Just an average spot -- nothing really stands out. The food and drinks are both pretty mediocre, and the service is hit or miss. A table nearby waited so long to be acknowledged that they eventually just got up and left. The one upside is that seating is plentiful, so at least you're not standing around waiting for a table. Will never come back here. I joined my wife and friends for drinks. The waitress was non existent. Had to goto the bar for drinks for me and her. We were at a table with a lot of people and were told we Had to leave after 1 drink because we were at the table. Terrible service and the waitress was non existent and terrible management. The manager Nate came to our table and Was a complete asshole. Did not care who was new or who was drunk. Told us all to leave. Didn't care who was new or who had been there awhile. Walked in had a Father's Day special going father eat free, that was super cool, didn't know they were doing that. Sports bar vibes tons of tvs showing sports featured in ever corner or angle so you can't miss it. They have outside patio seating and plenty of area inside. Specials through out the day. Large selection of beers and options for cocktails. Tons of burgers and American options, made it hard to decide. I finally decided to go with the steakhouse burger with sweet potato fries, and bf went with the Philly w onion rings. Both options were great! We also started with an order or the garlic fries which came with a heaping generous order. Also started with fried pickles.. which also generous amount the dipping sauce was a chipotle ranch I believe, and it was delish. Server was very sweet attentive and helpful. Only complaint flies were tryna get our food as soon as it sat food so good flies couldn't resist... lol I know can't really help flies coming in from outside so didn't let that reflect in my score.. just haaaate flies... The entire staff was great. The food was very good and really hit the spot. On top of that, they had Noche UFC on all of the TV's which made it a complete experience. I've passed by Cold Beers plenty of times but never been until some friends suggested it for our little get together. The place is spacious and has plenty of tvs so I have a feeling there'd be no issue getting a good view of whatever team you wanna watch. Service was also friendly and attentive. We started with the grilled asparagus and fried pickles for apps and both were pretty tasty. The asparagus was just a sludge too charred for my liking but had great flavor and wasn't woody or underdone and the pickles were perfectly crisp and the dipping sauce was a nice compliment. I went with the pb&j bacon sliders and hubby got the Juicy Lucy. A little too much peanut butter in my sliders for my liking but it was easy to scrape off and then they were perfect. My hubby also devoured his burger in no time flat and wound highly recommend. The rest of our friends had a mix of sandwiches, burgers, and sliders and no complaints and clean plates were a good sign. Overall, the food and service were pretty good and we'd definitely go back! read more

Hi hubby and I stopped in for a quick lunch. My husband had the club sandwich and he absolutely loved it. Had the Cincinnati chili cheese dog with onions and it was pretty damn good. Good burgers. I got food poisoning from the chili mac n cheese, so be warned about that.

I recently received an email from CBCB saying they have gotten rid of the chips that came with their burgers and are now offering tots as a side choice without the $2.50 up charge. However, I'm disappointed to see that the price of the All American Burger has been increased from $14.45 to $16.99, so we now see how the tots are included without a up charge. So now you can no longer get a burger and chips for $14.45, you have to spend $16.99. I assume their Wednesday Build You Own Burger with Unlimited Toppings for $16.95 will be increased to cover the tots as well. (((sigh))) read more

The overall experience was good. The service was friendly from the moment we entered and the food was good. The pricing made me raise an eyebrow because there was a $2.50 upcharge for fries because chips are the standard side dish. It took a while to get our food but it was all perfectly prepared once received. It is a sports bar so it's relatively loud but it is clean and comfortable. read more

I don't know if they were really short staffed Friday night or not but wow that was rough. I'm not one to post but maybe this is what they need to help. Start off by we went in there with a group towards end of HH. Took at least 15 min before someone greeted us. Once drink order was taken it took 20 min to get our drinks. We placed food order and after that took over 45 min a few plates were dropped and the last plates dropped 20 min after that. The worse part of all this was the bartender. Holy hell she was so rude. Because drinks were taken a long time a member in our party went to the bar for a Drink because he though it may be quicker, the bartenders exact words when he asked for a drink "yeah if you wanna wait 20 min". She probably knew we were sitting at a table but regardless saying that to a guest is crazy to me. I would reevaluate your staffing pars or get the right people in the position. There's plenty of applicants looking for a job. Don't settle on staff when it's the easy thing to do. Been doing this half my life in this industry. Lastly went to the bathroom before I left, paper towels on the ground every where. Manager was in there with me and walked out without picking it up. I laughed to myself when I witnessed it. I almost picked it all up myself but realized I wasn't clocked in and don't get paid there. Hate to send this as it takes a lot to do so. read more

