Daiso is essentially an Asian Five Below where they have so many different things that vary in price. You want a container for organization or chips for snacks or school supplies or a loofah for showering or reallt anything you can get it here. They have a pricing scale since a lot of their products show a sticker with Asian pricing.

I've never been in a DAISO before, I always thought it was just a stationary store but I'm super glad I checked it out! It's more of a dollar tree with some exceptions. Almost everything is priced at $1.75, unless it has a tag where you have to do the conversion into USD. There are signs around the store to help you with the conversion. The cashier upfront, Tina, was also spectacular! She was super friendly, professional, and overall has a great personality. She did some small talk, which I really enjoyed. Answered all the questions I had with a smile as well. Great customer service from her, really helped with my first shopping experience! I will be coming back!

I been here few times already and today is open back again after the quarantine orders. Is good to be back and grab my favorite chap sticks and wonderful containers for the kitchen. Shells are well stock, food was getting stock and drinks as well.

Daiso Japan is the Japanese version of the 99 cent/ Dollar store. Mostly everything is in the store is a $1.50 with few things that are $3.99. They sell some unique items that come from Japan that you won't see anywhere else. Usually, you would have to go to J-Town to find a store like this but it seems the store chain is popping up everywhere.

I gotta hand it to 'em, this place is rad. Place to shop for almost everything you need or don't need. A girl's thrift shop for they "Harajuku's" necessity, please don't Hollaback at me...! And a men's semi-McGayver essentials. (M.I. theme on my head). Nice and tidy place next to Old Navy. Accepts debit and credits except Amex. No $100 bills, returns or exchanges.

This may easily be the best store in the fallbrook shopping center. It's called Daiso, but should be known as the $1.50 and other good items for more. I know , I know , to long of a name but what a great store . So down to the goodies. About 90% of the store is $1.50 while everything else ranges from $1 - $5 depending on the item. They have everything from electronics to silverware to holiday stuff and even Japanese snacks and drinks. My favorite items truly are the Japanese snacks as they are so good especially the soda flavored gummy candies and the variety of different pocky sticks . If you haven't been here it is a definite spot to check out , I mean who doesn't love spending under $10 for a variety of ransom items that will be digested or used in my house.

Instead, they pick who they want to help and let the next customer wait. I waited in the long line for 15 min with ONE cashier, then the other lady opened a new register and took the person behind me. The person behind me was the same nationality as the cashier so maybe she was privileged. I had 3 things in my hand. I told her 2 times she was rude for doing that and she never even looked my way as I was talking. Left my 3 items. After 20 yrs going there... I will NEVER be back! There are plenty other DT stores around!

There was a long line, and for about ten minutes the cashier kept calling for a manager to help at the front. Eventually an older woman I think She's the Manager her name is Amelia, came to assist. When she arrived, another woman cut in front of me. I pointed out that there was a long line of people who had been waiting their turn, but the woman who cut in just said, "She told me it was okay." Then the manager started talking to that woman and told me that if I didn't like it, I should leave. When it was finally my turn, I mentioned that a paper roll on the counter wasn't mine. Amelia grabbed it, slammed it down, and yelled, "THAT GOES HERE!" I told her it was okay and that I understood, and then she mumbled that I should "understand she was stressed because she closed last night." This experience was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope this message reaches whoever needs to address this situation.
