This DQ has gone downhill since the Holladays no longer own it. I order the same thing every time, and yet every cashier rings it up differently resulting in varied price, prep, etc. When I mention it to supposed managers, they just shrug it off and say it's how I order it!! All I want is plain ice cream. Not a "plain" blizzard, if I wanted a blizzard I'd have them flavor it. Not a cone dumped into a bowl. Just a cup/dish/bowl of plain vanilla ice cream. Up until the new owners, I've always been served my ice cream in a regular sundae cup. At any location, and I've been all the way to the east coast several times. Only at this location and since ownership change is this an issue. Why????? read more

This DQ has gone down hill. Drive thru line is always so slow now and takes 30 minutes to get thru. Blizzards are not even filled to the top of the cup. So, so sad! read more

They don't have enough people working at this joint from the times I was in there they had forgot ours and many others orders and sometimes send out the same order twice we waited almost 35 minutes! For our food and a man had to get up and yell at them to get out his order he had been waiting longer than us very sad. read more

I've lived in Show Low for 40 years, DQ has always been great. Husband and I went there today and waited in line for 45 minutes, orderd a salad, fries, and pretzels sticks. Fries were cold, and chicken on salad was undercooked. I understand there are new owners, the service and food have really gone downhill. Won't be back. Sad. read more

Awesome...you get about 12 more ounces than you expect for the size blizzard you order, and tons of stuff in them! Even though this is the busiest place on earth, they seem to get people through the lines pretty quickly. read more

The gentlemen that helped us at the register was sloppily dressed and looked like he had just rolled out of bed. He had a beard that was uncovered so it did make me concerned about hair falling into food. Our ice cream was good. The restroom clean. read more

My mom, my son and I all ordered a banana split the other night, the night of the eclipse. Now, they were busy, but still, all three of our banana splits had next to no toppings on them. My mom actually threw half of hers away because there was no hot fudge, and she ordered nothing but hot fudge on hers. Dairy Queen is a great place for lunch. The 5 buck meal is so tasty and filling. With your choice of sandwich, fries, and drink, you also get a small sundae or a dilly bar. It's a very filling lunch with reasonable pricing. read more

Good prices is reasonable but the service wasn't alright. The employees need to communicate with customers and offer services to them. I waited along time to have my drink refill and someone to notices me. A young lady looked at me as if I wasn't there. It took them along time to have my refill back. So I just grab it and screwed it. I wondered if I dress in a rich clothes they would notices me. It wasn't busy that time. read more

Best food I've had at any DQ around. They have a lot of home town specials that other locations don't like the 3-for-all and the blizzards are all a size bigger than others. Great place for a quick lunch/ dinner or ice cream anytime. read more

We are usually satisfied with dairy Queen. Today I bought an ice cream cake they had it marked 21.99 and when they rang it up 28 bucks! Tax is not that much. They were like oh she wrote it wrong and changed it righr in front of me. That's not good customer service when all the same cakes are marked that price.
