    Açaí bowl

Hidden Gem for a Solid Family Breakfast + Points Bonus! What a cute little breakfast spot tucked away in the back of a shopping plaza! We were heading back up to NorCal and needed a good old American breakfast with the fam--and this place totally hit the spot. Parking is tight, but we lucked out with a front row spot. The ambience has this old-school charm, super cozy and welcoming. We came on a Sunday around 9 AM and managed to snag a table for 8 (indoors!) even though the place is pretty small. They do have outdoor seating, but with the weather calling for indoor comfort, we were grateful for the timing. You order at the counter and seat yourself, and best of all--the food came out fast, which is a huge win when you've got two kids under 4 years old. I got the açaí bowl, and it was delicious--so refreshing and beautifully presented. My daughters shared the American breakfast with pancakes, bacon, and scrambled eggs, and it was the perfect portion for the two of them. My sister ordered the California burrito and loved it--especially with that house salsa that really brought it all together. To top it all off? This spot is on Rakuten, so with in-store dining + Amex Gold, we racked up 9X the points and walked away with 1,000 points just for breakfast. Great food, fast service, kid-friendly, and points? That's a win-win-win in my book!

Absolutely great spot for brunch after a nice long hike! Tucked behind a shopping center offers a quiet dining experience. Walk-up and order counter with mouth-watering Americana food items and variety of cold and hot coffee/tea and smoothie options. Service was very friendly and quite informative. The Greek omelette with feta cheese, fresh fruit, and pink passion tea hit the spot. My friend had the eggs Florentine, which was delicious as well, though the hollandaise was a bit too salty. Such a relaxing place with healthy food options, and free tea refills! This is a must people!!!

Such a lovely little neighborhood cafe! Lots of seating inside and outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the breakfast burrito and it was delicious, the salsa gave it a a good spicy kick. I'll definitely be back!

Stopped by this café before my hike while waiting for some friends and decided to grab a quick bite. The food was really good my omelet was cheesy and fresh, and the fruit was super sweet and refreshing. The staff was friendly, A relaxing start to the morning. Definitely a great spot for breakfast before hitting the trails!

I ordered a California Benedict and it was delicious. It was my first time ever eating an eggs Benedict. It was yummy. Outdoor seating so my friend's dog was fine to sit with us. My friends liked their California Burrito a lot.

Great little cafe for breakfast or lunch! I've been here for both, and the food is really good. Came for breakfast today and loved the California Omelet. I swapped out my toast for a chocolate chip muffin that really hit the spot! Food portions are pretty big and it's a really nice cozy place to have a meal. Highly recommend.

What a great hidden gem! After a fun time at the local regional park, this came up on yelps top spot to visit and it did not disappoint. We had very good Panini press sandwiches. Plenty of meat. Very tasty! This will be repeat place for us, especially based on all the positive reviews for breakfast. Great staff too with seating both indoors and outdoors.

    Orange Julius

We had a wonderful breakfast at Cyrano Café in Orange! The French toast was delicious, the eggs were perfectly cooked, and the potatoes were crispy and flavorful. I also had an amazing Orange Julius--refreshing and nostalgic in the best way. We brought our two brand-new four-week-old puppies in a stroller, and they didn't make a sound. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Aiden helped us and was absolutely fantastic--friendly, attentive, and just a great vibe all around. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent little spot here an Chapman Ave, OC. Seating inside is very limited, but there is also outside seating available with umbrellas for shade. Good customer service, all the ladys serving and taking our orders were very kind and friendly. Once you go in, you go the cashier and order, then you find a seat and they'll bring the food to you. The food was really good. I had the California Omelette, and it tasted fresh and it was full of flavor. They have a good variety on drinks and on food choices. Ambiance inside the restaurant was nice, not too quite, not too noisy. It was a good experience here. We were a party of 3, we could talk without having to yell. Parking can be a bit hectic. Small parking and there are other shops around. We parked by the main shopping area and walked to the restaurant, 2 minute walk.

    Greek omelette

Had the Greek omelette with hashbrowns and a side of bacon. Great ambiance. Food was perfectly cooked and delicious.

Always yummy & great quality, my family and I come very often! They have great quality macha and they always make the best breakfast

Beautiful Christmas decor and good drinks!

Ambience drinks and a good time. Come after a good hike four minutes away and enjoy the breakfast. They have to offer. Enjoy must try. Nice service.

For the price, they give you a good amount of food. I got the egg scramble with ham and cheddar cheese. It came with toast (my husband picked sourdough for me) that was buttered and had a bit of jam on the side. It also had hash browns. The food was delicious and filling. My husband got a breakfast burrito in which he forgot sometimes he isn't a fan of them because they overload with potatoes, but he said he really enjoyed this one. Considering I'm also pregnant in my first trimester, I was so glad they had milk to help with my calcium intake. All in all, I would definitely come back here given the chance. In this case, GPS is your best friend:) We arrived close to noon and the parking lot was packed. We were pleasantly surprised that there was no wait and we were seated immediately. They were busy tho, so it took a little bit for the server to come take our order, but once our order was placed, she checked on us regularly and our coffee cups never got a chance to be empty. Since I recently discovered blintzes and I saw them on their menu, I *had* to try theirs. They have several fruit compote choices, including blueberry, which sounded perfect today. I also "made it a meal" by adding eggs & sausage to balance out the sweetness of the blintzes. The presentation of Flappy Jack's blintzes was different from the first ones I had, but these were quite impressive! Seven to 8 inches long and filled with a delicate cottage cheese mixture, the balance of savory and sweet was perfect. The addition of the eggs & sausage made this quite a hearty, satisfying meal. My daughter ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, which came with choice of soup and a side. She chose the beef noodle soup, which she loved, and the chicken wrap was filled with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and a tasty dressing. She also really enjoyed this wrap. One thing for Coke fans to be aware of, Pepsi is served here. But at l least the coffee is good! I plan on being back sooner rather than later to try more of their menu items.
