After leasing Japanese cars since 1999 I leased a Lincoln MKX and Ford Explorer from Dana in 2018. In the last 18 months my explorer has been in the dealership for repair/recall three times. The car has less than 9000miles The service Dept at Dana is completely unprofessional. They can never accurately give an estimated time for the repair. They do not provide loaner vehicles. They guess at diagnosing problems and constantly feed lies and nonsense to the customers. I will not return to Dana or be leasing a Ford/Lincoln in the future. I just had a pleasant experience with Dana Lincoln Ford in leasing my new car. We worked with Matt and he helped get me a deal I was comfortable with and better than my last car. When you're finalizing deals and trying to haggle of course it's going to take a bit of time because there's a chain of command and these sales reps can't commit to deal on their own. I definitely recommend family and friends to this establishment if you're looking for a Lincoln or Ford. They're also in the process of building a brand new service area and showroom. If my memory serves correct there will be space for 38 service stations so you don't have to wait a while for something like an oil change. Their selection is wide and in various colors. Service is good. But if you drop your car off instead of waiting 2 hrs in lobby they will not queue your car up in the same order it came in. And instead work on it end of day after others that are waiting in lobby. So only drop it off if you don't need it for rest day. read more

I recently was in need of a new car as my old lease was up and I wanted to try something different (have been a Nissan guy most of my life), so I went over to Dana Ford Lincoln and ended up working with a lovely sales rep named Mary Graffeo. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, sat me down and asked me what I was looking for in a car and walked me around their insanely large lot of cars showing me SUV's that matched what I was looking for. She was not overly aggressive, she gave me time to look over each vehicle that I liked and any questions I had she was very quick to answer. Although I didn't purchase a car on my first visit (I wasn't ready), when I went back for my second visit, I had called ahead and Mary said she would be happy to work with me again and when I arrived at the showroom she was waiting for me at the front desk and greeted me with a big smile and made me feel at ease (purchasing cars is always a stressful event) and that helped to take a lot of the weight off my shoulders. During this visit, I looked over some of the cars that I had picked out on my last trip and eventually was able to pick out the one I was going to lease (this was after being there for a couple of hours, and Mary was still as gracious as ever). Once I knew what I wanted, Mary and I sat down to discuss lease options and she offered me a wide range of choices that would be able to meet my budget constraints and once we worked out pricing and terms I signed on the dotted line and drove off in a new Ford Edge. I've had the car now about a month and I Love it, and one of the nicest things that happened and one of the main reasons why I am going to continue to use this dealer is because after about 3 weeks I received a call from Mary asking me how I was enjoying the car and if I needed assistance with anything. This was a nice gesture on her part, and one I am sure she did not have to do, since the paperwork was already signed, but it made me feel as if I was important in the grand scheme of things, and its the reason why I will use them again when my current lease is up. Seriously, if you are in the market for a new car, head over to this lot and see if Mary is working. Absolutely the worst dealership in NYC. I made an appointment for an oil change at the end of June, for July 23...because that was there next available date. Besides the oil change my truck, which is a lease had some other issues but not major. So I dropped the truck off on July 21 since I was leaving for vacation on July 23. I was away for TWO WEEKS, and can't back August 3rd. When I got back my truck wasn't ready, and the oil change wasn't even done even though I was told my truck would be ready Friday morning. This dealership is an absolute joke and needs to be under new management. They should look at their reviews here on yelp and maybe it will open their eyes. I will never do business with Dana ever again I can't wait for this truck to go back so I don't have to deal with them. I brought my car into the service department and was greeted by Besa instantly. She was extremely knowledgable about the services they offered and what it was that my car needed. I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection but was told it needed a wheel alignment. Besa explained that the final decision was completely up to me but she was able to explain how it works and what it could mean for my car if it wasn't done. The prices are fair and wait was not as long as I had expected when visiting dealership service departments. It was fair for what I was having done to my car. I was extremely happy that they had free wifi while you wait so I was able get some work done. I left extremely satisfied with Besa's customer service and with the way my car was handled. read more

I had my truck serviced at DANA FORD, was told I needed rear brakes, they replaced my rear brake pads and rotors, I get home and realized I don't have emergency brakes. I had emergency brakes prior to getting my truck serviced. Returned to DANA and they assured me that they would fix the issue. And they gave me a refund on the brake work. Great!! I left my truck to repair the emergency brake, upon being called by DANA They stated that they replaced the part causing the emergency brakes not to worK and my truck was ready to be picked up. I got in my truck and tested the emergency brakes, and there were NO emergency brakes. They never even bothered to test them. If safety is an issue for you and your family DON'T take your vehicle to DANA!! On 09/06/2016 I had new tires installed and when I received my truck the rims we all scratched. I recently contacted Dana Lincoln by phone to see if I needed an appointment to speak to a salesperson about my Lincoln MKZ whose 3 year lease was about to expire in May. I was told that no appointment was needed; I could just walk in. From the moment that I walked in, I felt that I was being assessed. I am 74 years old and I was accompanied by my husband, who suffers from mild dementia. We were told that a salesperson would see us shortly. He did not appear until half hour later, despite the fact that there did not seem to be much business going on. When he came, I told him my needs. The MKZ was no longer meeting our needs. My husband needs a car that is a little higher from the ground to ease his getting in and out of the passenger side. We had established that a Corsair might suit our needs and I informed him of this. I also told him that I had checked his inventory online and confirmed that he had several Corsairs in stock, one being a red one. Immediately, he informed me that the red one had not come in and that the inventory site was in error. I said that that was not a problem and to tell me what he had available. Before he did, he took my car keys to check on the mileage and he discovered that I had a tittle over 8000 miles. Once he sat down, he was trying to convince us to take fewer miles per year, 5000 instead of the standard 7500 per year. At this point, he informed us that the only cars available would be with no moon roofs. When I said that I was not really interested in going this route, he excused himself and disappeared for the next half hour. (This disappearing act he performed several times during our time with him.) When he returned, he came with another man, whom he introduced as his manager. This "so called" manger informed us that as a result of a recent ruling, he was no longer able to buy back our car, to come back in May when the lease expired to see if anything has changed. If there exists such a ruling, when did it come into place and why did not the salesman seem to know anything about it? Were we being profiled and discriminated against because of our age? read more

