Food is fairly priced. Also tastes good as well. The place is always clean and nice vibes. Staff is also friendly. Bathrooms were clean.

Pictures is a poke bowl and a soup. Poke bowl was sushi rice, shrimp, braised beef, cucumber, edamame, masago, with poke sauce and spicy mayo (that I had put on the side). Absolutely amazing when everything was mixed all around. The soup was Ichiraku. The roll was a shrimp tempura roll. They gave us a small empty sauce bowl to pour soy sauce into (which are in bottles on each table). The staff were quick to seat and not busy at all for an early dinner (around 5:30/6pm). Food came out quick and they were very attentive to us!

We had a lovely dinner here on a Thursday evening. The inside decor looks great and gives off a nice chill vibe. This place recently started doing all you can eat and did not disappoint. The dinner items are a little different so we were able to get kimchi tofu soup, a couple of specialty rolls and also chocolate and Matcha cake. Our favorite role would have to be the oasis roll. Our waiter was very attentive and was very quick and efficient with the service. We will definitely be coming back!

Good sushi, okay ramen, friendly staff, much better on the inside. Came here because we read that this location just opened. When we got here, really didn't look like it. But we took a chance and wandered in. The inside is decked out fairly well. The inside was a primary focus, and it shows. The staff was friendly but still learning the menu. Couldn't explain everything but were able to roughly translate some items. Food took a little while to prep, but we got everything in short order. The bao were a highlight. Soft, savory pockets of seasoned pork. Very tasty bites. The ramen was a custom creation. Was too much noodle vs soup and their stock was a little weak. Suspect they were trying to offset a lack of beef ramen broth I suspect. But the toppings were good. The soy poached egg was salty, savory, and creamy. The noodles were springy but firm, the corn and onion were plentiful, and the beef was a little tough. The roll and sushi were fresh, the rice was seasoned but lightly. The roll was gigantic, and flavors were present but not overpowering. This place feels like it's in the soft open stages, and it's not bad. It needs to work on the ramen broth and beef, but the rest of the bites were pretty tasty. Worth a try if you can find them

Last night my friend and I went to Kyushu Ramen & Sushi. This is a new sushi restaurant in Manchester. The inside is clean, decorated with Wagasas, and plenty available seating. Their menu features ramen, sushi and Poki Bowls. We first got the edamame, these were terrible. Not only were they incredibly salty, they were also strangely very stringy. Fortunately, everything else was exceptional. We got the Lady Tuna Roll and the Maki D. The Maki D featured spicy tuna rolls, salmon rolls and the yellowtail rolls. This came with a soup and a salad. The presentation was so beautiful. The Lady Tuna Roll came with a little tree made out of cucumber and kale, there was also a small flame burning right from the tray. Unfortunately I didn't capture it in my picture. The Maki D came with a small purple orchid. This sushi wasn't just visually appealing, it was also incredibly tasty, flavorful and oh so fresh! We were both so full and satisfied after dining at Kyushu Ramen & Sushi.

This place is such a cute find in the Manchester area! The decoration is really pretty and the servers were friendly. The Korea-ge (Japanese fried chicken with a Korean sauce) was really delicious, and the dandan noodles were beautifully plated, though could have used a little more spice.

Nice little restaurant in a shopping center. I walked in for early dinner. It was neat and quiet, playing calm music. My food was served quickly. I ordered the typical maki roll entree, which met my expectations but not impressive. The tea was served in little team pot with cute tiny cup, but the tea was not hot at all. The server was not attentive and probably busy with other things. All in all, I think the food was ok, but the service could improve.

Tofu Ramen- this is the best ramen place we've had . We even order on uber eats but definitely worth going in .

Definitely recommend this place whether eating there or delivery , quality is always top notch. Staff are very friendly , restaurant is very clean and the food speaks for itself . When you order delivery , they pack extremely well and the portions are still great .

