The shop owner, David, is a rude and mean HOT HEAD!!! He doesn't know how to treat customers and needs a serious ATTITUDE change. No customer service skills whatsover. Every time we tried talking to him about a PC problem, he was always in a bad mood and was quick to brush you off without listening. In fact, he makes you feel stupid and often blames the problem on you. This last time, we had questions regarding a screen he replaced for us and he was fuming and practically kicked us out of his shop saying that he just wasn't going to deal with it. He doesn't respect you or your stuff and he really doesn't know that much about computers. You're much better off finding another computer guy because, with David, you're just wasting your breath and your money. read more

Currently writing this review from my PC the guys fixed earlier today: I came in freaking out because my new computer would not turn on, but the guys were super chill and relaxed about it. Helped calm my nerves a bit too. Less than 5 minutes later, I get my computer back fixed and ready to go. Best part... they didn't even charge me! Very friendly and capable staff. They know what they're doing and they're damn good at it. Explain things in layman terms for amateurs or technical jargon for the connoisseur. Firstly, they open at 9am.. a full hour earlier than most others. I was on a trip to CA and my keyboard stopped working. I had a tight and linear travel schedule and had to finish my work. Gilbert was able to assess the problem and fix everything within the short window of time that I had. On top of that, what they charged was like a Christmas gift to my wallet. Stopped by David's shop today with my ASUS laptop (purchased 2015) and power cord/charger. Told him the battery died the day before and would not take a charge. Also, now the computer would no longer boot with the power cord plugged in. David said that the power cords can fail too. He plugged in a new ASUS power cord/charger, booted up the computer, and the battery started taking the charge. Problem solved. This is my second time using this business service. Very highly recommended. The first time he just fixed it for me without charges for my battery charging port since I had a habit of dropping my laptop...LOL. Next, he tried to diagnosis what needed to be fixed and found out my charger had just gone bad so the only I need to replace is a new charging device that is reasonable price but readily available. Had an external drive from prior mapping to my existing computer. The connector i/f to the data cable out of the disk box was defective, Bought a new box for the drive, which came with all new connections. The attendant at D&G Computers knew exactly what to do and after ny acquisitions, he directly assisted testing the new box with my disk in it to verify its file content. It worked like a charm! I needed my computer fixed, the touch screen wasn't working ,white screen, most other guys I went to were charging $200 to fix it and others said it was impossible unless I bought a new screen, David advised that it wasn't value for money to replace the screen , that I need to buy a new comp, meanwhile he fixed the screen for $20!
