Our service was killer. I loved our waiter, he was genuine, helpful and very upbeat. The restaurant is clean and had good natural lighting. Our food and drinks were also good. We will definitely be back to try brunch.

A top-notch brunch at Daisy's! My boyfriend & I were recommended this place and it didn't disappoint a bit! We made an 11am reservation on Saturday and absolutely loved the vibes as soon as we entered. The cute dog portrait wall is especially adorable! I went all out and opted for the pumpkin French toast, adding a side of sausage. The flavors were phenomenal! That pumpkin butter is a thing of dreams. Shane wanted a light lunch and chose to go for a Caesar salad, adding chicken. He spared a bite and that was also delicious. He was also veryyyy happy with his bloody Mary. My lavender latte was additionally fabulous. Our server, Addy, was friendly and quick. We will definitely be back to try more or what Daisy's has to offer!

This place is so unique. The location, the decor, and menu all made me want to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, the day I went there was a concert. When there is a concert, you cannot get to the road where the restaurant is and have to find alternative parking and WALK. I had to park at the top of the hill near the war memorial and walk all the way down the hill to the restaurant. I would recommend checking the Allianz Amphitheater event schedule before going to the restaurant. The menu was quite unique and the decor was SO cute. There were daisies etched in the water glasses and the daisy logo on the napkins. My friend and I both ordered the seasonal french toast. I wanted to love it, but my french toast was lukewarm and dry. The bacon was as good as bacon should be. I didn't complain or ask for anything to be "fixed". I was truly ready to go and was dreading the walk back up the hill. I haven't had the desire to return, but hope that changes in the near future.

Was excited to try this new spot! Parking was a nightmare, you might have to take a hike. We were seated outside-May be beneficial to make a reservation-but luckily it was a nice day. Waitress was very nice. Unfortunately, things started off rough. I guess my glass previously had coffee in it and wasn't washed properly... not sure but my water tasted like coffee which is terrible for me because I hate coffee. Got some lemonade (too tart for my taste) to wash the taste out. I tried the sausage egg and cheese sandwich and it was pretty delicious! The potatoes were very seasoned and I would definitely order both again. The breakfast burrito was a bit disappointing and the fries were too salty. Seems to be a cute little place that I would try again.

Visited Daisy's on a Sunday at 12pm. There was a 35 min wait for a patio table. The hostess said they weren't usually that busy but the staff were very friendly and attentive. The staff worked together to ensure the tables were taken care of from water to utensils to misc requests. They were out of biscuits so I pivoted to the breakfast burrito which was very good and super filling. Pro tip, ask for a side of sausage gravy for the burrito or to dip the breakfast potatoes.

An out-of-state visitor wanted to check out the Civil War Museum on his recent trip, which served as the perfect excuse to have brunch at the newly opened Daisy's at Tredegar. We requested to sit outside, though the interior of the restaurant looked very well done. I noticed all of the tables outside were on the larger side. As a party of two, I felt bad that we were at a 6-top, but fortunately we were early enough that other tables remained open for the duration of our visit. We were seated quickly and provided menus. I ordered a large vanilla iced latte with strawberry cold foam. It was delightful, but I definitely could've made do with a regular size. For my meal, I ordered the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit with a side of fruit, and I added bacon to my sandwich. I enjoyed every bite! My friend ordered the breakfast burrito with a side of fruit, but it came with potatoes instead. He wasn't as thrilled, as he said he expected more pico in the burrito but instead it was mostly potatoes. I suggested he ask for the fruit he ordered but he declined to do so. Their bathroom is accessible via a code at the door. They list it on the receipt and anyone who works there will offer it as well. It's a grouping of stalls, not single like one might expect. I understand why they locked it, but also as someone with IBS, I do wish businesses weren't so cagey with bathroom use. It's a basic human need. I understand that toilet paper/maintenance is expensive, but I'd hope they'd consider making them public access at some point. I would definitely stop back sometime for happy hour before a show or a quick bite.

Visited Daisy for a late lunch & was pleasantly surprised! It's nestled on the tredegar/brown's island strip with a nice view of the water (during nicer weather). Because it was a random weekday afternoon, getting to the parking lot was quite easy and they validate. Inside is quite spacious. I ordered a latte (One of the seasonal flavors) to start and the Mortadella & fries. The sandwich was sooooo good! And it was quite filling so I took some home for a late night snack.

Great cafe to grab a beer after hiking or running on Belle Isle. Patio seating was fantastic and offers a peek at the river. Customer service is friendly, and vibe is causal and welcoming.

Finally a restaurant/bistro near Browns and Belle Island. The atmosphere is iconic RVA, the food is homemade deliciousness, and the service is popping. The dining is on the smaller side, but they do have extra seats at the cold marble bar. (A great place to cool off in a hot day). Grab a coffee, a smoothie, breakfast, lunch or happy hour bites from 3pm-8pm. Full bar, great food, amazing service, this is an absolute Yes!

Went for brunch and the food was really good. We ordered pitchers of mimosas and other than to mimic ice they were good. The place is nicely laid out and they have outdoor dining area where you can bring your pups. They also have event space for party's. The staff were nice and helpful and provided recommendations when asked.

Best customer service, shout out to out waiter Bobby, love the vibes, and the best brunch. Food was well seasoned.

