I just ordered last week 13 windows to replace my 35+ year old ones in my house. Riley Shaffer came to my house - 5 minutes prior to the appointment time - and sat me down and went over everything. He asked about my concerns and wants. Showed me their products and never really tried to upsell anything that would exceed my budget. He was professional, courteous and overall, a pleasant experience. A few days later a gentleman, Robert I believe his name was, came and measured all the windows so fabrication on mine would begin. Riley even was able to inform me of some additional discounts (including Vets which I did not know Dabella had). Riley has been with me each step of the way, through going over paperwork, following up on the measurement visit etc. Now I await the installation from which I will give my final review ... I have been getting calls everything day starting at 7am PST I don't know who told them it's ok to call and all day but this is crazy if I did need home improvement I WOULD NEVER USE THEM! I have to echo the content of several other reviews. When we made our appointment we thought it was with Anderson, but we decided to hear the sales pitch. whenI told the sales guy that his company had bad reviews on Yelp he told me "you can't trust Yelp reviews" I suspected it would not go well after that. Most negative Yelp reviews are due to very aggressive hard sells. When we got the price for our job it was quite high. So the guy asked us "how much do you want to pay?" This told me he was not being up front with the price. Then he called his manager to see if we could get a better price. Seriously? It was like dealing with used car sales people. Then we spoke to Window World. The salesman showed us his price list and how much our job would cost. No negotiating. No games. No secret pricing. DaBella had a really good product. The windows were very high quality, but their sales model is insulting. They really need to rethink their sales model. read more

We had all our windows and a sliding door installed by dabella in May of 2024. Soon after one of the windows cracked in the middle. After several attempts calling the customer service line, actually spoke to Edgar then received a message from Robert, they are now ghosting us and have no communication on when they will replace the window. Edgar emailed us that a project manager would contact us to schedule an appointment. We then received a mssg from Robert, our initial contact to make an appt, but after 7 attempts via phone and text, we have not heard back from him, it's been two months now trying to get this resolved. The windows they installed was faulty. We were happy with them until now. It's been a disappointment. Here is the Project#413045 hopefully we'll hear from someone to get this resolved. I had a salesman come to my door, and I believe his name was Sean. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. He seemed off, possibly under the influence of something, and the whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unsettling. The approach was aggressive and unprofessional. If this is the kind of person they send out for sales, I can't even imagine what their actual workers are like. I wouldn't trust them near my family or even my dog. We were looking to just get a quote with eventual plans to replace our windows and roof next year. This company gave us the priciest quote possible and we were definitely not interested yet sale rep wouldn't leave. Kept trying to talk us into purchasing though we said multiple times that we were only getting a quote for later. Then for a week after, this company would call me every single day asking if I have decided to move forward with getting my windows replaced. I let them know that I couldn't move forward with them and thanked them for coming out. I have been getting 2-3 calls daily asking me why o won't move forward with them and being very pushy. I've asked them to please stop calling me but they said they have to do their job and are very aggressive on the phone. The callers are not polite and I'll not stop calling me 2-3 times daily. Firstly note that they've got a lot of great reviews on some sites, but that they offer a marketing package to get your price down by thousands, which includes leaving reviews on Google & BBB. Unfortunately their sales guys were great, until they weren't. I won't name names because I think they were honestly just following protocol. The appointment took 2.5 hours on a Saturday when we had things to do. We were very upfront from the beginning that the answer was "no, not today," and that we were collecting quotes. It was a long presentation, but fine, until they were "required to call their manager" to talk the number down, etc. The verbiage of the first call was awkward and honestly a little demeaning. We have to buy a new car this week and made it clear that another payment on top of that wasn't happening - in the conversation, the guy told the manager that "they had some other financial commitments come up recently that aren't nearly as important as these windows because the windows are toast." At that point, I was done. Another haggle, another phone call, another no. Another haggle, a third phone call so that they could essentially get permission from the boss to leave my house, and then they walked out with barely an acknowledgment! We were honest, upfront, and firm but kind, still laughing to the end, but the minute they realized that nothing was working, they shut down and stormed out. I'm sure the product is great, but after that experience, we won't be using them. read more

