford have always been very kind, professional and low pressure when it comes to sales. Additionally they seem to have a very low turn over rate for their sales people which I find unusual in this business. Mike Curtis has been there for as long as I can remember and has been so helpful with a number of car purchases made by our family members. Sadly most reviews on Yelp come from people who have very little in the way of constructive things to do with their time but to whine and complain...notice the detail that drags on...it is actually quite rare to get positive feedback in a world that seems to be spinning out of control. Happy people are usually busy doing the things that make them happy and spending time on Yelp or other boards is not high on their priority list...certainly is not on mine. But I have had such great experiences with this nice group of fellows that I wanted to let people know about it! I want to take time out to mention something that no one else seems to realize, the people who work at Cypress Coast Ford are really good guys, most are parents with kids in local school districts, and live in our very small communities. Their reputations matter! I have encountered their sales guys volunteering at Carmel High School fundraising events. I have seen some of them coach a number of different sports here locally. And sadly some ripping angry yelps can destroy years of really being reputable and kind. So after reading a number of such yelps, I can only say that I'm deeply sorry that you did not see Cypress Coast ford through my lenses. Most people walk out the door thinking they've been ripped off when buying a car, be it new or used; however, I feel the absolute opposite. Every time I've driven off their dealership lot, I have been beaming from ear to ear...driving off in a car I felt was nicer than what I had set my sights on, a better price then what I could get anywhere else, and the confidence in knowing that should I ever have an issue with my car? These people would bend over backwards to make sure it was taken care of and in a fair economic way. Bobby the sales manager is one of the most patient guys I know when he helped us with a recent transaction for my youngest son who drove off to college in his wonderful new Ford Fusion.. I certainly believe in the Law of Attraction, and tend to encounter kind good people in most places...Cypress Coast Ford is such a place! read more

On 5/20/18 we went to three car dealerships in Seaside California, at 10 am GMC and Chevrolet were closed. We wandered around the lots and look at the cars we were interested in. We then made our way to Cyprus Ford at about 10:20 am. As we exited our car, we were greeted by a friendly person named Juan Zavala. From that moment on, he was attentive, sincere, helpful, personable, patient and above all professional. If you are in the market to buy a car, go to Cypress Ford, see Juan! You will not be disappointed. We were looking for a vehicle for my elderly mother. Who's car, although great, has become more and more difficult to get into, not only for her but others (a lifted 1998, 4x4 Tahoe). After seeing a few cars we told Juan what we liked and what we did not. In short, he found us exactly what we asked for and he ran the numbers. From the get go I was honest with him, saying my mother would need to try other SUVs. He did not put any pressure on us to commit to buy, asked how he could gain our business and remained friendly and professional. He never said a bad word about any other dealerships and seem to encourage and support our decision to try the other vehicles. As we left Cypress Ford, he wished us well as we left to test drive at GMC and Chevrolet. I can spend another four paragraphs on how the other dealerships were; not knowing their vehicles, or how to put them into gear (the new Terrain has push buttons to engage-who knew), the pressure to commit to buy, the blatant miss information on vehicle comparisons (not like I didn't check the internet prior to shopping around physically), and the snappy, bully attitudes to get you to buy. Although the vehicles and numbers were comparable at two of the dealerships, we went back to Cypress Ford. Hands down, the treatment, service, selection, price and product at Cypress Ford are so beyond that of the competition dealerships. Our 76 year old mother now has her first ever brand new car; a 2018 Ford Escape SE, 4x4 eco boost, with her two main "wants" a large screen and cloth seats. So again, if you are in the market for a new vehicle, go see Juan Zavala at Cypress Ford, you won't be disappointed. Also much thanks to Ivan and Louis. This is called Power Booking so for Example. If your car is Basic and the bank information says it has navigation and other stuff it didn't have that's Illegal. And they will have a problem. Check your credit report if he has got you approved without running credit that is against Federal LAWS. Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Ford Seaside regarding my truck's repair. My experience has been both disappointing and frustrating due to the extended timeline and subpar customer service I encountered. I had to make an emergency drop-off of my truck because it stopped working in the middle of the road. On the second day after dropping it off, the service advisor informed me that they had identified what was wrong with my truck and needed to order necessary parts. However, almost three weeks passed before my truck was ready for pickup, leading me to feel that my repair was not treated as a priority. During my interactions with the service advisor, I asked about rental options, but it seemed he did not care to provide me with this information. I was informed that your team was out of loaner vehicles; had I known it would take almost three weeks to fix my truck, I would have rented a car myself. The lack of communication regarding the timeline for repairs only compounded the inconvenience of being without a vehicle, especially since we only have one car. Furthermore, every time I tried to reach out to the service advisor, I felt as though I was disturbing his work. The responses I received from him were often rude and curt. On one occasion, when I followed up on the status of my truck, I received an exceptionally unprofessional text message. I will attach a screenshot of that conversation for your review. As a customer, I believe it is essential for your team to engage with empathy and to provide a level of support that acknowledges the inconvenience caused. I hope that my concerns will be addressed, and I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter. This was the WORST experience I have ever had when it comes to buying anything! I explained what I could afford, and made an offer on a car. I told them I was pre-approved at the credit union, but i would let them try to beat the rate. They came back and said "Oh, this is great news! We got this done for you." I looked at what they had drawn up for the loan, and it was for 72 months not 60. Ok, apples and oranges on the loan. They also did not include the offer I had made, but did include a $2500 finance charge, Gap insurance etc.. I said, "Thank you, I will look this over with my Wife." and that is when things got UGLY! Mike the internet sales douche-bag proceeded to yell at me, "WHAT DID I DO WRONG?!" "WE DID EVERYTHING YOU ASKED! THIS IS A GREAT DEAL!" They tried to make me feel stupid like I didnt know what a great deal it was. As soon as they raised their voices, they lost me. They could have given me the car and I wouldn't take it. I said, "Please give me my keys." They wouldn't. All of the sudden they found a new bank with a lower rate, they wanted to put my offer on there etc. I said "Give me my F-ING keys!" and left. They chased me out to my car to tell me they didnt need my business anyway. They said "I dont work tomorrow, so if you buy this tomorrow I will not get a commission!" Boo-hoo. Then about an hour later this prick named Charlie Navarro or something calls to apologize saying it got "emotional". This same prick called me a few days later to try to sell me a car again with "Well, if your feelings get hurt that easy." I said "F-you too Buddy." and hung up. Feelings? Does this idiot really think it has anything to do with feelings? You tried to rip me off, and yelled at me about it. I would not buy milk from these idiots. You should not either. read more

This was only my second time buying a car from a dealership and it was so much better than my first experience. I first went to GMC Cardinale and it was an absolute nightmare and they sold me a lemon car. 2 years later I was contacted by Cypress Coast Ford and was able to speak to Rene Prado. This guy made everything easy I was given plenty of time to come to decision on a car I really liked. There was no pressure and felt like they really appreciated my business. In contrast when I went to GMC Cardinale I was pressured into making a decision on a car the same day I went in. The salesmen there (Mike Dronet) made me feel like if I didn't take his deal now I would be out of a car and would not be able to revisit the initial deal he gave me. Cypress Coast has much better business practices and much nicer people. I felt like a made a great choice when I left and was able to drive the car right away. The car I got from GMC Cardinale had to go back in for service CONSTANTLY. I was always told the car would be fixed but it never was and gave me problems all the time. When I wrote a bad yelp review on GMC Cardinale I was contacted by Mike Dronet who said he was going to sue me for the bad review(The Salesmen contacted me personally with the threat, later his boss Dino assured me no one would be taking legal action) . Now I'm much happier with my new car and I got a great deal thanks to the finance dept. and I.Hernandez (sorry bro, lost your card) and Robert Ponzi. The icing on the cake is I also got a free tank of gas!! If you gotta buy a car in the future I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to see Rene Prado at Cypress Coast Ford he will make sure your taken care of and get you in a car you love. read more

