I've leased 6 or more vehicles from D&M and several years ago, this was a good company and the lease option worked well for my spouse and I. A couple of years ago I got roped into a lease I didn't want and after much make and forth, I bought myself out of the lease (a new Volvo S90) and have since purchased my vehicles outright. My spouse continued with the lease option as it was still working well and ended up leasing a new 2020 Audi. 3 years later, we wanted to trade in this lease, and we were working with Ethan, which has become a true nightmare. Ethan was personable but lazy overall. He did very little, his paperwork had to be redone, he was over an hour late in dropping off the vehicle and when I brought all of this to his attention, instead of apologizing, he became offended and simply stopped responding entirely. I also caught him giving out a phony email address to Stelantis for their dealership review, which we've still not received. He fears we will provide an honest review and apparently has blocked us from receiving this. No worries, I contacted them directly! I've contacted the Sales Manager and actually asked to speak with Brad, his sales manager over a week ago, but still no response. After reading the many, many reviews it appears this is not uncommon and hopefully, people will heed these warnings. You really should consider just buying a vehicle and staying clear of D&M. Customer service is VERY important, and these guys are simply not willing to provide it. read more

The process was quick and easy and Dennis took time to explain everything in detail because I wasn't familiar with leasing at all. I loved that he took the time to understand my wants and needs and put me in the most beautiful Nissan Rogue. He also went out of his way to make sure I got EVERYTHING I wanted. The first Rogue I drove had the midnight black wheels but it didn't have the premium upgraded touchscreen etc. He found the color I wanted and the premium upgrade but it didn't have the midnight black wheels. Dennis was able to get the wheels dipped in 24 hrs. He covered the additional cost for this. I was able to get EVERYTHING I wanted. I wouldn't do business with D&M again. There are lots of promises and assurances on the front end that are superseded by the contract. My lease ended with them back in March. But for example, I wanted to do a 36 month lease, and the gentleman said "Always go with a 42...I'm almost always able to get you into a new car with equity at 36 months and the payment is lower." Well, I compromised and went 39, and when 36 months rolled around I called them to ask about a new lease. They thought I was insane. "Sorry, you've got 3 more months to go." They want you to go as long as they can talk you into. When the car is worth less than what the stated residual is, they will say "Well aren't you glad you leased, you saved money!!", and when it's above what the stated residual is, it's "well aren't you glad you leased!! - you made money!" They also want to call you about every 3 months to "see how your vehicle is doing", check the mileage, etc. It becomes annoying. When calculating your lease cost, factor in your $500 upfront fee PLUS your $500 surrender fee, PLUS PLUS PLUS for any warning lights that are on, tires that are less than 6/32nds tread depth, and so on. These add up to big dollars. When you add in all of the fees, surrender charges, acquisition charges, the fact that you pay taxes on the whole car and give it back in 42 months with nothing to show for it - leasing is simply a horrible idea for the vast majority of people out there. read more

I currently have a leased vehicle through D&M and it's been ok until it's not ok. My vehicle has low miles, 60k miles. I've been having issues with it stalling on the roadway lately. Fearing for my life I don't get hit from behind. Doing my due diligence, I see there is a recall issued on Oct 2018 for possible safety risk of stalling without warning. I began leasing the car in June 2019. You would think D&M would have notice of this recall and had the vehicle repaired before it leased it out within those 7 months or gave me notification. What liability would D&M be in in the event of an accident or injury? D&M is refusing to assist with anything. So if your in the market for a leased vehicle from D&M be sure to check for recalls and question your manufacturer warranty. Don't think D&M will volunteer that information. Their concern is just getting you into a vehicle for the sake of their pockets and the neglect of safety for their customers. I will not lease with them again. read more

I'd like to leave some constructive feedback. This is not to bash but just a reminder that every customer interaction is important. I called Saturday about trading in my wife's vehicle. I was told that he would give me a call back in an hour. Never heard back from that gentleman. Follow through and proactive communication is everything in this business. I would have loved if you could have at least communicated that you couldn't help us instead of not saying anything at all. Another issue is the gentleman asked me about our credit. Almost as if he didn't want to waist his time. I have a $90,000 Vehicle and I have never been asked that question when I walk into high end dealerships. For starters, it was hard to get in touch with anyone here. They don't return phone calls! You tell them your situation and what you do and don't want to do in the beginning, they tell you that they specialize in lots of different credit situations. Which is a lie! Chris was nice but he didn't really care to help, he immediately passed me off. The finance manager, Henry, was condescending... And he basically didn't care to help one way or another either. He's like, "Unless you have 6,000-7,000 to put down with your trade in" implying that he knows that I definitely don't have that. Rude! A complete waste of time! I have use used D&M Auto Leasing for several years now. I first heard about them on the Russ Martin Show. When I called on my first truck I was put in contact with Charlie Soule. I am now on my 3rd truck, and I couldn't be happier. Charlie has been an excellent agent! He has worked hard on my behalf to find me the vehicles that fit my needs and budget. He impressed me when he picked me up the day after christmas when his auto haulers weren't available and took me to get my first vehicle with D&M. He even calling to check on me after hearing of my mother's untimely passing. I find that he is the most straightforward, standup car guy I have ever dealt with. The process D&M has is so simple and I never feel like I am getting a run around, or having the typical car dealer games. They showed me the purchase price that they bought the vehicles for, and walked me through all the math, and Charlie even put up with my abundance of questions and emails. When I signed each of my deals with them I knew exactly everything I was signing, and have felt very confident in the experience. I also like that they call evey 6 months or so to check in on me first, and then almost as an afterthought ask about mileage and vehicle issues if any. I have traded early out of 2 vehicles, because Charlie and D&M stay on top of the market, and are completely transparent with what makes the most financial sense for both me, and them.
