On our most recent visit, we asked if there was someone we could speak to or call regarding the issue. The employee simply pointed to a shirt hanging on the wall and told us to call the number. That response was unprofessional and not helpful at all. We understand businesses have closing procedures, but turning away dine-in customers an hour before closing without any notice is frustrating, especially when the posted hours indicate the restaurant is still open. A Burger should do better when it comes to customer service and communicating its policies to customers.

Without us even asking, the owner kindly offered to make her a plain order of tots with ranch instead. They included big chunks of lobster and the sauce was so good. Lastly, we ended our dinner with the Strawberry Hand Pie. This is basically a warm strawberry strudel with vanilla bean ice cream. They used locally sourced strawberries and I'm still thinking about it as I'm writing this review. Adrienne was our server and she was very nice and attentive.
