The menu is displayed clearly on TV screens to the left of the register, which makes ordering easy. I ordered the Kung Fu Green Milk Tea with boba at 75% sweetness and my partner ordered the Oreo slush. The staff were friendly and the transaction was smooth. They also offer a rewards system linked to your phone number, which is always nice if you come often. Seating here is interesting. There are traditional tables and chairs, but they also have an elevated floor seating area with cushions. It's a pretty large space and I'm curious to see it when the store is busy because it's a unique setup for a boba shop. There is also games provided if you are looking to hang out here with some friends. They also provide free Wi-FI. The real standout here is the boba. It's never mushy or bland. It has that perfect bounce and a rich honey flavor that makes it different from other places. I've heard they produce their own boba, which might explain the consistency. The boba itself is sweet, I recommend lowering your sugar level if you don't like overly sweet drinks. The green milk tea was creamy with clear green tea notes that came through without being overpowering. I didn't get to taste it fresh, but the next day it was still great. The chicken was tender and juicy even after a 2-minute nuke. The vegetables were tender yet still had a nice crisp bite. The entire dish had a nice peppery spice to it. The fried rice was great. After three minutes in the air fryer, the egg roll was fresh as new. I understand that it was busy (for online orders. There wasn't too much traffic in store) but they should check the order board to make sure items are called out and none were missed. I stood there for thirty minutes and then decided to check the status of my drink especially since drinks after me were all completed. I asked and the guy handing out order gave me a "matter of fact" comment, "Yeah your order has been ready." Yeah well how in the world would I have known that if you didn't pin in my order as completed? I told him up front and pointed at the board, "I didn't know since the number is still under In Progress." He just turns to look at the board and goes "Oh." I took my drink and left. I think what upsets me over the attitude was that he saw me standing there for an absurd amount of time, walked past me once for something, and didn't bother asking like "Hey you've been standing here for a while, can I check your order for you?" It doesn't take a lot of effort to initiate good customer service, but blatant lack of customer service and the additional attitude is what leads to feedback reviews as such. First of all the service was great and drinks were made in very timely manner! I ordered my girlfriend a Taro Blended with boba and I got her son a Watermelon smoothie. When I got the drinks I smashed the straw into the table (pointy side down)... true boba people know this is a terrible idea because it gets rid of the pointy tip to bust through the plastic top.... Well I was thinking I could muscle it through and nope... watermelon smoothie EXPLODED all over me and the counter top... while people were ordering I was so embarrassed haha the girl running the register immediately grabbed the drink and said "don't worry about it I'll make a new one and don't worry about the mess I'll take care of it" is till cleaned up the mess but the gesture was incredibly nice seeing how it was my fault.
