    Mongolian Beef Special Combo Plate
    Chiquita G.

My nephew told me about this place and since then I've been hooked. It's not a big restaurant so I usually order for takeout. They have a Mongolian beef combo that is so yummy. The combo is pretty cheap and they give you big portions. The beef is spicy and tender with lots of bell peppers and onions. The combo also has pork fried rice and noodles. Everything is cooked perfectly.

Ordered my food to go however there was quite a crowd in here today. It really says a lot about how good the food is. Ambiance is casual and quiet. My order was quite simple, a combo #1 which is pork fried rice, chow mein with bbq pork on top and sweet & sour pork. All for $12 and to be honest can feed 2 people however I am not sharing today ! Food was great 5/5 in flavor and Sweet and sour pork was still crispy. I have zero complaints, I would like to dine in sometime ! They were so busy today , I have to see what other diners are ordering. Great stop

BBQ pork and shrimp fried rice- I could eat a mountain of both. Lol

This is my absolute *favorite* Chinese food spot. The food is fresh, plentiful and delicious! I've gone out of my way, many times, just to have THIS food. The service is fast, efficient and friendly and the ambiance is pretty normal for a Chinese restaurant- clean, tidy and open. I almost always get take-out (pick it up or Uber Eats) & my food has *always* been hot and fresh when it got to my house. Highly recommend chicken chop suey chow mein, BBQ pork, fried shrimp, shrimp fried rice (any fried rice) & orange chicken. I'll ONLY get Chinese food here, it's that good. HIGHLY recommend!

I've been going to this establishment since I was born. My family has been going to this place since they opened more than 40 years ago. The food menu has hardly changed since and they have something insane like 100 items on the menu. Fun fact, there's a tan colored menu with typical Chinese American food and a pink menu with the more traditional items like winter melon soup and pigs feet. Everything is amazing here. You literally cannot go wrong. And you can always switch up your dishes by asking for dry or extra gravy or a different noodle or even have your noodles fried! The staff treats you like family and service is fast! The inside can fit quite a bit of people but there is sometimes a wait on weekends during rush hours and the outside sitting space is pretty small so call ahead on weekends to check the wait time or wait in your car.

Golden Dynasty has authentic and amazingly good Chinese food! Their prices are super cheap and the portion sizes are huge. All their food is fresh and delicious. The vegetables in the dishes are super fresh and cooked perfectly. My go to dish is the spicy grilled beef. The beef is super flavorful and the dish comes packed with fresh vegetables. The service at Golden Dynasty is super friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very clean and pretty small. Golden Dynasty is my go to Chinese restaurant in Fresno. Definitely give this place a try and you won't regret. You will want to keep coming back.

Just decided we'd stop by before our unplanned Target run. And i think yes! I'm very happy my daughter's not a picky eater. She eats majority of what i eat, so easy! She loved the curry beef. 10/10 the Szechuan beef was good 8/10 sesame ball 10/10 . The waitresses were very tentative, i love that it's very quiet here and they were very efficient. I love this type of dining straight to the point: wait. Serve. And let you be about your eating without interrupting every 5 minutes to check on us. Gives me time for a breather and enjoy my food. Staff was very nice, they held a conversation with my very talkative daughter. Food was superb, it hit the spot. Was craving sesame balls and curry ended up getting other plates as well. And orange chicken plate to go for my boy. He said "yo, ma this bomb, where's it from?" Gg enjoyed her shrimp dish.

    Check it out.

We were seated almost right away, which was a great start to the experience. We ordered several dim sum dishes, including the Pork Barbecue Buns, Custard Buns, Deep Fried Taro, Pork Siu-Mai, and Fried Squid, and every single item was delicious. The flavors were spot on, and everything tasted fresh and well made. The servers were also friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our meal. Our food was for pickup and everything was ready on time and piping hot. We ordered a lot because we weren't sure of the portion sizes, but they were massive so we had leftovers for days! We ordered steamed pork buns, orange chicken, crispy sweet and sour pork, beef and broccoli, low mein, and Yangzhou Fried Rice. Everything was delicious and loaded with flavor. The standouts were the yangzhou fried rice which comes with shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. Loved all the meat here and big chunks of veggies. We all loved the orange chicken and the crispy fried pork especially. I tried to get my kids to sample the steam pork buns, but they wouldn't, which just meant more for me! Pillowy soft and full of tender BBQ pork, they were my fave. Truly a hidden gem right in the heart of Clovis!

The family dinner comes with a bowl of sizzling rice soup, An egg roll a pot sticker and foil wrapped chicken. My entree was crispy beef and my husband's entree was Kung pao chicken. Start off the soup was very flavorful, Definitely not your ordinary soup that you would find in the most places to start. The egg roll was a straight veggie roll but it was crispy and flavorful. The pot sticker was probably one of the best I've had in town, The wrapper was not too thick, Silky, Slightly crispy, And the filling was light and delicious not heavy. The Foil wrapped chicken Was different than any other place in that it was lighter and not overburdened with a salty sauce. As far as the entrees, My crispy beef was amazing, So crispy, With a delicious sauce. My husband's Kung pao chicken was so tasty, Everything was fresh and the chicken was not dry. The only downside to our entrees was that they were listed as spicy, But I think you have to ask for really spicy if you look like you can't handle it or something I don't know it just wasn't spicy at all. But we will definitely return and maybe ask for real spicy next time LOL.

I called them the day before I needed the trays. The lady I spoke to was so kind and accommodating she said it was never too late to place an order. I ordered half tray of broccoli beef and one veggie chow mein she gave me my price after tax and gave me the option to pay in person or over the phone. The day of pick up was NYE 5pm my husband was the one who picked up my order under my name. He arrived promptly at 5pm and said the food wasn't ready 5mins after 5pm he said he was about to leave. Upon arrival the food was still piping hot, it smelled AMAZING and they gave sooooo much food!!! It was nearly packed in trays with foil in a box and the food was piled high. I did notice that the veggie chow mein I had ordered was a combo-chicken, beef, shrimp and veggie, no biggie!!! But the food was delicious as always!!! There was so much leftovers. There is finally a reasonably priced Chinese take-out option in town that I actually like. The Mongolian Beef featured tender, flavorful slices of meat paired with crisp, plentiful vegetables. The sauce complemented the dish rather than overwhelming it, and it was not overly greasy. The Garlic Chicken was also good, coated in a savory, slightly sweet soy glaze. The meat was soft and perfectly cooked, again accompanied by fresh, crunchy vegetables. Many of the dishes here are authentically Cantonese-style: savory, built around fresh ingredients, lightly sauced, and never excessively oily. Portions are generous as well. This stands in stark contrast to many other Chinese take-out spots I have tried, where the food leans salty, oversauced, and made with cheaper ingredients -- and becomes practically inedible once it cools down. Judging by the simple décor and limited seating, it is clear this restaurant prioritizes cooking over ambiance. Most customers opt for take-out, which likely helps keep prices affordable. Service is warm and efficient. You are greeted as soon as you walk in, and staff members are ready with ordering help and suggestions. Most lunch plates are $10.25 and come with steamed rice or chow mein, or pork fried rice for an additional $2. Lunch plates are offered daily from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM, including weekends. The menu covers a broad range of Cantonese and Szechuan favorites -- Kung Pao Chicken, Walnut Shrimp, General Tao Chicken, Szechuan Beef, chow mein, chow fun, plus several soups and fried rice options. Combination plates start at $12.90, and the family specials (three dishes for $41) are a solid value. All in all, it is a great spot for anyone craving affordable, satisfying Chinese food -- especially students and anyone on a tight budget.
