    Big Frank
    Wennie H.

I drive past this place all the time and finally dropped in. Ordered ahead, burgers and fries were still hot. I got the frank which came with frizzled onions and a special sauce, the onions were super crispy, the sauce was a touch too much / overpowering and the burger was unfortunately dry (still good though). Fries were standard but you can tell they are fresh. My friend got the Baja burger and seemed to like it. Interior is a little dirty but service was great.

My favorite thing to eat at Feed Co is the Bim Burger - what sets it apart is the patty which is a blend of shitake mushrooms, beef, and ginger and a great texture with the pickled carrots and napa cabbage. Also if you're eating at the restaurant (which has a relaxed dining area and great service) do not sleep on the tempura vegetables- amazing.

    Cesar Salad add Chicken

This time I ordered the Cesar Salad. They suggested I add chicken so I did. Wish they mixed the dressing for you. Other than that it was a healthy fulfilling meal.

Definitely top five burger places in Seattle in my book, I love the place, from the staff to the ambience to the seating, to the outdoor seating, to the neighborhood. The menu is huge as they sell more stuff than just burgers, such as fish burgers, chicken burgers, chicken wings. Surprisingly the prices were cheaper than expected, which is a plus and the portion sizes are huge. The sauces were so flavorful, it tasted like spicy mayo. The big Frank is a specialty burger hidden in the menu that was hard to find, but I found it on the online website and I highly recommend it. The burger was cooked perfectly and I love the crispy onions. I would highly recommend this place and I will be coming back if I'm ever in the area.

Delicious! Decent prices. Amazing customer service. The cashier was very sweet and personable. I waited outside in their comfy swinging chair and she brought it out to me to-go They also sell flowers from the market and that are very beautiful

Great value at 7 bucks for the basic

I am still finding my way around Seattle understanding which neighborhoods offer, easy parking, which neighborhoods offer, cheaper meals, which neighborhoods are family, friendly... With that said, I definitely found that sometimes the 10 minute drive from where we normally stay right on Lake Union is a better bet for feeding a big family without having to deal with crazy parking or crazy prices or just no space to stretch out... Anyhow, I ended up here and was very very surprised I just how cheap the prices were. You can get a dialed in burger for 11 bucks a plain burger for seven or even just a good grilled cheese done right for five bucks... I mean look at the photos they speak for themselves , and these aren't frozen patties they're made fresh. They might just be plain Jane ground beef and not have the artisan touch but they were good. There was lots of free parking space to stretch out and not a bunch of sketchy stuff going on right outside. Now the chicken was a little dry, and a little thinner than I was, hoping for based off the picture I was hoping for a more traditional meaty patty that held in more of the moisture. This almost seemed more like a chicken Parm, or it was very thin, but good nonetheless ... I just wouldn't consider it a standard chicken sandwich that you go to expect from a hot chicken kinda place. Again, definitely a hidden gem in the city for a simple meal. Will you can easily feed four people for under 30 bucks come check them out.

Disappointing. We always drive from south to north just to eat Uneeda burgers (ranked #1 burger joint in Seattle.) Uneeda is our fav! Their employees told us Feedco. took over their second location in the CD so we gave it a shot today. Although both menus are very similar the quality of food is very different. Feedco burgers were so dry and basic. The onion rings were so soft, oily, and mushy. Even the steak fries sucks. On the other hand, Uneeda steak fries are so crunchy and very well salted. I wish after taking over that they kept the same quality of food. I rather have a whopper nice time. For real.. Review edit-- After I got done eating I went across the street to earls barber for a haircut . I asked their opinion and all 3 barbers said the same about Feedco

We came here for dinner as it was close to my work. I didn't think it was going to be busy but it was busy! You basically order at the counter and they will bring the food out to you once it's ready. They have a water station where you can grab water, otherwise, they also have other drinks up for order. We got: Frank's big burger -- this came with frizzled onion, cheese and a sauce. The burger was pretty good, it was not the juiciest but not dry. My husband like the frizzle Onions but I didn't care much as it wasn't crunchy, it was more chewy for me. I definitely want to try their other burgers or sandwiches though as they have some interesting ones Tater tots - these were pretty good. Perfectly crunchy and good flavor. Overall, it was a good burger place if you are craving for burgers, I would come back when I am in need of a burger.

    Blue Onion

Literally stumbled upon this place when I was starving and looking for something nearby, but was very pleasantly surprised! I got the blue onion burger which was fresh, juicy, and so delicious. I also got the sweet potato fries which was a huge portion, and the fries were thick cut and perfectly crispy. It was pretty quiet when I went in. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely recommend!

