Cold stone is my gf favorite ice cream spot and this location is good just for that. Service was quick and helpful. Plenty of parking and it's located in the same plaza as other businesses. As we entered, there was a long line that I haven't seen before. The workers were quick however and handled everyone creations. I went with the founders favorite but instead of brownies, I recommend adding heath bar bits in it. So good! Inside there's a few small tables inside and out. They also do ice cream cakes. Be sure to sign up for there reward program for deal

My daughter and I love going to Cold Stone Creamery because they have gluten free and lactose free (Sorbet) options. They offer allergy friendly options from their gluten free, lactose-free and low-fat options, nut and egg allergy concerns even kosher. They also, have Sundaes, cakes and pies in addition they have a good selection of toppings. The servers behind the counter totally rock with their friendly smile and they greet us when we come in. Service was prompt-helping the customers in front of us in efficiently way. This store was clean-tidy. We ordered the Strawberry, lemonade sorbet with chocolate chips this is a gluten free option. A scoop packed with sweet flavors and happiness! I recommend you trying a Cold Stone Creamery delicious ice cream. You're sure to find something that you will love.

Stopped by last night after dinner with my man and honestly Cold Stone has some of the best ice cream. The texture is very creamy and the flavor is fantastic! The waffle cup dripped in chocolate w/ nuts is delicious, the whipped cream was also very tasty. I really liked that the whipped cream didn't come in a can, however a bit too much was put on our ice cream. No biggie though we just scooped off the excessive amount. The girl that assisted us was helpful and had a chill vibe about her. My man & I both got our sweet teeth satisfied last night, thank you Cold Stone :)

We ordered the s'more moose tracks which is supposed to have the moose tracks chocolate but this is what we got. A melted mess. It was not edible the marshmallows were stale. The girl working was by herself so when we went back in to try to say something there was a huge line. Super disappointing after spending $15 on one ice cream read more

It's my birthday and all I wanted was to use my birthday promo tonight. The girl "supervisor" told us that the promo is 1 free ice cream with my phone #. So, I ordered a large scoop expecting it to be free. Before paying, she changes the promo and says it's actually a bogo deal and they couldn't honor what she initially told me. So, there I am stuck with a large ice cream that is melted and have to pay for. Both workers did not even try to help me out. I ended up paying bc the ice cream was already melting all over my hand and I just wanted to get out of there. Disclaimer: I'm not cheap. But if you say something, honor what you say. I'm sure she could have just gave it to me for free. read more

My boyfriend and I stay away from the over the top concoctions and play it safe with vanilla shakes. You can't beat those shakes and the employees are always very friendly and never seem put out even when we roll in a few minutes from closing read more

I don't understand why business have dedicated hours but decide to close early at their convenience . I made the trip to this location, wasting my time and gas to be told they had put away their ice cream 15 minutes before closing. I get cleaning up early and being ready to close but not clean up and leave the front door open to just turn away customers telling them you can't serve them. Work ethic has changed. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! I custom ordered a cake for my son's 10th birthday and they took my order over the phone. I specified 3 things: 1. Birthday cake ice cream (cake batter ice cream with sprinkles) 2. White cake 3. My son's name in any color other than red. What I received: 1. Ice cream was cake batter with no add in 2. Red velvet cake 3. My son's name written in red Literally got nothing right and then proceeded to argue with me on the phone that I asked for what they provided. Meanwhile I have a cake that my son hates (he doesn't like chocolate/red velvet). Thankfully he had an amazing attitude about it and just didn't have any cake. The thing that pushes it over is they tried to argue that I ordered it this way, which is completely false. I recommend staying away! read more

LOVE ice cream cakes!!! I recently had some coffee ice cream chocolate cake from a birthday party. Scrumptious is the perfect word. it had 3 layers, chocolate cake, coffee ice cream, and some other type of chocolate. it was fudged instead of frosted and had shaved chocolate all over it. What I loved was the chocolate crispy bites that gave it some texture. The fudge on the outside was so good. And everything inside was perfect. Yum! Exactly what you expect from a Cold Stone. If you've somehow never been, it's the best ice cream you can get from a chain. This location is no different. Staff is very friendly. I go to this location pretty often. They have many options. One thing I noticed with this location is that they always have their ingredients freshly made which is really cool. They are super clean and the staff is pretty laid back too. Highly recommend this location compared to other stores in the area. read more

This location is now under new management and you definitely can tell the difference! I recently went there and the staff was pleasent and happy to be there. Our ice cream was perfectly on point, the service was fast and offered every sample and the kids loved it. Cold stone is great everywhere but I highly recommend this location. I ordered a cake online in advanced and picked it up on time and everything was perfect. I was able to customize the cake entirely, from the flavor of the ice cream to the toppings in and on the cake. The writing was a little messy but the cake tasted really good. My last trip to baskin Robbins wasn't any good so I was really happy with my experience ordering online from Cold Stone which was a quick and easy process. Tonight, at 830pm Tuesday, we had a fun time at coldstone when we just HAD to get ice cream. There was a small line but the ice cream maker was alone. He was fast and attentive and the store was clean with good music so we didnt worry about the 5 min wait. It was worth it of course. The ice cream was well stocked and delicious. The toppings were tidy(I'm a perfectionist. I noticed these things okay). I got a coffee lover with graham cracker bits and yes. OMG perfection for a coffee lover. The boyfriend was happy too. The cashier took his time. But with haste if that makes sense. I didnt feel rushed because there was a line and he was precise with measurements and good amounts of toppings. He was personable at the register and had a smile so it was overall a nice experience!! read more

It can't be that expensive to keep fresh waffle cones on hand. Even though it's not a busy place, people should have to be made to settle for subpar product especially as expensive as this place is. read more

I love Cold Stone so much! Although it is a little pricey, you do get a lot of delicious, quality ice cream. I got the Love It size, which is a medium, and they give you so so much. I actually had trouble finishing one by myself. Always go for their signature creations!!! They have lots of choices, and they're all really good. I've tried almost all of their signature creations...it's kinda crazy haha. read more

After waiting for someone to help me, I walk up to the counter and ask if it was possible to pick up a cake that I ordered. The result was the male sales representative with a beard rolling their eyes and yelling at me - what's the last name! I'm positive Mothers Day is a very busy day for you all, but no one should be on the receiving end of that type of sass from anyone, especially after paying close to $100 for a 6" inch cake. It definitely killed the excitement for the gender reveal with this cake tainted with attitude.

This place looks fine from the outside... But be aware.. I just went in for a chocolate cone and the kid whom works there immediately dropped my chocolate ball of ice cream in the lemon bin and asked me if that's ok.. I said no... And he proceeded to get me another chocolate but then put it in a cup.. When I asked for a cone... He took almost 10 minutes to turn it into runny mush.. By chopping it up with a knife and spoon? Before trying to hand it to me in a cup.. I just turned and walked out... Highly unprofessional staff... With terrible management.. Just go to Baskin Robbins on Warner & Springdale!! read more
