Da BEST Italian food around!! Absolutely love this place, such a hidden gem. Their food is phenomenal, flavorful, presented well, and the portions are generous. Service here is top notch and the chefs truly take pride in their craft as is evident in every dish they serve. The ambiance inside is very inviting, chill, and classy. Love the music that they play and that each table has a tiny vase with flowers. I've tried a handful of dishes here and each one was simply delicious, so you really can't go wrong with whatever you order. I could go on, but you get the point, this place is amazing!! Highly recommend you check it out if you're craving a taste of Italy while in Orange County.

In the area on a business trip and was looking for a long-term local Italian place and stumbled upon this one. Seem to have good reviews so we tried it out. Not a large dining room but on a Thursday night we were able to get a table for three walking in. We share the mozzarella appetizer and it comes as one large piece and a big plate of sauce. It had good flavor and was full of cheese. We then each got a small Caesar, which was extremely small. We heard about the specials, but decided to order off the menu. The entrée are a good size. I enjoyed the cannelloni, another in our group had she's ravioli in the third had chicken Parmesan with penne. Everything was as ordered. The sauce was not the best we have had but overall a decent experience.

This is such a hidden gem! Came here to celebrate a birthday. The place has a chic vibe and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Their complimentary garlic bread is delicious! We started with calamari and got chicken piccata and farfalle venizia for our entrees. Ended the meal on a sweet note with spumoni. Calamari- Fried to perfection with a crispy crust and chewy interior. The seafood is fresh and tasty. Served with marinara sauce. Chicken Piccata- Chicken is tender and juicy. Sauce is flavorful with a zesty finish. Served with a vegetable medley and a side of pasta. Nice and filling! Farfalle Venizia- This entree's portions are huge! You get a generous amount of pasta with delicious red sauce. It's accented with italian sausage, mushrooms, and peas. I was only able to eat half and the leftovers are even better the next day. Spumoni- A refreshing blend of pistachio, cherry, and chocolate ice cream. They shaped it into a ball dusted with cocoa powder. Props for the creativity! Wonderful experience overall!

Enjoyed the crispy calamari and wife has pasta special for evening. As usual service was great. Busy as usual as customers keep pouring in as the peak evening approaches. Will be back soon.

Had my birthday dinner here last Sunday and was blown away by the service and food! We had a party of 6 adults, a newborn and a toddler. When we walked in, the table and high chair were all set up for us already. The waiter came out with a chalkboard of specials (nice to have a visual instead of them just rattling off specials and us not remembering). We ordered: -Calamari Fritti ($18) - we ordered 2 platters. My dad likes it so much he basically ate it as his entree haha. Very lightly fried, not a very thick batter or deep fry so I could see some people saying it's a little too light for them -Rigatoni al Gorgonzola e Salsiccia ($25.50) - creamy gorgonzola sauce, really good and flavorful. My BIL ordered it but I want to try it next time -Farfalle Genovese ($23.95) - bowtie with pesto. I really enjoyed the dish, chicken was smooth and not that noticeable because they were cut into small pieces. -Farfalle Veneziana ($25.50) - sausage, mushrooms, peas in a creamy tomato sauce - almost like vodka sauce. Really delicious! -Pollo Parmigiana ($29.95) - OK 6/10, we prefer Barolo's as we like a deeper, heartier, thicker breading. My husband is a pretty harsh critic of chicken parmesan being from the East Coast so if it's not like Carmine's, he doesn't like it. Other stuff on the menu I'd like to try on my next visit is gnocchi, their lasagna verde, ravioli with cream sauce and linguini alle vongole. Service was very on point and very fast (for those with young children, this is so important!) So much to try - I'll definitely be coming back!

Da Bianca Trattoria has now been our favorite restaurant since the first time we came here in 2017. The staff is like family to us and the owner Marjan a wonderful friend. This place has authentic Italian food and specials each week. Seafood, lamb and pasta. Seasonal delights too. Fun place for all our family celebrations and we love bringing friends. Best kept secrets in the hills of Orange.