when it comes to buying cars these people are the place to go. we went in and ended up leaving with two cars our account did not give us room to change in our payments or anything we told him straight from the front what we could do, what we couldn't do, there were no games and these people are like family they have been so gracious and grateful to our family that our kids like to visit them more than they like to visit anyone else we were extremely happy with their customer service and everything about the place it is very neat clean they offer popcorn and coffee or even hot chocolate for the kids they have a play center for the children and I am telling you I hands-down would never buy a car from anywhere else. our salesman was Ivan and he was amazing he was not only helpful with our purchase and our children and everything during the entire purchase time he also allowed us to take his personal vehicle in order to run an errand instead of waiting for our car to be cleaned now that's something that you just don't get every day. I had an amazing experience this week while conducting business with both Sarah Keller & Rocio Navarro from Cypress Coast Ford / Lincoln in Seaside, CA. Both professionals were very respectful, caring and focused on providing me with fantastic service within their respective occupational areas. Mrs. Keller was very helpful with explaining my vehicles information to me. I had a ton of questions concerning how the vehicle would operate and which functions would help with safety. She had answers to all of the above and if she did not, other team members stepped in to assist her. Mrs. Navarro helped me with financing the vehicle through their organization. She provided a fantastic deal and helped make the normally mundane administrative process of purchasing a vehicle quite enjoyable. Lastly, the entire staff at this location helped me surprise my wife with the amazing vehicle (2016 Lincoln MKX). They even placed a pink bow on the vehicle for her and gave both of our children several huge balloons upon their arrival. My 2022 Ford F-150 was subject to two Ford recalls, a defective wiper motor that could fail at any time and result in a crash, and a problem with the parking lamps on the truck. Salinas Valley Ford where I purchased the truck refused to even order the replacement wiper motor, telling me that contrary to the Ford recall notice from February 2023, they would not replace the motor until it actually failed. Fortunately I have Cypress Coast Ford in my area and they ordered the replacement wiper motor and let me know when it arrived so I could schedule a service appointment. When I arrived I was helped by Ricardo Rodriguez who was aware of the recalls for my truck and quickly processed the repairs. I picked my truck up the following day and the wiper motor was replaced and the needed work for the parking lamp recall was done and they had my truck detailed - it was cleaner than when I picked it up new from Salinas Valley Ford. This was the second time where having had no success with Salinas Valley Ford I was able to go to Cypress Coast Ford and get the needed warranty and recall work performed. Cypress Coast Ford is a lot further from my home but in the future I will be going there for everything needed for my truck. read more

I stopped by Cypress Coast Ford because I was moseying along the auto mall, when i passed by Ford they had a great grill set up and it was being manned by a nice fella who waved at me invitingly. I decided to stop by. He immediately walked up to me and greeted and invited me to have a bite to eat. First off, his greeting was great! Overall very jubilant and welcoming... And boooooyyyy let me tell you something.. if I could hire him as a cook, I would! After we ate I asked if he'd show me a new Fusion as I'd heard good things about the car, but had never inquired about it. Raul knew the ins and outs, I couldn't have picked a better salesperson there. He told me about trim levels, packages available and how to get the most for my money without overspending. I ended up with a Fusion Hybrid, as I drive almost 200 miles a day and wanted to maximize fuel efficiency. The car's great & Raul was extraordinary! I went looking to purchase a car with little to no knowledge about the car I wanted, mainly wanted for the looks of it. Sellsman Ratish made this process and decision so much easier. I work an hour away from home so the car I was going to purchase was going to be a daily car so wanted a car that saved me money in gas. He helped me reduce the options and we went from there. The style in the car was such important thing, I wanted to drive a car that felt sporty but yet saved up that gas money. He had good points in a lot of cars. He made sure that each car we looked at I myself made sure I liked it in the long term not just cause it was a new car i was sitting in. Ratish was a very helpful person in this process with giving even more information I didn't know about the process of buying. After a few hours and days going back I wasn't able to purchase the car at the moment , Ratish went step by step to teaching how I can do it, I can say I will come back in a few months to purchase my car from here. I've read the other reviews and frankly I am surprised. I purchased a new '13 Shelby GT500 through this dealership (Marc, Genevieve, and Troy) and they were always helpful, professional, and catered to my needs (common GT500 owner characteristic is to be very picky). By far the easiest buying experience ever. They kept me informed of the car's status from shipping to delivery to the dealership and even had Troy setup on the weekend to insure my new car was clean and ready to go (we are talking like 5 minutes in signatures and I already was ready to drive home!). I don't recall it ever being as easy as what I experienced from this dealership. Normally you get a back and forth haggling deal with 4 hours of negotiations just to purchase a vehicle. That makes it almost not worth it. Surprisingly this place is very different from your average dealership (good job Cypress on the good people you have working there). read more
