Enzo was amazing! I had sent out a quote request and Enzo was not only quick to respond to the request itself, but was very active and quick to respond during our whole exchange. He was able to get to my location in 45 mins after I sent out the quote request. I was looking for a new groomer for my golden retriever specifically because he hates getting his nails trimmed. Enzo was very reassuring in getting that done without issues. I also needed a full bath, body trim, paw trim and brushing/deshedding. The results were great! And he gave us a little bandana that had a very pleasant scent. Enzo also provided links to one of his deshedding brushes which was highly appreciated. I was looking for a new groomer since the one I've been using for a while recently closed. I reached out via Yelp and Enzo responded right away with availability the next day. I noticed he didn't have very many reviews but it appeared to be a new Yelp listing so I wanted to hear more about his business. He's just starting out after having worked for someone else for a while and wanting to do it with more quality than he was able before. I can say he certainly did: he communicated well with me and my dog, Woody, liked him instantly. A few months ago there was a huge shortage of available groomers, my little guy was in terrible need of a grooming and was starting to get mats. I found Enzo on yelp and sent a message at around 9pm, Enzo promptly responded and was at my home at 7am sharp the next morning. My dog is a Shitzu mix that has to be regularly groomed but is a rescue and has very bad trauma, he freaks out if you even just try to grab his paw. I was sure this was going to be a disaster, but somehow from the second Enzo took my Topo, my dog was calm and liked him right away, after he did a terrific job and spend literally hours to get the grooming job perfect, my dog was docile and very comfortable and almost even seemed appreciative of Enzo. Enzo knows and loves the dogs and he is very good at what he does. Also, for the quality type work he does, his prices are extremely reasonable. I 100% recommend Enzo!!! read more