Their products seem great and well made but, I don't know how many times my husband had to tell the sales guy we don't have the money and we're just looking for a quote. Our appointment was at 5p, he was 15-20mins late and then was there until almost 9pm because he couldn't leave without getting the 'ok' to leave by he's boss. In the middle of the appointment, before getting the quote, he had to step out to he's car to get the quote together. That took him 20mins. He was in front of my neighbors house, parked the wrong way, with he's lights on full blast the whole time and my neighbor came out and he wasn't happy. If the sales weren't soo pushy we would probably be calling them back for the sale in 6-8 months when we were ready but, that's not looking like it's going to happen. They quoted us $18k for 8 windows, sliding glass door and garage door with window for their middle grade windows. They quoted us $33k for all that for best grade windows. We contracted to get windows with this company our install is suppose to be Monday. for a few weeks now we have left messages because of course you cant seem to get hold of your sales rep. Hannah or Riley her manager. 1. She never emailed us a copy of our contract as promised 2. have never reached out to our HOA for approval 3. I had previously wrote a very negative review about Dabella but now I will write a positive review. Dabella installed a roof at my home about 4 years ago, in that 4 years I have had many roof leaks, had a handyman repair a roof leak tried to contact Dabella many many times to get the roof repaired and was never able to get ahold of anyone and no one ever called me back. Finally, I am frustrated, angry and just done with Dabella and their crappy customer service. I took my complaint to the Nevada State Contractors board along with 2 quotes and an inspection report that I got from 2 very qualified roofers in the valley. Within 3 weeks after going to the board I recieved a phone call from a gentlemen named Korey who was very very nice and eager to help rectify my issue he said someone from GAF would be calling me to schedule an inspection of the roof then asked me to send him the quotes I got and the inspection report and within 10 minutes after I sent them he called me and asked me which roofing comapny I wanted to use for the reroof. I told him who I wanted to use and he said ok. Dabella is sending you a check to cover the reroof. He explained to me that there are a lot of workmanship errors on the roof he also explained that the reason my roof leaks is because the shingles that were installed are not rated for my roofs pitch, they are rated for a higher pitched roof and that is why it leaks. He apologized and said I do not even know the salespeople who sold your father this roof, and they are the ones who would have given your father the choice of those shingles. He said don't worry Dabella will take care of this and I received a check that Friday for a new roof. So my horrible experience with Dabella was changed in a day thanks to Korey. read more

Where to start! These windows are great from every corner literally. Windows are completely sealed to the wall so there is absolutely no leaks in or out. These windows are durable and thick, safe proof and heat proof. As hot as it gets outside, the windows stay cool. Definitely a good home improvement and investment. The customer reps are great with knowing about the product. Customer service and the sales rep are all truly great people and have a good welcome vibe to be comfortable around. Keep up the good work everyone and I'm glad to show off my windows everyday. Forgot to mention about the day of installation. We waited about 4 weeks or so. The guy called to schedule the day and time. The day of installation went so well. It was done in about 5-6 hours. The only few things asked is to have the windows clear of curtains and furniture. I finally got my new windows installed on Wednesday from DaBella. I have been trying to get a copy of my contract for ever. This is memorial day weekend I called on Friday this a second time that somebody told me they would be here Saturday morning around nine 930. Night nobody showed up that's the second time that happened. I want a copy of my contract. What is it with the company that you can't get the signed contract. I want a paper copy when I signed the paperwork, they said they would bring me a copy. That's 34 times now I'm waiting to have it delivered to me. I mean the windows are beautiful. Worst Sales Representative. Very creepy tone and weird. Kept talking about stuff that was irrelevant about the whole concept of fixing things at the house. Asked A LOT of personal questions and followed up with answers that make you believe he is on your side. Stayed for 2 1/2 hours and wouldn't take no for an answer. Gave a "deal" that was 3x more than other companies. Only asked for a quote, but was