Great service! Bad Buffalo chicken dip... the dip was very oily, salty, and lacked any shredded chicken. It instantly upset my stomach causing bubble guts... Sorry gross I know. She ordered it medium we'll (and she usually ordered medium rare or medium) and she didn't get it on a pretzel bun (she forgot!). I, on the other hand loved my pastrami burger (medium rare) on a pretzel bun - in fact, one if the better burgers I've had in awhile. OMG!! This Bacon Bleu burger was probably one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life! It was so tasty! Then the Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls are sooo good! The restaurant itself it's nice and spacious. We had a large group of about 20, and were served fairly quickly. The only complaint we had is the outside heaters did not work. Being able to seat our large party so quickly we were told they would turn on the heaters. But once seated, we were told they didn't work. If not for that I would have given them 5 stars. read more

Tonight I enjoyed a variety of food. We split different burgers, a chicken sandwich, mustard and bbq chicken wings (well drummettes). With asparagus and mozzarella sticks for appetizers. Everything was delicious and our server Ashley was awesome and earned an extra tip. Nice sized portions of food. We couldn't even finish it all. I had the Juicy Lucy'fer. I was expecting the cheese to be gooey but it was very runny and poured out when I tried to cut the burger into a more manageable size. Not a complaint. I just wasn't expecting it. The best part is that all the cheese poured out onto my sweet tots. I asked for "no color" (probably well done) and it was way overcooked. I should have sent it back, but that always feels wrong. The entire burger was delicious, but the patty was hard and dry. The Sweet Tots are delicious. My mom had the Greyhawk sandwich and it looked so good. I wish I had chosen that. A TV everywhere you look. Great service. Nice cozy atmosphere. Prices are way too high to suffer through an overcooked patty. Send it back before you get too far into it. I'd recommend asking for a little pink, just in case. read more

When we arrived we were told 15-20 minute wait but it was 5 minutes and they got us seated. The seats were like sitting on wood boards but eventually you don't notice. Our waitress was awesome until we got our food. We ordered an appetizer and a couple of dishes for our kids while my wife and I decided on what burger to get. The waitress offered to bring us the other food prior to us ordering our burger so that the kids could start eating. A few minutes go by and we finally decided to order the Road House burger and we were pretty excited to try it! Funny enough we got our burger before the kids got their food and before we got our appetizer. You could sense that either they weren't prepared for a house full of customers or someone called out. They couldn't keep up. After the food was delivered we had to wait for refills and had to try and catch our waitress as she passed our table. We were not impressed with the Road House or the nachos. The guacamole on the nachos was near brown and the burger was dry. For a burger to have chili and be dry that's saying something. It will be a long while before we try this place again. I'm sure they have other dishes that are good and have better days for service but be aware before going that the satisfaction may be a hit or miss! read more

Came here and tried the 1000 Island burger, steakhouse burger, onion rings, and fries. The burgers come with chips originally but for $2 you can substitute for another side. The 1000 Island burger was $15 ($17 to get fries instead) and the steakhouse was $17 ($19 for onion rings). The fries are very salty but are pretty decent besides that fact. They're crispy and there's a good amount. At the same time, they're not anything too special flavor wise. The onion rings are also a bit too salty although not as bad as the fries. Their texture is also strange because they have a lot of bite to the point that it's chewy and not very crispy. A bit disappointed at the onion rings. The 1000 Island burger is a pretty standard burger but it was lacking on the 1000 Island sauce. The steakhouse burger was better on its flavor profile and was overall pretty good. Both the burgers had a problem with being dry. The patties were not juicy at all (ordered pink). I found myself taking sips of my drinks far more often than I would have. Overall the flavors are okay, and I think you should ask for less salt on the sides. The dry patties are disappointing especially with how high the prices are. It's hard to believe that the default side is chips and they have you pay extra for even fries. Probably not worth the money. read more

The place's name is cold beers and cheese burgers. The beer was cold but the burger, I wouldn't eat again. It was a Monday when I was there and I'm sure that burger was cooked on Saturday and reheated for me on Monday. There are so many places you can go and have a delicious burger.
