    Kung pow chicken

Terrible.. will never order again from this place. Kung pow chicken with tons of burnt black bits/particles from a dirty pan. The whole dish smelled and tasted burnt completely inedible.

Dinner Combo with fried shrimp, chicken chow melon and sweet and sour chicken

I love their Egg Rolls (? Yellow curry) served with red dipping sauce. Dancing Dragon is very flexible with substitutions although they will upcharge you for it.

BEST SERVICE EVER We arrived 1 hour prior to closing decided to celebrate my birthday with exploring a new restaurant. The menu is typical of a Chinese restaurant and the experience only improved ordering: the waiter (we believe he was the owner) recommended to our youngest to remove onions and sprouts from his chicken rice. He obviously accepted! Our other son asked for the same plate and the waiter kindly suggested Chicken Chow Mein and to share. We all agreed. When bringing the large Kung Pao Chicken plate, one of my sons asked "Is that for all of us?" and he replied: "Families always share!" I should have mentioned it took him no longer than 4 to 5 minutes to bring the food and our water glasses were refilled often without us waiting. The food was delicious and we shared, as he recommended. We enjoyed ourselves and decided to give this establishment a good rating. Definitely coming back to this hidden gem. #ruizmedina

Good consistent old school chinese food. My go to I'd the #6 combo. Pork fried rice, chicken subgum chowmein, bbq pork and fried shrimp. Tried to make the subgum at home but the same. Friendly family staff.

The furniture looks new and the place is clean. You can only sit in the bar area.

It's very sad when I can't give a glowing review. Going in with the hope that a "lunch special" will be time and money well spent, but leaving wishing I had gone elsewhere. While I don't have evidence of food poisoning, or needing to spit the food out, I've certainly had better. The Ma Po Tufu was mediocre and so I was my hot & sour soup. It's a clean place and I'm not hungry. That's the best I can say.

So much Larger egg flower soup so I add chicken Ramen noodles and the packet of seasoning. I really like his for the corn. So much egg. Thanks for the good fried shrimp but you change things?

Lots food. Nice owner, lots of suggestions and explanations. Hot and fresh. Combos don't come with soup or eggroll. Bummer. But eggrolls were worth the cost.

    Festive lobby shot :)

The food pod is called "Carts@Xplore and the food truck I am referring to is "Chin's BBQ." They were closed the first time we visited this pod because it was a Wednesday, but luckily they were open the 2nd time we visited. Oh man, the lunch I had was delicious! I ordered brisket and rib combo sandwich of brisket and pulled pork, a marriage made in BBQ heaven! My wife ordered a fish and chips sandwich from another nearby cart, but she thought my lunch was far superior to what she got. I can definitely recommend this cart and I will definitely be back! The bread was properly grilled adding that toast to help firm the bun without allowing it to fall apart in someone's face. The coleslaw compliments the flavors. I had it with the original sauce which was tangy but not spicy at all. They also have a sweet sauce but I think I'll try that next time. Well done! My daughter had the crowded potato. It was delicious at first but we were surprised that the bottom of this dish was actually 3 large potatoes. After eating all the ingredients at the top, there was nothing but these 3 potatoes left which was disappointing but there was nothing else to eat with these. Ended up throwing it away. I can't speak for their ribs but it could be what I'll be targeting next. The price was decent and the owners friendly. Meal also comes with a bag of chips. Parking was plenty but people started arriving. The lot shares the kids play indoor play area called Xplore hence the name of the food truck area. The food truck area is situated on a hill and some parts are not even with the food trucks on the left side having pallet stands so you can look at the vendor when placing orders. Plenty of seating and also live band. Nice vibes! Can get hot so dress appropriately if 70 deg or more.

There's always been live music playing whenever we've visited, which adds so much charm to the experience - though it can get a tad bit loud, making it a little tough to hear the person sitting right across from you. While we've enjoyed almost all the food we've tried here, I have to give a massive shoutout to the Pinch Spice truck. They have some of the absolute best Indian food I've tasted around here. I find myself constantly coming back just for that single truck! 10/10 recommend One downer has been that at least a quarter food trucks are closed any time we have visited. Hope they start keeping more consistent timings.

For this try, I went with the hawaiian side and got the Huli Huli chicken and the lumpia rolls. Presentation is fantastic. Service was great. Flavor, not quite what I was expecting, but the chicken was fine. A slightly smoky flavor with sauce that I can't quite describe. The mac salad was bland and I've now discovered that I'm not really fan of the lumpia. They weren't bad at all, just I wouldn't order them again. The beans and rice I thought would be like a red beans and rice with some Cajun or southwest spice, but they were just baked beans on white rice. The "Huli Chicken" was ice cold and was returned by my wife. Didn't even really get to try it. Didn't even try to get her anything else, just an obligatory "oh weird" and refund of the money.
