This is one our families favorite restaurants... the sizzling rice soup is the best in Fresno! We usually order 3 plates and it feeds all 6 of us. The lazy Susan is huge and makes it so much easier to pass all the delicious food around!

One of the best sweet n sour pork here in Fresno. Came in here for lunch and was in the mood for some sweet and sour pork and I was blown away by their food. You now it's going to hit when you see that bright red glaze. It was crispy and tender it got a 10/10 from me.

There was a ton of fish, easily enough to share family-style, which is a big plus. The fish itself was good, but I wasn't a fan of the "numbing" seasoning that came with it. It wasn't spicy at all, but it left my mouth feeling numb, which I didn't really enjoy. I ended up eating the fish by itself with white rice, and it was just okay. **6.5/10** The **Shiu Mai** from the dim sum menu was pretty basic. It was made with pork and was good, but definitely not the best shiu mai I've had. **7/10** The **Shrimp Dumpling** was better than the shiu mai. At first, I thought the texture was a little doughy, but then I realized there were some egg pieces inside, which explained the texture. Overall, it was good. **7.5/10** The **Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings** were probably my favorite dish. The good news is that you get all wings--no legs or drumsticks. They had a great blend of garlic, salt, and pepper, and the seasoning was on point. **8/10** And lastly, what everyone really wants to know... **the tap water! ** Surprisingly, it tasted filtered, fresh, and clean, so that's definitely good news. The **service was great** as well. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and the staff was very attentive, answered all of our questions, and made us feel welcomed. The ambiance is pretty much what you'd expect from a traditional Chinese restaurant, but we felt comfortable and safe while dining here. Overall, there were some hits and some misses, but the service and chicken wings definitely stood out. I'd come back to try some of the other dishes.

Better to have half the amount and cost. 2. Egg flour soup, tastes like literally flour. It was so starchy. 3. Beef dish was large portion, but salty. 4. The prawn and snow peas were really good. Prawns cooked perfectly. 5. Hong Kong noodles were alright, portion was huge! Wish the server told us about the quantity. I would have just have the dinner special. And I saw the quantity and 2-3 people could share. Ambiance-okay, but for me, dirty condiments bottles.

She had told me 15 minutes for my food but when I got there, I waited another 15 minutes for just over 30 minutes for 3 plates. I've ordered the vegan orange chicken and also the vegan kung Pao chicken. I thought that the vegan chicken would not be fried in the kung Pao chicken but it was, which I thought was odd. So whatever vegan chicken dish you order it looks like it's breaded and fried. The spicy tofu dish that we ordered was also breaded and fried, which was unexpected. The egg foo yong was also just ok. The gravy on the egg foo Yong was soy sauced based instead of what my partner is used to. Overall, this restaurant is fine but it isn't our favorite Chinese restaurant. There are a few big dining room tables inside and also plenty of parking outside.

The buns - they were so try and the meat inside tasted like it was already bad and they were no edible 0/10 2. Bbq pork - I love bbq pork and I was excited however it was really dry, the meat might have been old? Weird after taste 2/10 3. Broccoli chicken - spilled everywhere but it was pretty tasty. However we did find some bad pieces of broccoli with the prices they charge this should not happen 6/10 4. Chinese sausage fried rice - lots of the rice was hard, old tasting. The sausage was good and had potential to be very good. 4/10 5. Mongolian beef - this was the best thing we had. Flavored so good the onions and beef were sauced amazing. Could have been more spicy 7/10 6. Chicken chow mein - I'm not sure why everything tastes dry and old here. Sauce your food. 5/10 We paid 90 dollars!!!! That is a lot for food that is subpar. I am not sure we would ever try this place again. The pictures are from trying little bits of everything.

We ordered the combo #5 (orange chicken, chow mein, fried rice and pork), the pork egg foo Yong, and a side of eggplant. The portions are ginormous and the quality is pretty good too. We enjoyed everything -- the egg foo Yong was fried and had a little bit of gravy, the eggplant was tender though it was missing some spicy so we added chili oil to it. We also enjoyed the orange chicken, fried rice and chow mein on the combo plate. There were enough leftovers for 2-3 meals. The price was also very fair and the staff kind and attentive despite how busy they are. It's the type of place where the servers ask how your family is doing if they haven't seen you in awhile. Definitely a solid place for Chinese and I can see why they are doing so well!

We ordered take out for dinner last night and it was terrible. O thought it was a good sign that when I called to order, they were obviously busy. I was out on "hold" for a long time and could hear and the bustle of orders, payment, etc. I ordered the special chow vein with chop suey for $2 extra (there was none), sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian beef, egg rolls, and chicken salad. Everything had the same smell to it. It must be the fish sauce or vinegar that they use or something. But the smell and taste was overwhelming. If I just ate the noodles of the chow mein, that wasn't so bad but that was it. The sweet and sour chicken was ok, and for the most part, the chicken salad was ok except the pieces of chicken again, had that same taste. I can't really describe it. Anyway, those two dishes are the only reason I gave 2 stars. I normally love leftover Chinese food for breakfast the next day. Not this, I had to throw it away. And that's a crime in this economy.
