There was a lot of fresh fish to choose from and we narrowed it down to either halibut or sea bass. I decided on the sea bass because we've never cooked it at home before. It was about $35/lb., which is a fair price. My wife prepared it with some white wine, butter and shallots and it was absolutely delicious. The fish was so fresh and tasty.