I struggled with whether to give them 2 stars or 3 but finally decided they're a 2. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very enjoyable ... it's very open and airy with a comtemporary, urban feel. The food wasn't bad. We had breakfast on a Saturday morning and I had the chicken biscuit and my husband had eggs. Oddly enough eggs as a meal isn't an option on the menu. He had to ask, "can I just get eggs over easy with potatoes", and our server did say yes. My biscuit was a bit disappointing because the chicken was a little overdone and very dry. My main issue with the restaurant was the service. Once the food came out we never saw our server again until we chased her down (twice) to get our check. It wasn't that busy and the crowd was mostly made up of couples rather than large parties. We noticed other people in the restaurant were also noticing how slow the service was. It was just disappointing that our server not once came back to check on how we were doing ... if the food was correct ... or to give us coffee refills. I might venture back and give them another chance but I'm really undecided. Maybe they just haven't gotten into the swing of things since they're a new restaurant.

A great spot for brunch after a North bank trail hike. Me and my girlfriends were at this beautiful restaurant last Sunday and was given the patio seating overlooking the James River on a beautiful day. The waitress was very sweet and friendly. Its a precise menu with a few options, but the food was delicious. I had the breakfast Sammie which I really enjoyed, especially the side of potatoes(they were addictive). My friends had the breakfast burrito with chicken which was very filling. I especially love the hot Mocha.. that was my favorite. I cant wait to go again and try out other items in the menu.

The ambiance was clean and orderly. Upon entering, you grab a serving tray lined with parchment and some tongs. I settled on the pistachio cream filled pecan pastry, the almond twist, and strawberry shortcake. The beverage menu was extensive: matcha, flavored teas, cocoa, espresso/coffee, and more. We were greeted by pleasant staff at checkout and our orders placed in a parchment type bag for take out. They also have seating inside. The pastries were just sweet enough without being overly sweet, which I like. The pistachio cream was a perfect compliment to the pecan encrusted pastry. The almond twist was both flaky and crunchy with the sliced almonds on top, and the strawberry shortcake had layers of real strawberries, whipped topping and yellow cake that was moist. All were fresh. All in all, a great place to stop by for a morning pastry treat and tea/coffee while in the area,

It is fast casual - you order at the kiosk and grab a place to eat, listening for your number and/or text to alert you the food is ready. We arrived about 6pm on a Saturday night. It was busy and I grabbed one of the last two tables. It got very busy shortly after we placed our orders. The dining area is pretty big with plenty of bar seating around the windows. While we all ordered one after the other, our food didn't come out that way. Most of the food came out in about 25-30 minutes. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Juicy! Two people got tenders and three of us got sandwiches. The OG sandwich was very good, just messy! I ended up using a fork and knife bc it got too messy. The Mac and cheese was made with pimento cheese and was very good. My friend who got the fried green tomatoes said they were delicious and filling. Lots of goodies on top. Two friends enjoyed the collards. The only person who was underwhelmed was the person who got the Asian sandwich. Overall, if I wanted a good chicken sandwich and a Buttermilk and Honey was nearby, I'd place an order.

We walked in to find the staff bustling, cooking, and prepping orders, and the smell of some delicious fried chicken in the air. I saw the kiosks and was not too thrilled with the Wawa experience, but we gave it a shot anyway, since fried chicken is one of our favorites. The process was simple and allowed us to add or remove anything we could want, so that was nice. While walking to find a seat, we saw a person panhandling in the dining area, but the staff promptly removed him from the premises. I ordered us the Pimento Cheese Balls for an appetizer, and I chose the Fried Chicken and French Toast as my entree because I always try the "chicken and waffles" at every establishment that offers it. My partner ordered the OG Chicken Sandwich without tomato, and it came with crinkle-cut fries. It was about $40. The chef proclaimed our order was ready in quick succession, maybe three orders behind the guests before us. We waited about ten minutes, maybe fifteen at most. We picked up the orders from the counter, and there was a mix-up on the syrup, but the chef promptly rectified the situation. He was a no-nonsense kind of guy; straight to the point. He seemed firm, yet kind. It was clear the day had been a busy one; he even told us as much, which was great to hear (busy = fantastic food). The French toast squares looked like rye or pumpernickel, and they emitted a sweet aroma, a delightful hit of cinnamon and brown sugar. I drizzled the caramel syrup on my chicken and toast, sliced a piece, and paired a bite of chicken with the toast. I closed my eyes to savor the flavors: the toast was crunchy and almost gooey (yet, not overly so), the chicken was crunchy, the sweet cinnamon-y flavors from the toast, the caramel from the syrup, and the tender, moist chicken were a match made in culinary art. I cannot sufficiently describe the French toast in a way that would do it justice; it was crunchy and semi-gooey, and all scrumptious. I can only say it was the single best French toast that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Next, I tried the fried pimento cheese balls. Oh my. If you like mozzarella sticks, try these. I adored them: elevated fried cheese, for real. My partner enjoyed her sandwich as well; she ate everything except some of her fries. I saved half of my chicken and toast for today because I am like a treasure golem when it comes to delicious leftovers. I am going to air-fry the chicken and skillet-heat the toast back to its original goodness. I told the cooks that that was the best French toast that I have ever had, and I mean it. Do yourself a favor and try it if you're into French toast. This one is the GOAT. Side note: I spoke with the head chef outside, and he is from another branch (possibly Henrico?) to whip this location back into shape. Two words: "Nailed it."

To make matters worse, the bathroom itself was filthy. Even if I had attempted to change my daughter on the floor due to the lack of a changing station, it would have felt unsanitary and unsafe.
