DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS!!!!!! truly a NIGHTMARE experience. i don't even know where to start. the owner is a rude and aggressive man who literally yelled at me and my nail tech had to step in between us cause i was nottttttt about to let this man charge me a full pedicure when the (very nice) woman who was doing my pedicure had no idea what she was doing bc she pumiced my foot with no lather/water/oil NOTHING!!!!! she also dipped her dirty tools into ny DIRTY foot water so i immediately told her i didn't want to continue. the nail salon owner pushes her out of the way and grabs my foot as if to do it himself but at this point im like actually upset. i didn't get the nails i wanted because their "best" tech who is very lovely indeed has little experience and is running around doing whatever the boss doesn't want to do. i was so upset that they charged me full price that i came back the next day and asked for a new design on my nails on the condition that i will not be paying for it since i was charged $127 ish for my nails and NON pedicure. the owner got in my face, YELLED at the employee, and tried to shove a fake cosmetology license in my face when i called out the lack of ethics and cleanliness in their facility. the owner got in my face to the point where we were yelling at each other, he was yelling at the nail tech, and she had to step in between us. he also took my nail techs tip that i gave her OUT OF HER HAND. i am disgusted by this establishment's work ethic and honestly, their prices. to get your nails CUT, nothing else, is $14. huh??????? that is asinine and actually fraud. anyways, i reported them to the state cosmo board. Posting this as a PSA -I honestly don't get how this place has such high reviews. I brought my 10-year-old daughter here for a nice girl's day, and we both left feeling stressed and upset. The staff was so unwelcoming and kept aggressively pushing upcharges we didn't even want. I was there for a gel builder fill, and the tech was flying through it with the e-file. It kept getting painfully hot, and even though I kept saying "ow," he totally ignored me and just kept going. I honestly wanted to walk out halfway through, but I felt stuck since he'd already started. My daughter was visibly uncomfortable the whole time because of how "rushy" and cold everyone was. Seriously, save your money. Go somewhere that actually cares about safety and basic kindness. read more

During the pedicures, we were asked if we wanted calluses removed amongst other things, with no warning that these items would cost more. Requested my person to go easy during the massage part as he was putting full pressure right on my shin bone. Asked him three times not to do that, and he finally let up, and then proceeded to do the same thing on the other leg despite me saying the same thing again. Never going here again. read more

Going to give an honest review. I went in to get acrylics removed and a gel polish manicure. Everything was great. He soaked my nails off and did my gel manicure very fast and it looked great. Only down side is when he finished my nails, he and other lady started arguing in their native language and he ended up leaving. I waited around 10 minutes and he came back and rang me up. It seemed like she charged someone incorrectly but I'm not sure. Definitely ended on a bad note but everything before that was great. I will be back and hopefully won't experience awkward vibes like that. read more

Unprofessional and disappointing experience I brought my 10-year-old daughter to this salon, and the technician applied gel X extensions without asking for my consent. This service was not appropriate for a child, yet I was charged $76. The very next day, the nails began to fall off due to my daughter's small nail beds. When I called to explain the situation, the owner, Kevin, advised me to return so he could address the issue during my next appointment. However, when I arrived, Kevin spoke to the same technician (who had done my daughter's nails) in their language, and shortly after, she became upset, raised her voice, and refused to do my nails. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Another technician eventually did my nails, but the quality of the work was very poor. Overall, this experience was disappointing from start to finish -- both in professionalism and workmanship. I would not recommend this salon, particularly for children or anyone expecting quality customer service. Also, not to mention the last time we were there, there was an upset, guest sitting right behind me complaining about her pedicure polish, not being even. Also, this time another guest was complaining that same pedicure chair sitting right behind me. Save yourself some trouble and don't come here. read more

I have no clue how this salon has such high ratings. I came in from out of town for a conference with the intention of getting Russian manicure builder get extensions that are advertised on their website. The first thing that caught my attention when I endeared was that there are stickers on EVERYTHING stating to ask for price before service is started. This indicated to me that they likely have frequent issues and pricing problems, however, I proceed. One tech starts to work on my hand as I review colors and because of all the stickers I ask her for the price estimate for the nail extension with French tip and chrome, she just doesn't respond and trying to be polite I just rephrase in case I was not explaining well, and gesturing to the price sign that's stuck onto the chair. Between the cost communication ( which was never answered ) and answering the tech beginning my pedicure I completely did not realize that the nail tech was cutting my nails to the skin and using the coarse electric drill bit to file down my bare nail ( not even a clear coat was present) Once I realize what had happened realize my nails are shockingly damaged and extremely short to complete dual form extensions. I inquired if it is standard practice to them to use the coarse drill bit and a gentleman steps over to say that yes every salon does this as standard practice. I remind him that I had no product on my nails. He states that it is to remove oil, however, a more appropriate solution would have been the buffer bit or a manual buffer. It causes unnecessary harm to use such a coarse electric bit. Frankly this type of technique is absolutely lazy at best. I do have a nail tech friend in a different state who I begin texting / calling to ensure I am not crazy and she assures me that this is absolutely not standard practice. At this point the nail tech returns with acrylic nails and I try to relay that no I was scheduled for builder get. She departs and returns again with a different length of acrylic extensions. It becomes apparent that they are unable to do the extension style that I wish to have and at this point I have lost all faith in their abilities regardless. I continue with the pedicure, it is fine. I later contact a different salon and inquire about the extensions, however after seeing a photo of my now terribly unhealthy nails she suggests that I should not get any sort of extensions and that dual form would be impossible due to the short length. For reference, when I went in there I have about 2-3 cm of white on every nail and had not worn extensions or gel since July. I also take daily collagen and vitamins- my nails were healthy but just boring. I am extremely upset with myself for not calling out their poor methods sooner and advocating for my nails and stopping the service after one nail. I am going to Brazil for carnival in a few days and will no longer be able to have fabulous nails in order to strengthen them. As previously mentioned, it is a mystery to me how they are rated so highly. I believe it is paid ads, bots and fake accounts as their Instagram account has virtually no tagged photos and all of their personal posted photos are actually stolen images from other salons. The spa is located near Revivals, so it's convenient to find. They offer the usual services for manicures and pedicures. I opted for an upgraded pedicure with a massage. It was ok, but the fact that he kept trying to upsell me during the pedicure made it less relaxing. I also didn't understand why it's called an 8 minute massage, and he when to great fanfare to set the timer, and then promptly left for a while. Then he would come back, massage for a minute or two and leave again. I would have opted for a massage that was shorter, but continuous. They have an ok selection of colors. Note they charge different prices for cash vs credit, so be sure to ask for the discount if you pay cash. Overall, the pedicure looks ok, but I would opt for a more relaxed experience in the future. read more
