We did the whole social media, hyped up restaurant thing. It was worth it!! The ONLY problem, I wanted to order more but there was only two of us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is laid back, clean enough, open garage feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was great but they didn't have to do much. The food was really good. My husband and I both like the ribs the most. The sandwich was very rich and excellent. The bill was $65 total. Very reasonable. Everyone should try!

I have sampled a little of this & that when different people order different things and we all try them. The gnocchi is wonderful. I would like to highlight the Thanksgiving dinner though. They have a set menu and they give you a little of everything. There was plenty of food for the whole table and everything was exceptional. It was wonderful and one of the best meals we have had in Charleston. Have a meal here at least once. I promise you won't regret it.

Sorelle is fine dining and Michelin rated for a reason. I came with friends for my birthday dinner:…read morewow! The whole place is stunning. The building has an extensive history, even once serving as a Hebrew orphanage, to now being a beautiful restaurant. I love how the architects and interior design highlight the character of the building! The wallpaper on the main dining room on the second floor is truly gorgeous! For cocktails, we tried many! I got the almond sour (delicious) and my friends were pleasantly surprised they serve decaffeinated espresso martinis. My sister got a spritz, which she also enjoyed. I was also touched that the culinary team was kind enough to sign a birthday card for me. Our table also received complimentary cacio e pepe popcorn to snack on--yum! For appetizers, we got the tuna tar tar (Crudo di Tonno), the strawberry caprese salad, and some shrimp--all so delicious, that they FLEW off the plate! For mains, I got the Rotolo al Forno, which was VERY tasty. My friends got the chicken milanese, the Sorelle spaghetti, and the sworfish. For side dishes, we also got the meatball with polenta and some potatoes. For dessert, I got a complimentary birthday cannoli with a candle and the Limone (a berry and cream-filled dessert in the form of a lemon!) What. A. Meal!!! The food and the locale are just stunning. But of course, not cheap. As a whole, we paid a whopping $399.75 without tip! Was it worth it for a feast of glamour? I'd say so--but definitely not an every day treat unless you have the budget! Also, Lucy was our server and was exceptionally sweet and patient!

Just make sure you make a reservation way in advance! We sat upstairs. We had the miss carolina pizza which had basil, cheese and delicious fresh tomatoes! You need to try one of their pies. And of course.. the reason everyone comes... the vodka pasta. The sauce is so good, the big pastas soak up the pasta, and the little chives are a great touch! It's cheesy and savory, a great comfort dish. The pasta was over-cooked just a little. Definitely need to stop here on your trip to Charleston!

It was one of those moments when they told us they were full, but two people left the bar at the same time. We were so lucky! So many people were waiting. We started off with Mai Tai's and they were delicious! The bar stools were super comfortable and the entire restaurant was beautiful. We shared a shrimp roll as an appetizer and it was incredible. We also loved the fries that garnished it; they were almost like a hash brown. We also shared a pasta with ricotta that was incredible. We ended the evening with a gin drink that was featured on the menu. So glad we were able to eat here!
