DOOM had a bath, as well as the teeth, brushing and mouth spray, and we had specifications on what parts of his fur should be trimmed, which would just actually be around his feet, and Gustavo executed perfectly. We actually had doubts for this groomer, as a previous one, returned to our dog with red eyes, which was alarming since it wasn't communicated prior to the session ending, which for us was a really big deal. We gave them another shot, and Gustavo did really well. We had a slight language barrier issue, and Gustavo whipped out the Google translate, which I think was very proactive, and answered any questions that would help put us at ease. On top of that, he also sent a few pictures during the session of DOOM to put us more at ease, which I really appreciated. Safe to say, I will happily be rebooking for the next grooming session. That was it for me. I got a recommendation from Pet Food Express in Belmont for OMD for Carlos. My husband and I stopped by with Soshi and spoke to Carlos and his wife, we were impressed. Soshi had her first appointment with Carlos and he was honest about how long it would take and the cost because she was so over due. About 6 hours later to our surprise Soshi was ready and totally gorgeous!! 2nd appointment I 6 weeks after she was ready in 3 hours, big difference! They are pricey but well worth the care your dog gets!! Clean beautiful shop!!!!! So happy, you won't be disappointed!

She said they were too small. But we have not had him groomed for 6 months almost because petco had no available. I Didnot like the shampoo smell. He smelled worst than before grooming. I had shower him 2 days later again. The product being used in your dog is not good quality. It's cheap leaving the dog fur rough. Look in picture how his fur looks so rough. The cut was sub par. It was not even from face. She had to keep doing it 3-4 times after and even then I was not satisfied. It was getting late at night around 9 so I just it's fine. But honestly not worth more than $40 job. I would not use them again.
