Usually there are folks huddled around the truck during lunch time but the crowd tends to dwindle after 11pm. The waits are minimal and the staff is bilingual and friendly. While the $1.50 tacos sound like a deal, they're actually the smaller, two bite taquito (#2) versions instead. I don't mind them, even though they can be had for a $1 just further down the road. Of course they serve more than just tacos, there are sincronizadas, gorditas, burritos, quesadillas, and even hamburgers. Their claim to fame are their tortas, but it should be noted that they also sell machetes as well. The fajita meat is tasty. They've got one of the better variations that I've had along this stretch in west Houston and I would say the same for their campechano. Chicharron is also solid, as is their tripe. Their chicken and barbacoa is decent, but a slight departure from the rest of their meat lineup. I am fairly certain it's cash only. There is no outdoor seating and most everyone is doing takeout.