I'm back. It's been a few months. The restaurant is locsted at 440 Buckland Hills Dr. Unit A in Manchester. It's a light crowd. I like the music. It's very lively. To start, I'm getting a huge can of Sapporo beer. Sapporo is primarily known for its flagship product, Sapporo Premium Beer, which is a pale lager with a crisp, light, and refreshing taste. However, Sapporo Breweries also produces other types of beer, including darker lagers like Sapporo Black and more complex, full-bodied all-malt lagers such as Sapporo Reserve. Normally, I don't drink this type of beer, but I'll make an exception for this beer. It is, as advertised, light, crispy and very refreshing. This is a huge 22oz can. First up, I'm having their miso soup. Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup made from a dashi (broth) base and miso (fermented soybean paste), often containing ingredients like tofu, seaweed (wakame), and green onions. It's a staple in Japanese cuisine, served hot as a starter or side dish, and is prepared by simmering dashi with other ingredients before dissolving the miso paste into the broth off the heat to preserve its flavor and aroma. This is pretty good! It could be a bit warmer. For our appetizer, we are having the Spicy Edamame. Edamame is a dish of immature soybeans, typically served in their pods, that are boiled or steamed and seasoned with salt. Originating in East Asia, it's a popular appetizer or snack known for being a complete protein source, rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Edamame can be enjoyed hot or cold, and the beans are squeezed or nibbled out of the tough, inedible pods. I like the spicy version, of course. These are just perfect. They are hot, oily and spicy. For our next appetizer, we are getting the Kani Cucumber Salad. Kani salad is a Japanese-inspired seafood salad featuring shredded imitation crab meat (kanikama), crunchy vegetables, and a creamy, tangy dressing. Often served as an appetizer at sushi restaurants, it is known for its sweet, savory, and spicy flavor balance. Very good! I love this! For my entree, I'm having the Thai Chicken Signature made with a red curry, coconut milk, soy-cured egg, wood ear mushrooms, corn and scallions. They claim this is "very" spicy. We'll see. Ok. This isn't bad. These are spicy and tasty. At this point, we are the last diners here. It's nice and hot. This is delicious! It could be a little spicier. I have that covered. For dessert, I'm having the mango mochi ice cream. Mochi is a traditional Japanese rice cake made from sweet glutinous rice (mochigome) that is steamed and then pounded into a soft, chewy, and elastic dough. It can be eaten on its own, often during the Japanese New Year, or used as a base for various desserts like mochi ice cream or daifuku, which are filled with sweet bean paste or fruit. Mochi's texture is soft and pillowy, and it is a versatile confection that can be flavored with ingredients like matcha or wrapped in cherry blossom leaves. Oh yeah! This is yummy! What a great meal here!

In town for business and looking for something lite to eat and found this great little gem. Super friendly staff, clean and delicious. I'll be back...

Flavorful ramen served by a delightful helpful waitress. We ordered the traditional which came with two pieces of pork, egg and udon noodles. I added a little chili to spice up the broth. We were the only ones there for lunch. Hope they do well.

Server showed up quickly and took our drink orders. Menu is extensive and should provide plenty of options for everyone. (Pictures of menu included here) We ordered the 5 ounce burger with cheese and fries and the Texas hold em burger with bacon minus tomato and lettuce and fries and the French onion soup. There was a short wait till the soup came out. Nicely covered with melted cheese on top. The soup was good but didn't have the depth of beef flavor and spice texture that I was looking for. There plenty of onions, croutons, and cheese and overall it was okay. The burgers were well cooked and flavorful. They offered two sizes of their standard burgers, 5 or 8 ounces. The smaller size was just right for the person I was with. The cheese seemed to melt into the burger so it wasn't really visible. The hold em burger was large and had onion straws and three slices of very crispy bacon on top. There was a dollop of the bbq/house dressing and plenty of onions straws. The straws were nicely fried but not crispy by the time they reached the table but added a good dimension to the burger. It was good to leave the tomato and lettuce off as the height of the burger made it tough to bite into. The fries were disappointing. They had the right color for being fried and crispy but they were limp and soft. They are clearly are fresh cut from large potatoes but really need to be fried longer to get that crispy crunch you'd expect. Told the server that and was told to ask for the fries extra crispy. Overall not a bad first trip. We'll go back and try some other things on the menu and see what extra crispy fries are like.
