Highly recommend this Syrian restaurant serving halal dishes. Service was fast and good. Restaurant was excellently clean and smelled clean. There's plenty of free parking. There's free coffee (decaf and regular k pods and Lipton tea bags. There's a lot of great Middle Eastern choices, and the place is popular - lots of customers and food pickup. I ordered the chicken shawarma platter, it was delicious! It came with rice and choice of side. I had the thrilled vegetables, and they were so perfect! Good also came with garlic sauce and a spicier tomato sauce. So delicious. The flavors were perfect. Don't miss this place.

Located in a shopping strip, lots of parking. Casual setting, most people did pick up while I was there. Picture menu is always great! You order at the counter and they give you a pager and will page you when it's ready. I got the combo meat, beef and chicken shawarma, it came with rice, pita and a choice of side. I got the Mohammara, it's so good. Everything was delicious, rice was so flavorful and meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Loved it! Highly recommend it your in the area.

Def the WORST Mediterranean food I've had. So got the chicken kabobs and spent $22.. ZERO taste. I tried to eat some rice and chicken but it LITERALLY had zero flavor.. no salt. The rice isn't TOO bad but I did get the garlic sauce on the side which actually is pretty good which made the portion that I had just taste like garlic but it was better than what it tasted like before which is nothing. I asked the girl at the front desk if she had sumac and she said no.. I literally said it's right behind you then she gave it to me. The salad is disgusting, don't waste your time. They charged me extra for pita bread but didn't include it in the bag.. Def don't recommend. Super small portions too.. not worth it at all.

Stopped into Damas on a whim after taking my son to an appt at Visionworks nearby. My son had the chicken kabob, my husband had the mixed lamb and steak kabob, I had the chicken wrap and we shared an order of labneh and tabouleh. My husband had hummus on the side with his and my son had baba ghanoush. We enjoyed everything!!! Zero complaints. Every bite was amazing. I can't wait to go back and try more. Also, the inside is clean, the booths are pretty, it's bright inside and the there are beautiful light fixtures. Service was great as well.

The pork carnitas tacos were amazing. The meat was super tender with crispy bits that added a great texture. Topped with onions and cilantro, just how I like it. The red salsa was spicy but so good I kept going back for more. They also gave us extra limes without asking which I appreciated. The spot is small but cozy and clean. I'd eat here again in a heartbeat.

You order at the counter and your food is brought to you at the table of your choice. In spite of this, we arrived early in the evening and received a fair bit of attention right at the table. We started with an order of light and flavorful falafel which arrived with a serving of vinegary salad and a small cup of hummus. For our meals, we each had Kebaps, chicken for me and donner (shaved beef and lamb) for my husband. Perfectly spiced, served with more salad, tzatziki sauce, and a side of rice with a scattering of vegetables. All of these flavors melded together to make a delicious meal. For dessert, we shared an order of Kazandibi (Turkish crème brulé) - served cold, topped with crushed pistachios. Scrumptious! Highly recommend this out-of-the-way restaurant!

No spice, no heat, no substance- they were over fried dry balls of cornmeal. While I was there, someone came in and ordered a box of falafel. I was amazed and feel like I'm missing something. However, their lamb and chicken and adana were on point and reminded me of my visits to Istanbul.

The lentil soup was not blended (as it should be) and had little to no salt. The shawarma platter (which I thought would be an actual platter not a sandwich with sides), was alright. We then got Syrian black tea with mint, which was decent and like a warm hug. I appreciate that they packed the teabags themselves. Finally, we got a piece of harissa on our way out and it was decent (just a little too cold for my liking). Our waitress was nice and attentive. The ambiance is cute. It was getting really busy too when we were leaving so I'd recommend making reservations. Overall, I think the place really caters to Americans and not people from the region.

Parking is available in Public lots - you pick a lot on Google Maps, park there for free & walk for about 10 minutes or so to reach the restaurant. Not bad right? :)

We had an earlier dinner reservation so it wasn't as crowded at the beginning but was quite busy at the end. We tried a couple different cocktails and I loved both of mine - Ashta Affair and Asfar So Good. The Ashta Affair was sweet and creamy and the Asfar So Good was deliciously refreshing. My friend really enjoyed his Old Fashioned Date and had a fun experience trying the El Massaya Arak. For appetizers, we ordered Muhamara and Mousakhan Chicken Rolls. The Muhamara came with pita and was such a great dip. The chicken rolls were equally as good with their own sumac labneh dip we enjoyed. For entrees, we shared the Braised Lamb Shank and Makloubeh. The portions were large and the meat was tender. Neither were over seasoned and were absolutely delicious. We couldn't finish it all and saved the rest for leftovers - yum! We wanted to try their dessert and ending up getting the Ashta Bil Asal and Ruz Bil Karaz. The Ashta Bil Asal had cotton candy which made it a fun dessert to try and the Ruz Bil Karaz had a great caramelization coating. Neither were overly sweet which we preferred. It was such a great ending to our meal. I absolutely loved my experience here. Our server, Miriam, was friendly and attentive. We even chatted with the GM, Iman, who also made sure we were provided a great first experience. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who's looking for a boujee but amazing time!

The lentil soup was super comforting too. For dessert, we got the raspberry sorbet and baklava--perfect way to end the meal. The sorbet was light and refreshing, and the baklava was sweet and flaky. Service was great. Our server made sure we enjoyed our meal and was available to explain the menu options and checking on time to time if we need anything. Overall, a great experience.