very persistent and rude to want us to sign a deal. Just wanted a simple quote. Kept calling his boss multiple times while he was here to "lower prices." What kind of boss would want to keep answering phone calls within a 2 1/2 hour span. Common sense. Last year back in April or May I was on Facebook and an add popped up stating if your windows are older then 7 years your likely to get a good deal on windows, so I entered my information, they called a few days later for an estimate. I agreed for the estimate. The salesman who represented this company which is Dabella was go good in selling the windows and sliding doors . Went through the whole presentation measures all my windows and doors and even suggested to get a new side door for my garage . Showed me all the products gave me options for the windows , crown molding etc.. I chose what I would like he wrote then down . I explained that's quite expensive and was just looking for a quote. He insisted he can make a deal if I said yes right then and now . It was to good to be true . I told him I would have to think about talk it over with my husband . But still persistent with the offer and made a call to his "boss" . Even tho the deal was awesome, I took the opportunity to go for it . After that someone else came to the house to remeasure all the windows and doors , I do believe was the contractor for Dabella. The representative calls me in June saying the windows and doors are in and someone will be calling to set up the appointment . Two weeks go by a no call , I call the representative back to let him know no one called me. Long story short , the company who installed my windows are the worst workers ever . Over a period of three weeks to install my windows and doors I had three different group of workers doing the installment. Then once everything was finished and they put the crown molding on the inside and outside of the house it wasn't even painted , I had ask the contractor why isn't this painted all he could say is sorry . That's how it comes . After all that the representative comes to the house to inspect to final job and I asked him that the crown molding is not painted , He looked shocked and called the contractor. I ask for a discount on the price , he told me he'll find someone to paint them . Never heard from him again even tho he stated in his presentation call me when ever you need something I'll have your back . Since July until now I have had nothing but the run around with this company, I'm still having issues with my screen on my sliding door. When they did come to replace it they brought it for a window not for a door and this was back in March of this year . Do I had to paint all of the crown molding inside eight windows and two sliding doors . I still need to paint the outside crown molding next . We contracted with DeBella 2 years ago to install a new roof. We had problems during the install but they somewhat fix it. Yesterday I found a leak in the ceil of the Master Bedroom and while I was changing clothes, the ceiling fell in on top of me. I tried calling customer service and was force to leave a voice mail, I call back to their General Line an talked to a very nice young lady who schedule someone to come out to look at it. This morning I get a Text from them saying they no longer service our area. I called back and was told the same thing. They wouldn't even check to see if it's still in Warranty or not. They won't back the products they sell. I'm waiting to find out the problem with the roof to see what steps to take next. My guess is bad workmanship, which I'm not surprised because of the problems we had with the installers, which DeBella hired. read more

He was at our house 2.5 hours. We had small children who have a bedtime and they had no respect for that. We told the rep that we would talk over our budget and never said no to him. Consumers do your homework and set up serval roofing quotes. DaBella prides themselves on high pressure sales but will tell you that there is no pressure. Meanwhile your appointment that is suppose to last 60-90 mins will take 3-4 hours, they will bargain with you like a cars sales man. You can clearly see I am not the only one saying this, but beware of other review platforms with all positivity because that is also one of DaBellas tactics "give us a review and we will take some money off of your roof cost" and you have to do it right in front of them so it's a sales tactic to get good reviews before a consumer fully finishes their experience with Dabella. The General Manger Travis won't answer your calls if you have problems, he doesn't care, he's got your money, he doesn't care about much else. The next in line Jason isn't any better he's basically a go between, with you as the consumer and Travis the manager who won't face a problem himself. Their statement of "factor trained installers" is untrue they hire third party roofers basically whomever will do the work for them and have them watch a video and they stamp factor trained lol it's all smoke and mirrors. Check out the breakdown of costs on your roof ply wood install $180-$190 per sheet, seriously? Their inflation is insanity way too many hands on the pot who get commission that's why they sky rocket the price. Don't