This location is a little further from my house, but I try to stop here a lot when I am nearby. This location is always clean and well kept. The employees are usually friendly here, and I have never had an issue with my order being incorrect. If you have ever been to a DQ here before, then you know what to expect. The food here is definitely up to standard, and always prepared well. My only real complaint is this location has always been one of the more expensive eating options, even before the price explosion after COVID. Still, I enjoy coming here overall. read more

I was hesitant on the cheesecake blizzard because I thought it'd be too heavy with the cheesecake chunks and caramel cups. I was wrong--it was a great combo and I'd get it again. I don't know why I even tried this DQ again. 3:00 in the afternoon, only two cars in the parking lot(including me) had to wait at the drive though intercom and then again at the window(for at least 5 minutes) and then the girl pretends to show me the blizzards upside down(she said it but I was looking down) and when she handed them to me they were practically watery. Absolutely horrendous service. They are slow, inattentive, and the complete opposite of thorough. There were three cars in front of me at the drive-thru when I arrived and they took at least ten minutes to get out each order. There were three workers (at least) that I saw inside and their lobby wasn't very busy at all. When I got up to the window, they forgot my order, which was two blizzards with a buy one get one free coupon. They didn't even ask for the coupon; anybody could just lie and say that they have it because they were just not thorough enough to check. They asked me if I wanted lids on the blizzards and I said no. When the cashier gave me my change, she was a bit sloppy and some change dropped. She didn't seem very apologetic. When I received my blizzards, they had lids on them, contrary to what I asked for. Above all, they gave no napkins. Just a constant litany of issues that will end up costing this location. Went there today with my G-Daughter. Ordered cheese burger with fries, hamburger, catchup only, small fries and 2 hot fudge sundaes, one with peanuts one with just hot fudge only. I recently ordered a number 5. It's a burger that has 1/4 burger cheese onions lettuce tomato on it. I got a squished hamburger that had only one piece of onion in it the Patty is frozen cold and the lettuce is barely there and one tiny piece of tomato. Dairy Queen has been so much better but this place the employees all looked sluggish except for the cashier. And my fries are frozen cold. I tried to get another Burger but they dismissed it. I work a night job and this is one of the places I find myself going to for my dinner during the week because its hard to drive all the way home, and it is a nightmare just about every time. The customer service here is awful, everyone looks and acts like they all hate their job. They constantly mess up my orders. They once forgot my drink in my order and I didnt realize it until I was 15 minuets away and had to go all the way back to get it because I paid for it. When I got there they had already closed their doors (early), but the line to the drive through was super long so I went and knocked on the door anyways. Then they had a bunch of attitude with me for coming up to the door which should have been open, because they constantly close early. Another time I ordered a banana split and told them to only put on a certain kind of toppings and exclude certain other toppings and they did the exact opposite of what I told them to do. Whenever they mess up the order and are asked to fix it, its like I've asked them to climb a mountain. They are super inconsistent with the toppings and such on their food and ice cream. Like another review on here said its either way too much or way too little. I get that working in fast food is no fun, but it wouldn't kill anyone to put a little more care into their work. read more

Best DQ in the Inland NW! Friendly & helpful staff, clean & welcoming atmosphere, and consistently great food. They are the only DQ we've been to that offers a voucher for the sundae/Blizzard in the lunch deal if you want to come back to that location for it another time.
