Also, the leaking P trap got worse after he took it apart, which just needed a new washer, which he failed to recognize or fix. So for my co-pay, he did nothing and made the leaking P trap worse. Call the same 2nd company, and they were puzzled by his logic, called it a scam. They snaked the pipe and fixed the P trap in 15-20 minutes for $150. I hate writing reviews, esp bad reviews. But this company is unethical, dishonest, deceitful, fraudulent, and scammy. I will never use them again. And American Home Shield will do nothing about this type of behavior and practice. Beware!!!

Beyond being inaccurate, this behavior shows a total lack of professionalism and integrity.
