One tech got started on my friends nails while I waited about 15 mins for someone to start on mine. A second tech walked up and seemed agitated before starting on my nails. She didn't ask how I was doing, nothing. Quite frankly she had an off putting personality. Someone even started on another customer before starting mine although I arrived first. As we got our nails done a few old white women walked in and they were greeted with "hi welcome in" very kindly. This made me feel like we were not in a warm welcoming environment. On top of that, my gel manicure only lasted literally three days before peeling completely off. I don't work with my hands much so there is not reason for it to last days only. I won't be coming back to say the least. There are way too many options for me to be treated like a chore.

Not once did I feel out of place or uncomfortable. My nail tech was absolutely amazing it has been a long time since I've had them done and she took her time she she even cut my cuticles for me and cleaned up around the edges of my nails.

I showed a reference photo of exactly what I…read morewanted -- clear/nude base with thick white tips -- and instead was given pink nails while being reassured multiple times that they would still look like the picture I showed. Unfortunately, they look nothing like the reference photo. The shape is wrong, the thickness is uneven, and the white tips are all different sizes instead of being clean and consistent. One nail is completely crooked. They did attempt to fix it, but it is still very noticeably crooked. Overall, the nails are not the clean look I specifically asked for. I also felt uncomfortable throughout the appointment because I was repeatedly told that because I bite my nails and have short nails, they "couldn't" be longer, while also being told I was being charged based on the length of nails I wanted. The nails themselves are not even long, which made that even more frustrating. When I tried expressing that one nail was very crooked and that the pink color was not what I asked for, the girl doing my nails seemed upset, got up, and walked away for Justin to take over. At that point, the experience became even more uncomfortable. To save time, I eventually just told him it was fine because I needed to leave to pick up my kids from school, but I left very uncomfortable and very disappointed with the overall experience and final result. I only get my nails done maybe once a year, so this was something I was genuinely looking forward to and was gifted to me, which makes the experience even more disappointing. As much as I appreciate Justin trying to help, I left completely unhappy with the service and the final result. They aren't the worst and look ok, just not what I wanted. The place was empty which was very surprising but later I learned that most of their business os appointment only which to me seems less chaotic and less rushed for the person receiving the treatment. Quan started my pedicure right away. She asked what scent I would like for the pedicure package I chose (I picked thr bliss and watermelon scent). She was very considerate about the water temperature and the pressure of her hands when she was massaging my calves and feet. She took really great care of my toes. I can honestly say that this was the least painful pedicure Ive ever had and she got my ingrown out and really cleaned up my toes. They look fantastic. For my fingers I chose the builder gel full set because I want to keep my natural nails and I like them short since I do a lot of typing and yard work. I picked a color an Thuy did a great job matching up my longer nails with my broken shorter nails so they looked more uniform. We had great conversation and I felt really comfortable. I left feeling really satisfied with my experience and knowing that I just found my new nail spot. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time -- even asking how I prefer my water temperature (warm or hot!), which I've honestly never been asked before. It's the little details like that that make such a difference. The massage during the pedicure was incredible and they didn't rush it -- I got the full time, which is rare these days. Since it was wrapped in a paper towel (and looked like trash) it was discarded. She was devastated. The Staff was Empathetic and understanding and all genuinely concerned.
