DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS!!!!!! truly a NIGHTMARE experience. i don't even know where to start. the owner is a rude and aggressive man who literally yelled at me and my nail tech had to step in between us cause i was nottttttt about to let this man charge me a full pedicure when the (very nice) woman who was doing my pedicure had no idea what she was doing bc she pumiced my foot with no lather/water/oil NOTHING!!!!! she also dipped her dirty tools into ny DIRTY foot water so i immediately told her i didn't want to continue. the nail salon owner pushes her out of the way and grabs my foot as if to do it himself but at this point im like actually upset. i didn't get the nails i wanted because their "best" tech who is very lovely indeed has little experience and is running around doing whatever the boss doesn't want to do. i was so upset that they charged me full price that i came back the next day and asked for a new design on my nails on the condition that i will not be paying for it since i was charged $127 ish for my nails and NON pedicure. the owner got in my face, YELLED at the employee, and tried to shove a fake cosmetology license in my face when i called out the lack of ethics and cleanliness in their facility. the owner got in my face to the point where we were yelling at each other, he was yelling at the nail tech, and she had to step in between us. he also took my nail techs tip that i gave her OUT OF HER HAND. i am disgusted by this establishment's work ethic and honestly, their prices. to get your nails CUT, nothing else, is $14. huh??????? that is asinine and actually fraud. anyways, i reported them to the state cosmo board. Posting this as a PSA -I honestly don't get how this place has such high reviews. I brought my 10-year-old daughter here for a nice girl's day, and we both left feeling stressed and upset. The staff was so unwelcoming and kept aggressively pushing upcharges we didn't even want. I was there for a gel builder fill, and the tech was flying through it with the e-file. It kept getting painfully hot, and even though I kept saying "ow," he totally ignored me and just kept going. I honestly wanted to walk out halfway through, but I felt stuck since he'd already started. My daughter was visibly uncomfortable the whole time because of how "rushy" and cold everyone was. Seriously, save your money. Go somewhere that actually cares about safety and basic kindness. read more

Got the VIP for both mani and pedi. The price was worth it. Left feeling completely pampered and relaxed. My hands and feet haven't looked and felt this nice in a long time. During the pedicures, we were asked if we wanted calluses removed amongst other things, with no warning that these items would cost more. Requested my person to go easy during the massage part as he was putting full pressure right on my shin bone. Asked him three times not to do that, and he finally let up, and then proceeded to do the same thing on the other leg despite me saying the same thing again. Never going here again. read more

Going to give an honest review. I went in to get acrylics removed and a gel polish manicure. Everything was great. He soaked my nails off and did my gel manicure very fast and it looked great. Only down side is when he finished my nails, he and other lady started arguing in their native language and he ended up leaving. I waited around 10 minutes and he came back and rang me up. It seemed like she charged someone incorrectly but I'm not sure. Definitely ended on a bad note but everything before that was great. I will be back and hopefully won't experience awkward vibes like that. read more

This was the second time going here, or coming here. The first time was a month ago and I went with a friend and we heard a lady verbally out loud saying that she won't be coming back here again, well we should have listen to that warning. As soon as you come in they try to upsell you for everything other than what you requested. The man doing my pedicure he said that I had gel on my toes and I said I never had gel on my toes before and my whole life and my daughter was there with me and she said well did they put a light on your feet and I said no and I even had to sit here for like 10 minutes to let it dry and he said the text said well I am going to have to charge you an extra $5 because that is gel that I just removed. At that point I was ready to walk out, but they were seeing dollar signs. Believe me you better be rich enough to be driving a Bugatti if you can afford this place with all their upsells and deceptive menu. They had an upcharge on everything even if you use a credit card and then another $2 for every little service and they charge for every little service so there were like 8 to 10 things that they charged another $2 each for for not using a credit card so, I said okay I'll pay cash. So that's what we did. I feel that my daughter and I had almost the same things done and the whole bill came to $275 the only difference was that I had painted nails and she had gel nails on her toes for her pedicure and she had a French tip done on her toes and that was like that should have been about $30 more or so. But mine was 110 and hers was 170. We complain and we wanted to have a breakdown on everything of on the bill and it still didn't make sense. So anyway, I said I'll pay cash so I paid them cash and my daughter was already texting me not to tip them and they were looking at that and then they all started going crazy and yelling about us in Vietnamese and they were all shooting us the evil eye. They looked like chickens with heads cut off when I didn't give them a tip. Oh and the woman Tech that was doing my nails told me that my big tummy made a good table to put her things on, if you can believe that. Maybe true but how rude. Tips are for good service not service where they're talking about you and yelling about you in a different language. read more

Unprofessional and disappointing experience I brought my 10-year-old daughter to this salon, and the technician applied gel X extensions without asking for my consent. This service was not appropriate for a child, yet I was charged $76. The very next day, the nails began to fall off due to my daughter's small nail beds. When I called to explain the situation, the owner, Kevin, advised me to return so he could address the issue during my next appointment. However, when I arrived, Kevin spoke to the same technician (who had done my daughter's nails) in their language, and shortly after, she became upset, raised her voice, and refused to do my nails. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Another technician eventually did my nails, but the quality of the work was very poor. Overall, this experience was disappointing from start to finish -- both in professionalism and workmanship. I would not recommend this salon, particularly for children or anyone expecting quality customer service. Also, not to mention the last time we were there, there was an upset, guest sitting right behind me complaining about her pedicure polish, not being even. Also, this time another guest was complaining that same pedicure chair sitting right behind me. Save yourself some trouble and don't come here. read more

I came here twice for a gel mani and a basic pedi with callus removal and I was disappointed both times. My pedicure was OK. The mani both times was sloppy, rushed and poorly executed. I have gaps around my cuticles. Everything was perfunctory and not friendly. Normally I'd wait around two weeks to go for another mani but thankfully I'm headed home and can hit up my trusted salon.
