What a local gem! Interior has a very cozy ambiance and white table cloth setup, typically not found at this price point so amazing there. Started with complementary fresh baked bread, it was soft and came with a very nice garlic infused butter. I ordered the short rib entree and got 3 large pieces on a bed of risotto. The risotto was nice and fluffy and the rice was cooked perfectly, neither mushy nor chewy. The short rib itself was extremely tender and juicy. One of the better short ribs I've had and at $21, it easily matches $40 ones I've had at other places. Service was great, very friendly and attentive waiter checked on me every 7 min or so, so perfect service there. Would highly recommend overall, great value, taste, and service. read more

To preference this review, we ordered carry out on a Wednesday early evening and the place was empty. When we got home, we realized they missed an entire order. I really don't get all positive reviews about this place. Their food is so bland and someone needs to teach their kitchen how to cook with wine. Any dish with wine tasted like they just spilled a half cup of wine into the dish. Absolutely was not cooked down - straight alchohol. I was here about two months ago and was completely unimpressed. But friends insisted that we give it a try because our first choice restaurant didn't have availability. Literally nothing that comes out of their kitchen is seasoned. The food is mediocre, the service is SLOW and the decor is tired and dated. With SO many Italian options, I'm at a complete loss as to why anyone would go back to this place. I have read the reviews on the eggplant parmesan. Perhaps it was a bad night when I ordered it. It was not crispy and it was tasteless. The cheese on top was tough. I added italian spice to my leftovers. I love eggplant parmesan. However this was among the worst I have had. For dessert I had the tiramisu, my favorite dessert. Too sweet, too much caramel (which is weird with tiramisu). Again, not near the top of others I've had. Good bread! On the plus side the ambiance and staff, especially Denise, was nice. Salad was the definition of wilty, and the tomato sickened me. The dressing was the highlight of the salad I received. When I placed the fork to my teeth my eyes widened at the suspicious texture. When I voiced my concern about the "salad" I was rudely ignored by the waitress. Won't be recommending this restaurant again. read more

The food was really good. I got the Zuppa Di Pesce with red sauce. It had mussels, clams, scallops, calimari, shrimp, and white fish. It was really good. You can get it with a white wine sauce as well. We also got breaded mozzarella and an olive andouille chorizo sausage appetizer. My only issue was that I wish they had rinsed the olives a little prior to adding them to my dinner. The olive brine over powered the flavor of the other foods when eating the olives. I love olives but these were a little too salty. The raspberry cheese cake dessert was fabulous. The decor and appearance of the restaurant was clean, modern, and cozy. The food is casual Italian and we haven't encountered a fish that we did not like. Favorites include gnocchi, herb crusted chicken and eggplant parm. My quest for NE Ohio's best veal parmigiana continues. Located in a fairly pedestrian strip center, the inside is very nice. Well appointed, upscale vibe. Nice bar area that while not packed was active. We went on a Tuesday night without a reservation. Still seated immediately. Nice menu with lots of Italian entrees and there was a couple of off-menu specials. Wife had the Veal D'Agnese (a lemon butter, caper sauce) and I had the Veal Parm. Dinner was accompanied by a nice ciabatta bread. All was very good, not terribly expensive and service was good. If anything our entrees came out to fast. Would have preferred a little relax time. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars this time was we'd asked through Open Table for a quiet spot for our anniversary & got sat next to a family of 4 instead. I blame the hostess as those things are mentioned in the reservation for a reason & if she saw that & decided to still sit us where she did then she needs taught about taking care of the customer better. The Arugula salad with prosciutto, cherries and shaved Romano is so good. The sherry shallot vinaigrette is perfect with this salad.

We have been here twice now and both meals have been very good. It's now going to be our go to place for Italian food. You can wear jeans, or dress up a little, either goes. Prices are very reasonable. The dipping oil/olives with the bread is so good! We usually get martini's or a glass of wine. This time we even splurged and got raspberry cheesecake and took it home for the next day. Never a disappointment and we will continue to go here for a date night or special event. read more

We have gone here several times before but this is the first time we went with a table of 6. We were celebrating my parents anniversary and it was wonderful. I made a reso through Open Table and listed it was their anniversary and the server knew and it was so smooth. Alyssa was our server and she was fantastic. We ordered artichoke appetizer and calamari they were great. Everyone had the Caesar salad because it's so good here! The bread-water and drinks were never empty. All of our entrees were fantastic. Veal D'Agnese is my favorite and the orange roughy, Salmon or chicken D'Agnese did not disappoint. They have the best Tiramisu around and the key lime cheesecake was great too! Sent it back, asked for salmon instead. 1/3 of the salmon served raw as well. Sent it back. An hour in, finally got cooked salmon with almost no salt, seasoning or flavor. I don't normally go out for Italian for some reason but a friend really wanted to come back here so I figured I'd join The interior of this place looked huge and nicely decorated which wasn't exactly what I was expecting considering it's located in a strip mall. They fit in a lot of tables and it was constantly bustling with more and more people coming for dinner on a Wednesday night. Thankfully we had a reservation otherwise I feel like we would've had to wait a bit. The service was pleasant over all. After looking at the menu for what felt like forever, I finally decided on the Chicken Sorrentino for $19. Chicken layered with eggplant, mozzarella, mushrooms and pimentos in a sage marsala sauce with a side of spaghetti aglio e olio topped with parmesan. There was also a complimentary basket of bread with a side of olive oil for dipping. The sauce had a lovely taste and the dish itself was very hardy. It was also too much for me so I ended up taking about half of it home. Good food, good atmosphere, good service - can't really go wrong. However I have had two less than stellar take out experiences lately. I feel the quality of food and order accuracy with takeout has suffered recently.