I leased a 2013 Lincoln MKS and went to 3 other dealers first none of which were a match for the team at DANA. My wife is a Vice President of a Fortune 500 company and she was impressed on how well we were treated, as well as how effortless the process was. Worst Experience Ever! Do not buy your vehicle here. When I came into the showroom I was treated well and shown many different model cars. The salesman and manager, Glen, both showed interest in helping me purchase a vehicle. Once I signed the deal and got the vehicle, it was down hill from there. Dana Ford staff refused to honor the many promises that were made to me by the sales staff. They claimed that the salesman had no authorization to to offer the stuff that they did. Even small things, such as getting plates, they refused to do. The staff turned into hostile enemies and refused to return my calls just to get things that were promised to me. I took my truck in to Dana Ford Lincoln with a water pump leak. I dealt with Tom Ciranni and Anthony Falacarro. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They both listened to my problem with the truck and told me exactly what they were going to do to remedy the issue. Dana Ford Lincoln doesn't even deserve 1 star. I've been trying to get my airbags replaced in my 2012 Ford Mustang for almost 2 and a half years. I had an appointment which I called to confirm , and these idiots gave it to someone else. I asked how could they give it to another customer if I had an appointment, they told me it was first come first serve. I scheduled another appointment, and they did it to me again, gave my airbag away again, after a lot of screaming they said they located another one, basically took someone else's. I ordered a bolt for my front brakes, online, from Dana Ford. They're located approximately 12 miles from me. After waiting 10 days and getting no reply to my online inquiries, I ordered the part from a Ford dealer in the Midwest. The Midwest order arrived in 3 days. The Dana order arrived the next day. The Midwest order supplied the two bolts necessary. The Dana order sent one bolt for a 20% higher price. The bag , containing the bolt, from Dana had been opened and then retaped shut. If they are this unscrupulous over a bolt , I'd hate to see how they perform on the sale of an entire car. read more

The worst service experience ever. They didn't reattach the plastic guard under my truck, it's hanging and scrapping the road as I drive. Left a rag stuck in the engine as well. Spilt motor oil all over everything, The Works at Dana Ford is only work for you. My husbands car had a problem starting due to it going into "sleep mode" for unknown reasons. Lincoln sent a tow truck to start the car and my husband drove it to the dealership. Mr. Glen McKeon greeted him and welcomed him in and took his information. They had a very pleasant conversation and Mr. McKeon arranged for a loaner car and informed my husband that he can use the car as long as it takes to get his car back. The loaner was identical to my husbands Lincoln with the exception of the color, which he likes even better than his own. Mr. McKeon was very professional and made my husband feel like he cared about his customers. Stay far away!!!! The worst customer service and sales representatives ever!!! Rude, nasty and obnoxious. Sold us a car with a leaking sunroof. We went back and forth claiming they fixed it and each time it came back worse. After the 4th time and a lot of fighting and aggravation they said it was unfixable and they exchanged it for another car. Brought my car in for a check engine light issue on a weekend, was told they couldn't look at it until Monday. When I called Monday I was told very rudely "I told you that it wouldn't get looked at until Wednesday." After getting upset the nasty cocky little snot says"this is how the cookie crumbles". Really??!! I demanded to speak to a manager and get he's out to lunch. Continued calling until I got him and was promised the car would be worked on right away and I'd get a loaner. I leased a 2020 Ford Escape on 7/3/20 2 weeks later the navigation system fails brought it in for service after 2 and half hours later told they can't fix but we scanned it . I really wish I could give this disaster of a dealership zero stars. The sales people are great at telling you what you want to hear to get your money committed to getting a vehicle. Went there Christmas Eve to get a vehicle, sales rep says pay the first month plus dmv fees and "guarantees" on Tuesday I'll walk out with a car. I get a call Tuesday from Jeff the finance manager who says "you're not approved and you need a co signer" which now makes their " guarantee" a lie. So I asked for my refund and Jeff the service manager says " we will cut you a check tomorrow". I call today to confirm and spoke to Steve who was so unprofessional and nasty and am told I now have to wait until Friday to get a check. So now Jeff lied, the salesman lied, and here I am with no car and my $500 deposit being held for a week. What an absolute joke. Buyer beware when you go to Dana Ford/Lincoln. Today, they wasted 2 hours of my time, as I received an email informing me that they wanted to buy out my 2014 Edge, which had low mileage. We made an appointment to come in, and after 2 hours of waiting to talk "numbers", they inform me that they made a mistake and I owe more on the car than they are willing to buy out.
