Shouldn't expect much from fast food but took forever to get a blizzard. Tasted horrible. This location didn't seem very well taken care of either.

    Medium Blizzard!?!?!

I asked for a medium Blizzard and this is what I got!?!? I love DQ but this time it was a disappointment. I encourage restaurant manager to review food safety with their employees. None of the kitchen staff were wearing hairnet or hats. I saw a girl touch her long hair and then without washing her hands continue cooking.

Went to Dairy Queen specifically to try the cotton candy dipped cone. The ice cream was smooth and creamy - delicious as usual. The dip coating was a little chunky and thin. It was sort of pasty and tasted very artificial, but I guess that's to be expected with a candy type of coating. It's Quarantine season but these folks haven't quite mastered the pro status of drive-through/curbside. Person who took my order over the intercom was very confused when I asked a question about sauce and didn't speak/reply for probably about a minute. A minute doesn't sound that long, but it's an eternity when you're on the other end of an intercom. Brought my order home and guess what wasn't in the bag? The sauce. After all that.

We ordered 7 items and 3 of the items were made wrong. Would love to see service as more as a priority.

Love the blizzards! The cheese curds are good but a bit pricey! Also, you get small food portions. They are usually very fast.

Always look at newest reviews!!!…read more We saw the 4.4 red stars and thought this was gona be an amazing place. The first red flag was 1pm on week day and there was only 3 parties in the place. The one and only server was very nice, but being the only one, twice when new parties entered he would walk away. Wife ordered chicken katsu rice plate. The overall theme is everything is bland. EVERYTHING.. Her cabbage slaw/salad had a white creamy sauce, my best guess is mayo mixed with ranch but only if both was every kind of free there is, fat, sugar, carb, keto, and most importantly, taste FREE. Her rice was purple, there were purple chunks, not sure if it was potato, the rice was mushy, wet, and Bland. Her kutsu sauce was made from the same everything free ingredients. Come on man, Kutsu sauce is 3 ingredients and all three are bold flavors, how do you mess that up. But ok, they want to be fusion, maybe add some cilantro or chili. She asked for soy sauce and salt to try and add some flavor. Half way through she has me hold out my hand and pours a handful of the "salt" from the shaker. It was not salt granules, almost looked like a salt substitute. I honestly don't know what it was but when I tasted it I would be extremely generous by saying I got a 25% salt flavor. Normally, you put 2-4 tablespoons of salt in your hand and lick your finger, when you taste that, you get a powerful punch in the mouth of dam, that's salty. I was dumbfounded, if they are using that "salt" to cook with them makes since why everything is so bland. I don't want to repeat the Bland Bland Bland theme over and over. I had bulgogi, kutsu, and BBQ chicken tacos. I will skip to the end- yep, you guessed it, Bland. We did have the bulgogi egg roll, I do want to touch on this only because I was so mad at myself once we left I dug Into the reviews. These are one of the most positive commented items, BUT those comments are from over a year ago. Overall, 11$ for two small egg rolls cut in half is ridiculous. Then if you bite/taste just the egg roll, there is a 5% taste of bulgogi sauce. Which again is so explosive of a sauce. But, If you drown the egg roll in the creamy mild sriracha sauce then the egg roll is ok. If you forget what it should taste like and just concentrate on how did they make the sauce with no heat, then you could get at least a 2-2.5 star. Server deserves 5 stars, Food deserves 2 stars.

I love love love this restaurant and the people who own it!…read more I remember when they started Meraki in Eagle River (which quickly became my family's daily destination) then the pandemic hit. Man I was so sad when they had to close their doors. After they had to shut their doors they pivoted and did door dash. Then they were sharing a restaurant with wing n things on boniface (which was weird and I'm sure it sucked to do it with those crazy ppl lol) But now they have a reopened their own restaurant on the south side! (Which sucks because its soooo far from me) But to watch this family, get back up, again, and again. All due to their integrity and commitment to make quality Greek food here in Alaska! Amazing place, and the Phoenix is best choice for your logo!

I would give this place more than five stars if possible!…read more I'm an absolute fiend for middle eastern and Mediterranean food. I grew up on gyros and when I travel, I often gravitate toward that style of cuisine. So when I say this is THE BEST chicken souvlaki I've ever had, I don't say it lightly. The chicken is extraordinarily tender and so well seasoned. The tzatziki is delicious. The sumac onion and lemon wedge are just the cherry on top. My personal preference would've been for a salad instead of fries for the platter ($26), but I also didn't ask for it, so that's on me. Dad had the spicy pork yerro ($19), and said it was "awesome." A combination of flavors you don't get often, and tasty to boot. We polished off the meal with the largest piece of baklava I've ever seen ($15). It sits in an orange blossom honey and is just as tasty as it looks. Dessert is definitely on the pricy side - we could've gotten outta there pretty reasonably without it. I'll be back to try more of the menu. Their dips look incredible and the halloumi yerro is on my must-have list. Service was decent but depended on the dining room and takeout situation since there's only one server. I loved the response I got when I called about their hours earlier. (The menu photos show a 7:30pm close while Yelp indicates 9:30.) The answer? 9-10 "depending on the meats." Hope these guys stick around because the food is incredible. Highly recommend!

We went with the Alaskan reindeer dog with all the fixings and the Hawaiian reindeer dogs with all of their fixings. Plus side of onion rings and garlic French fries. And lastly a delicious side of chili. Overall I have to saw WOW! The reindeer hotdog/sausage has a nice smoky flavor to it. Had a great casing to it and is very easy to eat. I enjoyed the slight heat on the Alaskan. Now I never had pineapple, chili, bacon and ham on a hot dog, and I'm glad I did! It was really an amazing treat I never had anywhere else. If you have been to New Orleans this place sort of reminds me Dat Dog. Which is also amazing.