The food is fresh and very tasty! The service is warm and friendly! The ambiance is neighborhood Italian! We have been to this restaurant for 35 years since it opened. It's our home dinner away from home! The specials are wonderful

This is one of our go-to date spot that our friends introduced to us to. From my understanding this is Italian owned business with not only great quality food but also a wonderful assortment of rich olive oil, balsamic vinegar, jam, wine, packaged noodles you can buy straight from Italy. The service is always friendly but they can get very busy. Highly recommend a reservation. They've been so busy before they wouldn't even do take out orders. Ambiance is quaint. I love the beautiful Italian chandeliers they have. I've had a hard time with the chairs if I have a thick coat or a clutch hand back hard to put on the seat My husband orders the carbonara everytime which is our favorite item on the menu. Very authentic to us. I've tried many different pastas and just tried the lasagna last night which is not super heavy if your hesitant on feeling too full, was a great portion amount and wasn't super greasy either. Other items I've tried are the but my favorites are the fettuccine Alfredo (not on the menu), the short rib ravioli - super tasty!, and this mozerella crusted Pattie's in balsamic and creamy tomato sauce (seasonal or not on the menu sometime) that we love! I wanted to love the seafood risotto but I've had better. I used to order paccheri alla boscaiola which a popular item but I have to be in the mood for all the red onions which can be overpowering if there's a lot. We have tried some Of the apps which are always super fresh but we tend to order insalata calabrese which has a bit of everything Italian salad and great for sharing. The free bread is a plus too. Highly recommend coming for date night, family night, or even a small special occasion. Thanks for the great food and service!

I…read morestill remember the old deli that was there prior to this restaurant and I've seen numerous social media ads and posts about the place so I wanted to check it out. I think I was a little hesitant because in my head I was thinking how good could possibly really be? In my head spaghetti/pasta is something I can make it home and almost thought it a waste of money to go out of my way to go out specifically to eat this dish. I ordered the Arrabiata pasta with the sausage. I'll admit I was a little thrown off by added cost of each tolling and also added cost of the Arrabiata sauce and I also did wait until a fair amount before the food was ready for takeout. But the pasta really blew me away. I'm still thinking about how good it tasted. I would definitely come back and I actually wanna bring my dad who loves spicy pasta like this. It was really that good. I can't think of another place that has this level of pasta let alone this price. The only negative I would say in regards to one of the workers. The cashier was manned by wonderful woman who did every and all tasks from taking the orders to putting food items in the oven to answering the phone I'm probably much more than that. I don't know. In contrast there was an Asian man with a black shirt who was also working. He looked lost and completely helpless. There was a moment where this woman was so busy and there was a ringing that I assume was from either a phone call or a delivery order. This man did not offer to help more nor did he help from what I saw. He was utterly helpless and unhelpful. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt with the encouragement "Hey help your team out!" The woman on the other hand was doing so many things simultaneously and yet was really kind at the same time. Anyways, I'm giving my review of a five star because I wanna see this place succeed and I'll definitely come back .

Our last two visits have both had issues. On our previous order, our pizza literally had a hole in it. We decided to give them another chance today, and it was even worse. I placed an order online, only to have it canceled because they no longer accept orders through that website. Fine, I downloaded the new app and placed the order there instead. When I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, they told me my pizza had gotten stuck to the pan and they couldn't sell it to me. I asked how long it would take to make another one, and they said they were out of dough... at 12:00 p.m. The most frustrating part is that they had plenty of time to call me or cancel the order through the app before I drove all the way there. Instead, they let me make the trip just to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. It's disappointing because this used to be one of our favorite pizza spots. Based on our recent experiences, I can't recommend it anymore. Don't waste your time here.

Truly Heaven sent - paired with a glass of their house cab (PW Rosso). And when you thought it couldn't get any better, my nephew and I split the full-size Genovese Ziti entree. The freshly made ziti was extra long, cooked to perfection; the simmered beef and onions, simply melted in your mouth!! As far as service, the Hostess did wonderful job finding us a table in the full house there. I had called too late to get a reservation, but she recommended to simply walk in and see what's what... we were seated within 10 minutes despite the line. She was an absolute professional pro and, while I unfortunately didn't get her name, our waiter, Israel, took over from there. He was so pleasant, excited but low-key... seemed so happy to be a part of the Team there and wonderfully attentive, timely as well as patient in answering our many questions. All in all, it was a true 5-Star dining experience in a wonderful atmosphere. We were blessed enough to get a table outside where it was much quieter. Noisy inside? Let's just say people were all having a really awesome time with many various celebrations being enjoyed. A TRULY SPECIAL PLACE for any kind of taste!!
