The place is called "The salad bar" however their sandwiches are just as good if not better than the salad. The ingredients are always fresh and I've never been disappointed. Prices are fair considering the quality and overall we need more places that are different and unique like this in the village. They have small cozy area for you to chill and enjoy your meal and the service is always quick and friendly. Many of the towns in the Hudson Valley have been revitalizing their downtown areas with great success but Catskill Village seems to be moving a lot slower compared to those other areas.