go with this company I promise you can find better pricing, quality, and customer service don't believe me just call Dabella and listen to the people who answer the phones attitude like you've never heard I asked for the managers email and they told me no we're not giving you anything. The windows are fine, but the person assured me stucco and paint touch up was included in price. When i called to have someone come out to touch up paint, i was told they don't do that. Also company only sent 2 guys to install 12 windows. They finished in the dark. Company should have sent more installers. The installers did a good job except for caulking on my stucco and paint. I called DaBella roofing and asked them to come out and assess the condition of my roof before I install solar panels. They said they would be happy to and that the estimator would be at my house for around an hour. An hour seemed like a very long time for a roof estimate, but I figured at least I could work while they looked around. As many other reviews state, they actually plan to talk to you non-stop for 2+ hours. The estimator showed up late. Once she arrived she looked at my roof for 5-10 minutes and determined that the whole roof including 50% of the wood sheeting needed to be replaced. I asked her to estimate repairs to the existing roof and she said that their company only installs completely new roofs, which would have been nice to know before someone came out to my house. I was already planning to get a second opinion, but I figured there was no harm in getting a full roof replacement quote from DaBella so that I would have the number just in case other companies agreed with their assessment. Asking for a price was a HUGE mistake! This started the estimator down a decision-tree talk-track that she was clearly forced to to go through and would not deviate from. I made it clear that the high pressure sales tactics were extremely off putting and that she was wasting my time. She insisted on continuing with a presentation that included showing me the average cost of replacing a roof of a comparable size to mine. The average cost was 2x higher than any other estimate I could find online for a roof my size. At the end of the 2 hour talk track, she finally showed me some actual numbers, which were $20k more than the average price she showed me earlier in her talk. Then she kept asking me to pick a number that I was willing to spend every month to get the new roof. When I told her I just needed a price and financing options, she told me that if I told her what I could afford, they could give me incentives to lower the cost of the roof. Of course, the incentives were only available while she was there at my house. When I told her I wanted their cheapest price they could offer, she couldn't seem to understand what I was requesting. The whole experience was baffling, it was like working with a cheap used car salesman. When I made it clear many times that I wasn't buying anything without getting other quotes, the estimator insisted on calling her manager to see if there was anything extra they could do for me. When she told me she was going to do this I told here not to; that I've been subjected to this tactic in the past and it really rubs me the wrong way. She insisted on doing it anyway. To replace the roof on my 1600sf house, they quoted me $55000. I've had 3 more companies come out to the house and look at the roof. All of them said that the existing roof is in great condition and that it has another 20+ years of life. DaBella is clearly training their people to lie to home owners about the condition of their roofs and then try to sell them an overpriced replacement before the owner can compare the prices they've been given. Honestly I'm not sure how DaBella is still in business. read more

Was told the quote appointment would take 90 minutes. 3 hours later I finally got the guy to leave. The price was ridiculously high. $96,000 for all new windows and a French door. Did the whole song and dance where he has to call his boss to check in and then tried to give me a new price if I would commit right now. Told him up front that we had other projects that were more important and wouldn't be committing to this right now. It was a hassle! I'll never invite one of these door to door salesman in again. I found the quality of the windows to be wonderful and the sales rep to be a very knowledgeable person. But I would never recommend or buy from this company again! Due to the team that installed my windows they did not install the windows correctly and it takes months to get someone to replace or repair what they did wrong on the initial instal. I still have areas we're the window was installed that are not sealed properly cocking that is not staying cracks and one window has been needing constant repairs. The team that comes by to do repairs never calls ahead they just show up when they want to. And don't come when they are scheduled to they also never call to say they won't make it. This causes a wast of 4 or more hours of my family's day. I paid 30 thousand dollars for quality but have not seen it since my windows have been installed. 9 months is a long time to wait for quality that I was promised and have yet to see. read more
