I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time once before and still charged for every little thing. Then today I book an appt and I get there and my tech has just started someone else. I understand being busy but appts should be checked before starting something new, or notify the appts that you won't be started at your appt time. I work a lot and don't have a ton of free time so the lack of respect for my time is super inconsiderate especially with how much I pay every time, and recommend other people to the business, which I just did recently and now my sister has been going there. **UPDATE** in response to the below comment... that information is actually not accurate at all and actually makes it look like you are making excuses for it. Yes I arrived at 11:39 (early for my 11:45 appt) when I asked the front desk guy if my tech, who I visibly saw with my own eyes working actively on a client in the very beginning phase of a nail job, would be finished soon as my appt was at 11:45, he responded with a defensive "we are down 4 techs today" when I asked this I looked at the time at it was 11:45 exactly. I was not able to sit there for an hour as stated previously I have one day off and had other things to do. I'm not asking for special treatment, this is usually standard for an appointment. The front guy didn't even try to find out how long I would have to wait or if he would be finishing up soon (probably not considering I could see him clearly) so everything the business owner replied is actually not at all true and I don't appreciate the gaslighting.

For my fingers I chose the builder gel full set because I want to keep my natural nails and I like them short since I do a lot of typing and yard work. First, great care was taken on my manicure as it had been a while I was in desperate need for cuticle clean up. Great job! Problem is polish, gel not used. I thought color selected maybe wasn't in gel? and that's why. Classic polish done. Sat for bit to dry. About 3 hours later after departing spa when opening wine bottle polish one two fingers got ruined. It squished polish as if under coats never dried. Went back to Salon next afternoon and the nails were fixed with no charge. Looked good. I am happy with it. But, One day later the nail polish is already chipping off. I am already away from town for vacation and treated myself before going. But the poor quality of the nail polish has made my manicure ugly quickly. The staff were great, friendly, professional. The establishment was clean. And experience there was great.
