It dries super quick and is strong, holding up just like gel, which is great. I have been in 2 times and really enjoy the vibes. I love to come here for the quality services, and the friendly people. The first person to do my nails years ago was Jennifer. She was so kind and careful, and did such a good job that I've been coming here to see her ever since. I have also had great experiences with others if Jennifer is unavailable: Ten, Suzanne, Natalie, Anna, Annie, to name only a few. My go to for my pedicures is Ben-I definitely recommend him to anyone who prefers a firmer touch. But I can honestly say I've never had a bad pedicure here! Also a shout out to Nicki, the fabulous voice on the phone and the smiling face who is there to greet you when you check in! She keeps things running smoothly on even the busiest of days! One of the the things I noticed on my first visit was the cleanliness of this salon. They observe all the expected hygienic practices to protect their customers. All I asked for was a Gel-X nail fix, but unfortunately the quality was disappointing. There was a large gap left along the right side of the nail where debris was getting stuck underneath, which can potentially lead to issues like a greenie. There was also a noticeable gap underneath the nail that didn't seem properly cured or attached. I felt like attention to detail was lacking during the service, especially considering I ended up spending well over $120 for the nail fix, a kids gel manicure, and a pedicure. I was hoping for a much better experience and higher quality work for the price. Not only that but the nail tech did notice but didn't fix it due to salon closing soon nor did she mention it but I saw her look twice and tried filing but couldn't fix it due to poor application.

Both the top and bottom line of my brows are uneven where they have not been before, which I have to attribute to the wax job I received. If you've ever had a fine eyebrow wax done, you know it is very, very easy to fill in your brows and wind up with awesome eyebrows. I've had to work at it to figure out how to get my brows to look great, and that they look nice reflects much more on my experience and diligence than the wax job I got. I would have had just as good service, if not better, at a little strip mall Asian nail and waxing shop, at less than half the price ($30) so it feels like I threw away money on this service. Yes it's 30 instead of your usual 20 at most places but your brows comes out nice and even and not over plucked/waxed. They show you how to maintain it or fill it in if you ask...and that's well worth it in my book. Thirty every 4 weeks is nothing. I don't get my nails done or color my hair so good brows is something I will splurge on.

The girl performing my pedicure skipped multiple steps that were listed in the pedicure service I paid for, and it was very obvious she was inexperienced or unlicensed. I had to repeatedly ask her to fix my French tip because it looked uneven and messy. I normally do not like speaking up, but I had an important event to attend and was paying for a gel service, so I wanted it done correctly. During my appointment, there was apparently another scheduling issue with a different client, and the girl doing my hands left before finishing them. My nails were never properly filed, my cuticles were not done, and my hands were never painted. I was then told I could come back another day and have my hands done for free because they were not completed. However, when I tried to arrange that, I was suddenly told I would still need to pay MORE to have them painted, despite already paying full price the day of my appointment for an unfinished job. On top of that, the nails that were applied were not prepped correctly and started breaking and chipping within days. I still paid in full and tipped at the appointment because I was trying to be respectful and understanding, but the way this situation was handled afterward was very disappointing. As a business owner myself, I understand mistakes happen, but customer service and accountability matter. I do not recommend this salon based on my experience.

I am so impressed with her, I appreciated our conversation and her professionalism. I have very thick wavy hair and I have not had a hair cut that I loved many years. Now I do!
