The pasta was curly and cooked al-dente, as any pasta should be. The pieces of crawfish had a slight, very slight dusting of bread crumbs on them that added a nice texture to the forkful of pasta and creamy cheesiness that is a hallmark of mac n cheese. Needless to say, I managed to finish the contents of the bowl (the plug of bread removed is also served) and about half of the wonderful bread bowl before forcing myself to just stop. The remains were dutifully doggie bagged and brought with me as a snack to be enjoyed on the drive home. I will be in College Station many times over the next four years and when there, Blue Baker is definitely on my list of places to get great bread and a good lunch.