The restaurant itself leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm not asking too much. I believe the owner said he was trying to revamp the place. I hope that the area comes alive in the future years, that should help. Here's the issue though, this is the slowest spot ever. I've waited 30 minutes for fries - FRIES. I don't mind waiting for food, but it should remain reasonable. There were only two or three people working, and one man did tell us this, but I need to be honest - this was on Super Bowl Sunday. No one was able to get anyone a beer from the tap for 40 minutes, the food took forever and it appeared that online orders were being prioritized (which makes sense, you make as you get orders coming in, but that puts your in person customers in an odd and sometimes frustrating position). To be honest, I probably wouldn't have minded as much if I just had some fries to snack on. I didn't mind as much this one time because I was just happy to find a place to watch the Super Bowl Half Time show, but other days, it's a little hard to look past. I wish this business the best, I live too close to not hope for its improvement! Looking forward to updating my review. At the end of the day, if you're hungry, it's late, this is your spot.

He said, "No, you got the sandwich." I said, "Okay... so did you make the sandwich I ordered or not?" He said yes. I open it up and it's literally two chicken fingers, fries, and honey mustard. No Philly cheesesteak. So I asked, "If you didn't have Philly cheesesteak, why didn't you tell me that when I ordered it?" He said, "I don't know, I can put it on the side if you'd like." I said, "I thought you didn't have any Philly cheesesteak?" He walked away, came back with a side of Philly cheesesteak, and told me to put it on the sandwich myself. For $19, I shouldn't have to assemble my own sandwich -- especially after being told you didn't even have the main ingredient. Just be upfront with customers.

The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

I didn't expect much out of these, but they were surprisingly good. The rice is cooked perfectly, sticky and tender, yet each grain is distinctive and almost bouncy, giving great mouthfeel. The musubi seems to be dipped in a small amount of soy sauce, although not enough to cover the entire rice surface. The additional sodium isn't really needed in the first place due to the salty and meaty kick the spam on top gives the handheld snack. It's a classic combination for a good reason! (4/5) For the Food Walk special, they only give a small scoop of mac salad. I'm sure the normal side portion for $5.94 is much larger. The salad is unspectacular but solid. It's a little sweet, a bit peppery, and certainly very creamy. There's a bit of julienned carrot included that isn't particularly crunchy, being soaked in the mayo sauce. The macaroni itself isn't mushy or overcooked, so it still has some texture. (4/5) I don't usually expect much out of food court restaurants, but Aloha Plates definitely surprised me with their quality. It seems like a solid option for Hawaiian.

Perhaps the Lao Burger served there wasn't as juicy and succulent, with perfectly crisp smashed patties as I recalled? Or perhaps Taurus Ox just serves a completely inferior version. I revisited for a Friday late dinner to reach the bottom of things. This was at around 8PM and the place was surprisingly busy, with a fully running kitchen and almost all seats taken. It's a pretty small restaurant to begin with, but since the food comes fast, people don't typically stay too long. By the time our food arrived, a table had cleared up for us. Lao Burger ($18) - This Lao Burger is just as good as my first visit. Absolutely perfectly fried smash patties, completely with lacy, crispy edges that provide texture and an intense caramelized meaty flavor. I've already described the burger in detail in my previous review - what I can say on this visit is that the burger is basically identical, indicating that Ox Burger is consistent with cook and construction. The burger as a whole has the perfect moisture level with plenty of unique funky, umami-full flavors that make each bite a delight. As with my previous review, two things come to mind that detract just a tiny bit from my full enjoyment. Firstly, the burger as a whole is a bit salty for my tastes, necessitating several trips to refill my cup of water Secondly, the piece of sliced pork belly included is kind of vestigial. It seems to be only there to add additional salt, because neither the flavor nor texture are very apparent while eating. (5/5) Deluxe ($15) - This burger is somehow way messier than the Lao to eat. Upon lifting it up, a mess of watery mustard/mayo mix drips onto the plate. I think it might be from the extra moisture in the tomatoes and lettuce. And yet, somehow the bun isn't soggy at all. This burger is otherwise excellent, combing the same picture perfect smash patties as in the Lao, with the classic fixings - American cheese, bacon, pickles, and plenty of veggie mix. (5/5) I'm glad I gave the Lao Burger another chance. It's now one of my favorite burgers in the city. I'll definitely be coming back to Ox Burger for more. The food was great for all adults involved. Portions of fries are generous and delicious, and come with fancy sauces (none of which appealed to me, but were appreciated by my family). The burgers are really inventive, so we all wanted to try the Lao. It's delicious. I did balk at $18 for just the burger, which is a smash patty (less beef) and I took the cheese, Mayo, and cilantro off. Eighteen dollars! No side, no drink.
