    Pho Combo

The place was pretty empty and the owner was nice. Our food came fairly quick and the portion was worth the money. The food was okay itself. The place looked like a typical Asian place and was nothing special but clean. I would maybe come back again.

Gotta start out with the top tier service. Personable but relaxed. I'd stayed away from pho for a while, it had just not impressed me in the past but it had been a few years and my buddy really likes it so we went for it. I had the shrimp dumplings and the special x large pho. I'd expected the dumplings to be nothing special but they were top tier! The pho though....excellent. Totally converted me. Deep, rich broth, great noodles and loved the assortment of meats (rare flank, tripe, steak, brisket). My buddy accidentally ordered the summer rolls with meat in them so I ate those as well and they were quite good! It's def a college joint and has a nice atmosphere.

Delicious! My husband and I were so excited to try this place now that it's open, and we weren't disappointed. I got the #12 (the pho with rare steak), and my husband got a sandwich (bành mì) and the #23 Special Double Trouble. The bành mì is especially good! Very crispy. I was really excited to try the pho too, and once I mixed everything together (including the meat, which turned out very tender once it cooked in the broth) and it was SO good! If you order the pho, don't expect a super rich broth, but something more light and herb-y. My only complaint is that the broth was a bit oilier then I'm used to, but it was forgivable.

Friendly staff and quick service. Easy in and out. I've had the ramen as well which I like a bit more. Plan on trying more of the menu next time.

So I stopped in here on my way home from work. I love the fresh Spring rolls. So I thought I would try them. Why not it's a noodle bar?? Well sadly I was very disappointed. Possibly the worst rolls I've ever had.. Not that they were spoiled , or they tasted poorly. That wouldn't be true. At least if they were spoiled, they would have had flavor. But they just lacked effort. Not even a scallion! The "ground pork was nearly invisible. Only had the rice noodles and shrimp. NO BEAN SPROUTS!!?. No basil!! Very very lame effort. I'm sorry. Try adding a bit more of the menu listed ingredients. Throw a hot pepper in the box "they're cheep". Next time I go in I'm going to take a picture and post it. I wasn't going to do a review but this is 2 days later and I'm still irritated. I got these at a local Asian grocer. This is what yours should look like for Is $2 less mind you.

Chicken vermicelli or something? Was disgusting.

Ordered crab Rangoons and chicken vermicelli. Rangoons are just cream cheese that's it. Chicken vermicelli was probably the most disgusting looking and tasting thing I've ever seen. There were thin strips of what we're supposed to be chicken but I've never seen any chicken that looked like that. The noodles looked and tasted like rubber tentacles. I'd rather have just gone hungry.

The food used to be great when they opened- fresh and delicious. We haven't been in a while because we found Pho 99 in Manchester (the best pho we've ever had), but we decided to give Daddy's Noodle another try because we are sick and it is close to home. What a disappointment. Nothing tasted or looked fresh. The basil was shriveled and brown. Some of the bean sprouts were withered away to nothing. The noodles came in a brick form (as they usually do for takeout) but they would not separate. They just broke into chunks of chewy, disgusting mush. Even the lime was brown! We got the smallest dab of hoisin imaginable and no fish sauce for our pork egg rolls, which weren't at their best either. The pho generally just tasted old. Even the Boba looked old and was hard in the middle! I HIGHLY recommend Pho 99 in Manchester. You might have to travel a bit farther to get there and their prices are a bit higher, but it is SO worth it. The pho is fresh and perfect. Everything is high quality and will not disappoint!

Typical strip mall atmosphere. Clean, attentive staff, quick service. Pho broth was lacking flavor.

AND, their signature Curry…read moreRamen bowl is essentially the *best* eating version of Khao Soi you will experience all year - and for most of those who don't eat a lot of Khao Soi, hold on to your rally caps - this bowl at Kaliubon will blow your mind. I simply cannot imagine ordering anything other than their Curry Ramen bowl from this point forward. Like one would legitimately be insane not to get it, provided you are an average fan of standard Thai-style curries like Red, Panang, or even Las Vegas style Three-color (Red+Green+Yellow). My suggested mod: Ask for your home-crafted noodles a little extra "QQ" or chewy al dente. And ask for a side of their home-made chili oil to step up the Szechuan influence. Normally I shun the fusion or "new-style" menu items, but this Curry Ramen bowl is stuff of dreams. Perfectly executed, temperature hot, unforgettably umami, and the exact drinkable curry broth viscosity that is no accident. This bowl is a champion, folks!

It had a lively energy without feeling chaotic. I ordered the beef ramen and added shrimp, and everything came out in under 10 minutes. The broth had a really nice depth of flavor with a mild kick; not overpowering, just enough warmth. The beef was tender, the shrimp addition was worth it, and the portion size was generous. The space itself is clean and modern. I appreciated being able to see the kitchen area and the bar setup; everything looked organized and well run. The booth seating was comfortable, and overall it felt like a great spot for a casual lunch or relaxed dinner. Definitely a place I'd come back to.
